صفحات 193-201هدفهدف از انجام این پژوهش مقایسه ابعاد سرشتی- منشی در بیماران مبتلا به اضطراب جدایی بزرگسالی با افراد سالم بود.روشطرح پژوهش حاضر علی- مقایسه ای بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از دانشجویان دختر مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه های تهران و شاهد بود که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان با استفاده از پرسش نامه 27 سوالی تشخیص اضطراب جدایی بزرگسالان (ASA-27)، مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته برای نشانگان اضطراب جدایی بزرگسالان (SCI-SAS) و پرسشنامه سرشتی- منشی TCI مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (MANOVA) استفاده شد.یافته هانتایج این مطالعه نشان دادکه افراد مبتلا به اضطراب جدایی بزرگسالی در مقایسه با افراد سالم، نمرات بالاتری در ابعاد آسیب گریزی و پاداش وابستگی (001/0>p) و نمرات پایین تری در ابعاد خودراهبری (001/0>p) و همکاری کسب نمودند (01/0>p) که این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود.نتیجه گیریابعاد سرشتی- منشی شخصیت در تشدید و تداوم خصوصیات بالینی اختلال اضطراب جدایی بزرگسالی نقش دارد.کلیدواژگان: اختلال اضطراب جدایی، سرشت، منش، بزرگسالی

صفحات 202-214هدفاین پژوهش با هدف مقایسه واکنش افراد متاهل ، به تعارض زناشویی در طول سه نسل اخیر زنان و دو نسل اخیر مردان انجام شد.روشپژوهش حاضر، از نوع مطالعه کیفی بود و جامعه آماری آن، کلیه افراد متاهل متعلق به سه نسل از ساکنین تهران در سال 1392 بودند. نمونه گیری، در دو مرحله و به صورت در دسترس و هدفمند انجام شد. داده های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه عمقی با 9 نفر در هر گروه نسلی (نسل اول، دوم و سوم زنان و نیز نسل دوم و سوم مردان) که جمعا شامل 45 نفر بودند، به دست آمد. این مصاحبه ها در گروه زنان، با مراجعه به محل زندگی و در گروه مردان، به صورت تلفنی انجام گرفت. سپس داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوا کدگذاری شدند.یافته هادر این پژوهش، اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه با 9 دختر، 9 مادر و 9 مادربزرگ جمع آوری شد که میانگین سنی این سه گروه به ترتیب 27، 49 و 71، انحراف معیار سنی آن ها به ترتیب 5/2، 7/4 و 1/6 و دامنه تغییرات سنی آن ها به ترتیب 6، 14و 20 بود. هم چنین فرآیند مصاحبه با 9 پسر و 9 پدر نیز صورت گرفت که میانگین سنی این دو گروه نسلی 28 و 45، انحراف معیار آن ها 2/1 و 3/6 و دامنه تغییرات سنی آن ها 4 و 19 بود. پس از تحلیل داده ها، میزان اجتناب از تعارض در نسل دوم، بیش تر از نسل سوم مشاهده شد. هم چنین مردان اجتناب کم تری را در مقایسه با زنان در طرح موضوعات تعارض برانگیز گزارش کردند.نتیجه گیریبه نظر می رسد که عواملی مانند تفاوت سنی، چرخه زندگی و تفاوت در استاندارد های افراد، بر نوع رفتار آن ها در حین تعارض زناشویی اثرگذار است.کلیدواژگان: تعارض زناشویی، واکنش به تعارض، نسل

صفحات 215-224هدفاین پژوهش با هدف بررسی کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مبتلا به دیابت و ارتباط آن با هوش هیجانی انجام شد.روشاین پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع همبستگی- توصیفی است که بر روی 85 سالمند مبتلا به دیابت مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دیابت بیمارستان شریعتی تهران انجام شد. برای بررسی کیفیت زندگی از پرسش نامه کیفیت زندگی سالمندان لیپاد و برای سنجش میزان هوش هیجانی از پرسش نامه هوش هیجانی شرینک استفاده شد. داده های به دست آمده توسط نرم افزار SPSS-16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته هایافته های پژوهش نشان دادند که میانگین نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی و هوش هیجانی سالمندان مبتلا به دیابت، در حد متوسط به بالا هستند. کیفیت زندگی سالمندان مرد نسبت به سالمندان زن و هم چنین هوش هیجانی سالمندان مرد نسبت به سالمندان زن در سطح بالاتری قرار داشت. کیفیت زندگی با سطح تحصیلات، وضعیت تاهل و مسکن رابطه معناداری داشت (05/0>p)؛ ولی بین کیفیت زندگی با سن و وضعیت اقتصادی، رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0

