    This study examined the effects of emotionally focused couple therapy (EFT) and integrated systemic couple therapy (IST) on resolving attachment injury. An attachment injury occur one partner betray or break the trust of the other in a specific incident and that incident become a clinically recurring issue. To this purpose 30 couples were randomly selected, and based on their pretests were assigned in two experimental and one control groups. Research instruments were Attachment Injury Measure (AIM; Millikin, 2000), and the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS: Spanier, 1976). Nine sessions of EFT were conducted for one of the experiment groups and eight sessions of IST were done for the other. The control group didn’t receive any treatment. These three groups completed post test at the end of the experiment period, as well as a follow-up test after 3 month. Results indicated that EFT and IST significantly resolved attachment injury of the couples, and the treatment effect were present 3 months after follow-up.

    The goal of the present research was studying the effectiveness of Transactional Analysis using martial group therapy method in enhancing martial adjustment. The population of research consisted of all married students at Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr branch. The sample consisted of 16 couples selected through multistage random sampling (16 persons assigned to experimental group and 16 persons assigned to control group). Following pre-test, Transactional Analysis was conducted for 10 sessions on experimental group. After post-test, analysis of convariance was used to analyze the data. The finding indicated that Transactional Analysis had significant effects on enhancemetonall dimensions of the martial adjustment.

    In this qualitative study, the life narratives of 4 well-adjusted and 6 mal-adjusted married women were analyzed in terms of agency, communion, redemption sequences and important narrative points derived from McAdams’s theory and life story interview. the aim of the research was description of adjustment/mal-adjustment in life narratives of married well-adjusted and mal-adjusted women. the results showed that well-adjusted women’s life narratives had more redemption sequences and their lives’ peak experiences were concentrated on their marital life.

    The aim of the present study was to predict life satisfaction based on self-efficacy and hope. The method of the research was correlational. For this purpose 350 employees ofTehran University were selected by multistage sampling. The instruments were self-efficacy, hope and life satisfaction scales. Collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results showed that initially self-efficacy and then hope had significant role in prediction of life satisfaction. These results indicate totally 22% of the variance for life satisfaction. Also, there was not any significant difference between men’s and women’s life satisfaction, but there were significant difference between men’s and women’s self efficacy and hope. The present research is an indication for the effect of self-efficacy and hope on life satisfaction. these findings also show the importance of self-efficacy and hope on life satisfaction.

    The main objective of this research was to analyze the effects of career counseling using Coaching Style Approach to change the attitude or senior students of psychology about labor market exploration skills. For this purpose, sixty senior students of Psychology, Facing unemployment were selected for an interview using the Coaching Style Approach. Thirty (17 female & 13 male) were randomly selected to participate in the program. These students were divided into two groups of 15 and assigned to experimental and control groups. All the subjects answered the questions about their views of the labor market. Afterwards, they were coached to view the labor market via the Coaching Style Approach. The concluding data were analyzed using the spss software. The concluding results indicated that all subjects both in the experimental and the control group showed a significant differene in their "new" view of the labor market following career consultation through Coaching Style Approach.

    The purpose of the current research is to find the impact of group education based on Snyder’s hope theory on the rate of hope in elderly’s life in Isfahan. The sample included elder women who were residents in Sadeghiye Retirement Home in Isfahan. for this research 30 women were selected randomly and assigned to experimental and control groups. Then intervention of group education based on Snyder’s hope theory was applied to the experimental group. Hope Evaluation Questionnaire (form: A) was the instrument used in this research. The result’s showed that group education based on Snyder’s hope theory led to the hope increase of the elderly’s life.

    The objective of this study was the investigation of the relations between hardiness and together with its dimensions with mental health and work-family conflict of petrochemical’s shift workers in Bandar Emam. A sample of 190 shift worker were randomly selected by systematical sampling proportional to universe size of petrochemical. Hardiness Questionnaire, General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Work-family Questionnaire were used to measure the research hypotheses. Applying statistical method of regression showed that there are multiple correlations between hardiness and its dimensions with mental health and family-work conflict.

    this study was carried out to investigate and compare the correlation between relationship beliefs and marital instability in married staff with secure, insecure and ambivalent attachment styles. Descriptive-comparative method was applied. The sample was 150 participants selected from married staff of Shahid Beheshty University. The sample completed the Adult Attachment Questionnaire 1 & 2 (AAQ 1 & 2), Relationship Beliefs Inventory (RBI) and Marital Instability Index (MII). The data was analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and Pearson correlation. Findings showed that there is a significant correlation between attachment styles, relationship beliefs and marital instability. The subjects with insecure-ambivalent style had the highest amount of marital instability. With regard to the overall score, no significant difference was seen between triple attachment styles and relationship beliefs, but in the mind reading subscale, the highest score was for secure attachment style and in the belief subscale, the highest score in gender differences was for secure ambivalent style. In the other subscales, the difference was not significant. Also, the results showed there is a significant correlation between relationship beliefs and marital instability.

    This study investigates bibliotherapy application in University counseling centers in Tehran. Discriptive methodology was applied to collect the data. A questionniare made by the authors was distributed to the counseling centers of the Following universities: Tarbiat Moallem, Shahid Beheshti, Tehran and Alzahra. A total of 34 out of 55 counselors participated in the research. The study results showed that bibliotherapy is an effective tool for treatment of the mind mental disorders like anxiety and depression. But the majority of the participants believed that bibliotherapy may help as a supplementary tool in treatment of the severe mental disorders. As many as 20% of participants believed that librarians collaboration to bibliotherapy could be help both couselors and the peoples with mental disorders.
