    Millan Systemic Approach was developed by a four-person group in Centro per 10 studio della famiglia in Millan, Italy. Theoretical Concepts of this approach were arised from Systems theory, Cybernetic & Information theory. Second-order cybernetic points out the systemic nodals of a family, which can be improved by applying paradox and Counter paradox, reframing thoughts, and Prescriptive rituals and Prescribing rituals. Sessions are designed as a six-session period. However, The approach tries to intervene family systems by family rituals, concepts aroused from second-order cybernetic, therapists group. This Article tries to review the approach complete.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group Gestalt therapy on enhancement of life expectancy and self esteem in retired women of Behbahan’s education department. 60 of these women who were randomly selected were then assigned to two experimental and control groups. The type of experimental design adopted was pretest posttest control group design. Following the implementation ofMiller’s life expectancy and eyzang’s self esteem questionnaires, the subjects who scored 1 standard deviation bellow the mean were further divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was then subjected to experimental treatment (group Gestalt therapy) for 12 ninety mintue sessions after wich a posttest was administered to both groups. The results of data analysis revealed that group Gestalt therapy caused an increase in the level of life expectancy and self esteem of the retired women in the experimental group compared to those of the control group. The level of significacne is a < 0.05 in this study.

    The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of positive thinking training on maladaptive perfectionism in female student. The study adopted a pre-test post-test quasi experimental design with control group. The statistical population consisted of 16000 female students of Islamic Azad University of Karaj. 270 of them were selected according to random sampling and were given a pre-test Hill’s perfectionism inventory. 80 maladaptive perfectionists were identified and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Then classified according to their marital status, age and educational profile, finally 28 maladaptive perfectionists were selected among them and divided into two groups (14 in an experimental group and 14 in a control group). According to a codified training program the experimental group members were trained positive thinking for 9 sessions then the two groups were given a post-test. Analysis of covariance was adopted for data analysis and study hypothesis. The results of the study showed that positive thinking training is effective in reduction of maladaptive perfectionism rate and also in reduction of each and every subscales of this dimension (negative self-conception, perception of parental pressure and high standards for others). For that reason it was suggested to use positive thinking training as an effective strategy in order to reduce maladaptive dimension of perfectionism attribute for students.

    Introduction
    The purpose of this study was to identify personal, family, cultural-social, marital and spiritual predictive factors on successful marriage.
    Method
    Statistical population were successful couples of TABRIZ city that 40 couples of health centers with purpose sampling were selected. For validity data 10 successful couple and 20 devorced couple from same society were choice. Semi-structured interview, SAD questionare and attitude survey for evaluate validity of successful marriage components was used. Grounded theory applied to analyze data.
    Results
    The results showed that predictive factors about successful marriage were included 1. marital, 2. personal, 3. ethical and spiritual, 4. family adn 5, cultural-social factors. Also result showed that wife choice was personaly and couples were familiar together and families have protective, guidance role and some time passive role for marriage of coples. In all aspects, ethical factors such good ethical behavior and loyalty were stressed. Ability ofmeet of life costs, cultural similarity is important. Individualism was decreased adn couples regard to interaction with flexibly, protective and Adaptive style. Couples oriented to nuclear family but they were keep their relation with familis and respect them.
    Conclusion
    regarding to component to this research can be an important role to achieve successful marriage and increase marital quality. also was useful in pre-marriage counseling.

    The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of couple therapy based on self-regulation therapy (SRCT) & Emotionally focused Therapy (EFT) on marital intimacy. The research procedure was quasi experimental with mixed subjects design (3 * 3). research group were couples refered to counseling centers in Tehran. Sample group consisted of 48 subjects (24 couples) that were randomly selected and allocated into experimental and control groups. measurement tool consisted of Intimacy questionnaire. The Experimental group’s participated in 12 sessions of self-regulation & Emotionally focused couple therapy. the results were analyzed with covaraince repeated measures. the results indicated that SRCT & EFT increased couples intimacy (emotional, intellectual, sexual, physical, relationship, social and recreational, psychological, religious intimacy). Also results indicated EFT was more effective than SRCT on increasing marital intimacy.