صفحات 225-235هدفپژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی پدیده نادیده انگاری کاذب از دو جنبه بینایی و بازنمایی، و ارتباط آن با اختلال توجه در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا طراحی شد.روشیک گروه 30 نفری از بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس و یک گروه 30 نفری از افراد سالم انتخاب شدند. از چهار آزمون برای بررسی نادیده انگاری استفاده شد: آزمون تعیین نقطه وسط خط؛ آزمون تعیین عدد وسط یک زوج عددی؛ آزمون علامت زدن ستاره ها و آزمون انداختن ذهنی تاس. برای ارزیابی توجه، دو آزمون ساخت دنباله (الف و ب) و آزمون جایگزینی نماد/ارقام به کار رفتند.یافته هاافراد بهنجار به صورت معنادار، سوگیری به سمت چپ را در دوآزمون تعیین نقطه وسط خط (نمره منفی) و تعیین عدد وسط یک زوج عددی (نمره منفی) نشان دادند، اما این یافته در بیماران مشاهده نشد. میانگین سوگیری در آزمون تعیین نقطه وسط خط، ارتباط مثبت معنادار با زمان انجام آزمون ساخت دنباله (الف) داشت و میانگین سوگیری در آزمون تعیین عدد وسط یک زوج عددی، ارتباط مثبت معنادار با ساخت دنباله (ب)،و ارتباط منفی معنادار با آزمون جایگزینی نماد/ارقام داشت.نتیجه گیرینتایج پژوهش، حاکی از فقدان احتمالی پدیده نادیده انگاری کاذب و وجود نابهنجاری در عدم تقارن طبیعی نیم کره های مغزی در بیماران اسکیزوفرن است.کلیدواژگان: اسکیزوفرنیا، نادیده انگاری کاذب، توجه

صفحات 236-243هدفپژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین وسواس مرگ با روش های مقابله مذهبی، سبک های دلبستگی به خدا و عمل به باورهای دینی انجام گرفت.روشطرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه شامل 347 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور استان آذربایجان شرقی بود که به روش تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. شرکت کننده ها به مقیاس های وسواس مرگ، عمل به باور های دینی معبد، مقابله مذهبی و سبک های دلبستگی به خدا پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از روش رگرسیون چند متغیری همزمان تحلیل شد.یافته هااز بین متغیرهای مورد بررسی، مقابله مذهبی منفی و سبک دلبستگی ناایمن به خدا، بیشترین سهم را در تبیین وسواس مرگ داشتند (001/p<0).نتیجه گیریکسانی که خدا را بیشتر به عنوان منبعی تنبیه کننده تصور می کنند تا منبعی از عشق و نیز کسانی که در پذیرش خداوند به عنوان پایگاه امن دچار تردید و اضطراب هستند، وسواس مرگ بیشتری را تجربه می کنند.کلیدواژگان: وسواس مرگ، سبک دلبستگی، باورهای دینی، مقابله مذهبی

صفحات 244-253هدفپژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی مقیاس خودسنجی بیش فعالی و نقص توجه بزرگسالان(ASRS) در ایران انجام شد.روشپژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی (اعتباریابی) بود. ابتدا، نسخه فارسی پرسش نامه (ASRS) به روش ترجمه و ترجمه معکوس تهیه شد. سپس این نسخه به همراه پرسش نامه اختلال بیش فعالی و نقص توجه بزرگسالان کانرز (S:S (CAARS-، پرسش نامه نگرش به اعتیاد و مواد مخدر و پرسش نامه تکانش گری بارت، در یک نمونه شامل340 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز درمانی و مشاوره شهر مشهد، در سنین 18 تا 45 سال (190 مرد و 150 زن) که به روش خوشه ایچندمرحله ای انتخاب شده بودند، اجرا شد. جهت سنجش روایی تشخیصی، این پرسش نامه در دو گروه سالم (30 نفر) و مبتلا به ADHD بزرگسالی (30 نفر) نیز اجرا شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و Amos graphic استفاده شده است.یافته هانتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که ASRS با پرسش نامه تکانش گری بارت (566/ 0 r= و 01/0>p) و مقیاس نگرش به مواد(45/ r=0و 01/0>p) رابطه همگرا و با پرسش نامه کانرز رابطه همزمان دارد (67/ r=0و 01/0>p). نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که تمامی 18 سوال، از بار عاملی مناسبی برخوردار هستند. هیچ یک از سوال ها حذف نشدند. دو عامل نقص توجه، بیش فعالی/ تکانش گری تایید شدند. پایایی پرسش نامه نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ 87/0 به دست آمد. علاوه بر این، نتایج تحلیل تمایزات نشان داد که میزان حساسیت (ASRS) با نقطه برش 50 برای تشخیص ADHD بزرگسالان، 70 درصد و میزان ویژگی این پرسش نامه 99 درصد هستند.نتیجه گیریپرسش نامه مقیاس خودسنجی بیش فعالی و نقص توجه بزرگسالان (ASRS) از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برای ارزیابی مشکلات بیش فعالی در بزرگسالان برخوردار است.کلیدواژگان: ADHD بزرگسالی، ASRS، روایی، پایایی

صفحات 254-261هدفاین پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و مقیاس خطرناک بودن جهت بررسی انگ بیماری های شدید روانی انجام شد.روشدر این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع اعتبارسنجی، 200 نفر از افراد شاغل در حرفه های بهداشت روان، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، از بیمارستان روان پزشکی رازی انتخاب شدند. این افراد دو مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و خطرناک بودن را تکمیل کردند. برای بررسی پایایی از روش های همسانی درونی و آزمون- بازآزمون استفاده شد. روایی سازه و محتوایی این دو مقیاس نیز بررسی گردید.یافته هاضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای دو مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و خطرناک بودن به ترتیب 92/0و 96/ 0 و ضریب پایایی بازآزمایی به ترتیب 89/0و 88/0 به دست آمد. روایی محتوایی این دو مقیاس نیز به ترتیب 75/0و 77/0 بود. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و مقیاس خطرناک بودن هر دو دارای یک ساختار تک عاملی هستند. عامل طرد اجتماعی، 76/0از واریانس مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و عامل خطرناک بودن، 74/0از واریانس مقیاس خطرناک بودن را تبیین نمودند.نتیجه گیرینتایج این مطالعه حاکی از روایی و پایایی قابل قبول نسخه فارسی مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی و مقیاس خطرناک بودن است. بنابراین می توان از این دو مقیاس جهت بررسی انگ بیماری های شدید روانی در ایران استفاده کرد.کلیدواژگان: مقیاس فاصله اجتماعی، مقیاس خطرناک بودن، روایی، پایایی

صفحات 262-273هدفهدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی ساختار عاملی و پایایی نسخه فارسی «مقیاس تاب آوری وگنیلد و یانگ» در جمعیت نوجوانان مقیم مراکز شبانه روزی بود.روشمقیاس با توجه به شیوه وایلد و همکاران به فارسی ترجمه و ترجمه معکوس شد و روایی محتوا و روایی صوری آن برحسب آرا صاحب نظران در زمینه های مختلف پرستاری، روان شناسی و رفاه اجتماعی و نوجوانان مقیم مراکز شبانه روزی تعیین شد. نمونه گیری به روش در دسترس و براساس ویژگی های ورود به مطالعه انجام شد و 223 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و اکتشافی، روایی سازه ابزار بررسی شد و جهت بررسی همسانی درونی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. جهت تعیین ثبات، از آزمون مجدد به فاصله دو هفته استفاده شد.یافته هانتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (نوبت اول)، نشان دهنده عدم تایید دو عامل در نسخه فارسی بود. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی وجودپنج عامل را تایید کرد که80/43 درصد واریانس را تبیین می کردند. برازش مناسب داده ها با مدل پنج عاملی نسخه فارسی با انجام تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (نوبت دوم) نشان داده شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل ابزار 77/0بود و ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای بین دو بار اجرای مقیاس به فاصله دو هفته 90/0 (001/0p<) محاسبه گردید. میانگین نمره تاب آوری نوجوانان 01/11± 41/84 بود که در سطح متوسط ارزیابی گردید.نتیجه گیرینسخه فارسی مقیاس تاب آوری می تواند ابعاد مختلف تاب آوری را در نوجوانان مقیم مراکز شبانه روزی اندازه گیری کند و از روایی و پایایی مناسب برخوردار است.کلیدواژگان: ساختار عاملی، پایایی، نوجوانان، مقیاس تاب آوری وگنیلد و یانگ