    The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of hardiness training on adjustment in general and also on affective, social and educational adjustment of adolesents. Subjects were consisted of 30 female adolescents thate were randomly selected. In this respect four hypothesis were formulated. In order to test the hypothesis, the personal views survey and the adjustment scale were administered to all subjects. Results indicated that The hardiness training has significantly increased the adjustment in general and also, affective and social adjustment of the subjects (P < 0.05), but did not significantly affect the educational adjustment. Through strengthening components of commitment, control and Challenge with increase in optimism, self-esteem and resilience, hardiness training results in better processing of information and usage of effective methods for solving problems and with upbringing stamina of confrontation and constructive coping, helps to increase adjustment.

    The purpose of the present research was studying the effectiveness of Stress inoculation training with Group method in decreasing stress of diabetic pationts. The population of research consisted of all diabetic patients that are member of diabetic patients association of karaj city. The sample consisted of 30 diabetic patients (experimental group 15 persons and control group 15 persons) that selected through random sampling. Research desing was experimental (pretest-posttest with control group). Stress inoculation training on experimental group was performance for 10 sessions. Research instrument were stress signs test. 5 hypothesis were formulated about effectiveness of Stress inoculation training on decrease stress signs (physical, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and total stress). analysis of covariance were used for analyzing the data. The finding indicated that Stress inoculation training had significant effect on decrease every dimensions of stress signs.

    The aim of this research was to investigation the relationship of sexual attitudes, love styles and mate selection criteria among Shahid Chamran University students. 392 participants were selected among students by multiple random sampling method bases on Morgan and Krejcie (1970) randomization stable. The Short Form Sexual Attitudes Scale, Love Attitudes Scale Short Form (LAS) and Romantic Partner Attribute Index were administrated. The current research is descriptive-correlation. The data analyzed using descriptive and inferential methods and SPSS-16 software. Findings indicated that: (1) there is a correlation between sexual conservative attitudes and personal/parenting mate selection criteria, (2) there is a correlation between sexual permissiveness attitude and attractiveness/ social mate selection criteria, (3) there is a correlation between pragma love style and peronal/ parenting mate selection criteria, (4) there are correlation between love styles (eros, ludus, storge and pragma) and attractiveness/ social mate selection criteria, (5) Pragma love style and sexual conservative attitude are predictions of personal/ parenting mate selection criteria, and (6) love styles (pragma and eros) and sexual permissiveness attitude positively and agape love style negatively are predictions of attractivenes/ social mate selection criteria. Regarding to the relationship between sexual attitudes and love styles with mate selection criteria this research could be useful in premarital consultation.

    This study was done the aim of Comparison between demography’s traits, personality’s traits and life quality in normal couples and couples in the threshold of divorce, so 57 women and 33 men on the threshold of divorce (90) were selected by the accessed sampling, voluntary and snow ball methods. Couples on the threshold of divorce should have series of traits: having chronic conflict, referring to justice’s family counseling center, time passing of their marriage, having literacy to read and write and having desire to participate on the study. For selecting normal couples, university students, familiar persons and applicant couples of divorce were used. Selected sample was studied by 1. Five factor’s personality questionnaire NEO-FFI 2. WHOQOL-BREF life Quality questionnaire, 3. demografy questionnaire. The result showed that demography traits of couples on the threshold of divorce were completely different from normal couples in all variables related to divorce. There was a meaningful difference between traits of normal couples and couples on the threshold of divorce (P À 0/001). The sco??? of neuroticism subscale of divorced couples were more than normal couples (P À 0/01). There was a meaningful difference between normal couples and couples on the threshold of divorce in quality of life (P À 0/0001). life quality’s score in couples on the threshold of divorce was lower than normal couples. Also result showed that there was a reverse and meaningful relationship between neuroticism and life quality (P À 0/001), direct and meaningful relationship between extroversion and life quality (P À 0/001), direct and meaningful relationship between agreement and life quality in birnak ciyokes (P À 0/004), direct and meaningful relationshp between openness and life quality in couples on the threshold of divorce (P À 0/007) and there was a direct and meaningful relationship between conscience and quality life (P À 0/05). According to results of this study, counselors and family therapist can pay attention to these factors in pre-counseling marriage, or to reduce conflict of couples.