Pages 193-201ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to compare temperament-character dimensions of personality among patients with separation anxiety disorder and healthy person.MethodThis research has Ex Post Facto Research Design. The sample consisted of 200 female students from Tehran and Shahed universities who were selected through convenient sampling method. The participants were assessed by the 27-item Adult Separation (ASA-27), the Structured Clinical Interview for Separation Anxiety Symptoms in Adults (SCI-SAS), and the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). Pages 202-214ObjectivesThis research was conducted to compare the reaction of married people to marital conflict among three generations of women and two generations of men.MethodThe study was a qualitative research and the target population was all married people belonging to last three generations living in Tehran in 2014. Sampling was conducted in two stages using convenience and purposive methods. Data were collected through in-depth interview with a total of 45 people, with 9 people in each generation group (the first, second and third generation of women and the second and third generation of men). The interviews with women were conducted at their residences and with men were done over the telephone. The collected data were coded using content analysis method.ResultsIn this research, information was gathered through interviews with 9 daughters, 9 mothers and 9 grandmothers with an average (±SD) age of 27±2.5, 49±4.7 and 71±6.1, respectively. Also, interviews were conducted with 9 sons and 9 fathers with an average (±SD) age of 28±1.2 and 45±6.3, respectively. Data analysis showed that conflict avoidance in the second generation was more than the third generation. Compared with the women, men reported less conflict avoidance in bringing up the conflicting issues.ConclusionIt seems that some factors such as peoples age differences, life cycle and differences in standards influence their behavior during marital conflict.Keywords: marital conflict, reaction to conflict, generation

Pages 215-224ObjectivesThis study was conducted to determine the quality of life of the elderly with diabetes and its association with emotional intelligence.MethodThis was a cross-sectional descriptive- correlational study, conducted on 85 older adults with diabetes who were referred to Diabetes Clinic of Shariati Hospital in Tehran. To assess quality of life Leipad Quality of Life in the elderly Questionnaire and for emotional intelligence Shrink Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed through SPSS v.16.ResultsThe findings showed that the mean total scores of quality of life and emotional intelligence in elderly with diabetes is moderate to high. The quality of life and emotional intelligence in elderly men were higher compared to elderly women. The quality of life had a significant relationship with level of education, marital status and housing (p0.05). There were significant relationships between emotional intelligence and educational level, marital status and housing (p0.05). Overall, the results showed positive association between emotional intelligence and quality of life in elderly individuals with diabetes (r=0.536 and pConclusionConsidering the positive association between emotional intelligence and quality of life of elderly with diabetes, planning with a focus on emotional intelligence and its dimensions in elderly with diabetes may lead to improvement in their quality of life.Keywords: elderly, diabetes mellitus, quality of life, emotional intelligence

Pages 225-235ObjectivesThe present study aimed to investigate pseudoneglect from visual and representational dimensions and its relation to attention deficit in patients with schizophrenia.MethodA group of 30 patients with schizophrenia and a group of 30 healthy individuals were recruited using convenient sampling method . Four tests were used to examine pseudoneglect: Line Bisection Task (LBT), Mental Bisection Task (MBT), Star Cancellation Task (SCT), and Mental Dice Task (MDT). To evaluate attention, the Trail Making Test (TMT) (A and B) and WAIS III Digit Symbol Coding (DSC) were used.ResultsNormal individuals, marked bisection line leftward significantly (p=0.03) on the LBT , but this was not observed in patients. Also, on MBT, the normal individuals significantly reported lower score from real middle score, though it was not observed in patients. Mean biases in LBT had a significant positive correlation with TMT A (r=0.42, p=0.001) and mean biases in MBT had positive correlation with TMT B (r=0.29, p=0.023), and negative correlation with Symbol Coding test A (r=0.30, p=0.018).ConclusionResearch findings indicate a possibly lack of pseudoneglect and the presence of an anomalous brain asymmetry in patients with schizophrenia.Keywords: schizophrenia, pseudoneglect, attention

Pages 236-243ObjectivesDepending on different circumstances, religious variables may reduce or stimulate pathological attitudes towards death. The present study was carried out with the aim of investigating the relationships between death obsession, religious coping, acting on religious beliefs and attachment to God.MethodIn a correlational study, a sample of 300 participants was selected using stratified sampling method. Participants responded to Death Obsession, Acting on Religious Beliefs, Religious coping, and Attachment to God Scales. Data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression analysis.ResultsAmong religious variables, insecure attachment to God and negative religious coping had greater contribution in predicting death obsession.ConclusionThose whose beliefs about God are a source of punishment rather than love, and those who are doubtful and anxious in accepting God as a secure base may experience more death obsession.Keywords: attitudes towards death, obsessive behavior, religious beliefs

Pages 244-253ObjectivesThe aim of the present study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Adult Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Self-Report Scale in Iran.MethodThis was a descriptive/survey (validation) study. First, the Persian version of the ASRS was prepared using translation-back translation procedure. Then, this scale along with the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales-Self-Report: Short Version (CAARS-S: S), the Substance Abuse Attitude Survey (SAAS) questionnaire, and the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS) were administered to 330 clients (181 males and 149 females), ages 18 to 45, from counseling centers in Mashad who were selected through multistage cluster sampling procedure. In order to assess the diagnostic validity, the scale was also administered to two groups of normal (30 participants) and adults with ADHD (30 participants). Pages 254-261ObjectivesThe aim of the present study was to assess the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Social Distance and Dangerousness scales used for studying stigma of severe mental illnesses.MethodIn a cross sectional study, Social Distance and Dangerousness scales were administered to 200 mental health workers of Razi Psychiatry Hospital who were selected through random sampling procedure. The reliability of the scales was assessed through internal consistency and test-retest procedures. The content and construct validity were also assessed.ResultsCronbachs alpha for the Social Distance and Dangerousness scales were 0.92 and 0.96, respectively. Test-retest reliability coefficients for the two scales were 0.89 and 0.88, respectively. The content validity coefficients of the scales were 0.75 and 0.77. Factor analysis of each scale yielded one factor. The social rejection factor accounted for 76% of the Social Distance scale and the dangerousness factor accounted for 74% of the Dangerousness scale.ConclusionThe results indicate that the Persian version of the Social Distance and Dangerousness scales have satisfactory psychometric properties and can be used to measure the stigma of severe mental illness in Iran.Keywords: Social Distance Scale, Dangerousness Scale, reliability, validity

Pages 262-273ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to assess the factor structure and reliability of the Persian version of Wagnild and Youngs Resilience Scale in institutionalized adolescents.MethodConsidering Wild et al approach the scale was translated to Persian and back-translated; its content and face validity were determined on the basis of comments of specialists in fields of nursing, psychology, social welfare and institutionalized adolescence. Based on inclusion criteria convenience sampling was used and 223 adolescences were investigated. The tools construct validity was assessed by confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis and Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used for assessing internal consistency. For reliability, test-retest within a two-week interval was used.ResultsThe result of confirmatory factor analysis (first time) was not confirmative for two factors of scale in Persian version. Exploratory Factor analysis revealed five factors explaining 43.80 of variance of total scores. Data goodness of fit was shown with Persian version of five factors model using confirmatory factor analysis (second time). The Cronbachs alpha for the whole scale was 0.77, and intra-cluster correlation coefficient (ICC) within two times application of scale in two weeks interval was 0.90 (pConclusionPersian version of RS can measure various dimensions of resiliency in institutionalized adolescents and has suitable validity and reliability.Keywords: factor structure, reliability, adolescents, Wagnild, Young's Resilience Scale
