Better understand the mechanism of reinforcing produced by spherical nanoparticles in this rubber will help significantly in achieving engineering products. In this paper, the effect of nano-calcium carbonate was investigated in the range 0-20 phr on the properties of natural rubber (NR) and nitrile rubber (NBR) including cure rheometry (scorch time, cure time, max and min torque and different torque), tensile behavior, hardness and swelling resistance. Various experimental results show that changes many properties by addition of nano-CaCO3 are quite similar in the two rubbers and the optimal amount of nano-CaCO3 in both rubbers is 15 phr which by higher content, will be loss mechanical properties as well as other engineering properties. Significant improvement in mechanical properties without reducing the elastic properties of the rubber compounds is reason of the effectiveness of the enhanced mechanical properties of used nanoparticles in this study. Effect of calcium carbonate nanoparticles in change of Gibbs free energy is remarkable in natural rubber and reflects the greater tendency of solvent to natural rubber than nitrile rubber. Better dispersion of nanoparticles of calcium carbonate in nitrile rubber and also stronger interactions in interface of nano-CaCO3 and nitrile rubber with Kraus plotting was concluded.

Tire of vehicle as the single contact point of vehicle to ground and also the common component of brake, suspension, steering and transmission systems play a great role in safety of passengers, stability and vehicle control. The goal of this research is to study and analyze effect of tire different models on designing controller of antilock brake system and ultimately whole operation of vehicle. In this research first of all, tire different models were introduced and vehicle and brake system was modeled. Then a fuzzy logic controller of ABS was designed and finally this modeling and designing were simulated in Matlab/simulink software. Result of the research shows that in each tire model according to slip of tire, the estimated friction value by tire model, effects on stopping time, stopping distance and decrease of wheels speed.

In this research, natural rubber was concurrent mixed with their formulation components and different amounts of polyethylene powder two-rolls mill. The resulting blends were then converted to cured composite films by compression molding at 150 degree centigrade. There are some evidences showing during rubber curing process, polyethylene was separated from rubber and migrated to the surface where it forms a thin film on the composite. Surface morphology of composite films were investigated by scanning electron microscope and it was found that after exposure to ozone, lamellae crystals were formed and grown within polyethylene on the surface. In addition, the effects of polyethylene on cross linking process during rubber curing were investigated using XANES spectroscopy which identifies sulfur structures in polymeric materials.

One of parameters that influence total cost of production in tire industry is "rate of steam consumption per tire production". About half of the energy used in this industry is the tire curing process that the needed steam produced by the boilers. The purpose of the present paper is to find how change "Rate of Steam Consumption per Tire Production" index. Statistical study showed that there is a direct relationship between these two factors so that the reduced production levels, the index has risen dramatically. Statistical modeling based on data from tire production and steam in winter 1389 and spring 1390 models to estimate the index "Rate of Steam Consumption Per Tire Production" on the company's daily production is derived.

Today inventor and entrepreneurship thought and the usage of that in organizations is a vital and important thing. In this regard, attention to preventive of organization entrepreneurship is very important, because in this way, we can drop this factor and help to development and improvement of organization. This research is done in Governmental organization and the goal of it is the investigation of the most important obstacles for organization entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive research and the kind of this is correlation and measurement. The investigation of 220 questionnaires shows that: the most important challenges are the lack o enough authority in doing of job's duties, the lack of interesting from employees, un conforming of payment with needs and employee's tries, dependence to use of job's standard roles and the lack of existence of flexible control system and the lack of knowledge about research factors and the development.

Sometimes managers and marketers are emulating the characteristics of its market leader position they are seeking for what are they made up of the leader, which is said copycats the brand strategy. In today's world of increasing activity in the copycat brands and has many challenges. Copycats Brands simulate the visual impact created by leaders who are looking to gain customer acceptance. The aim of the present study is to investigate mindsets of consumer response to copycats and leader brands. Sample study is 330 cases of shorthand Chain store's customers in Tehran which selected by random cluster sampling. Research data using one-way analysis of variance tests were analyzed. The results show that consumers in different mindsets (feature-based and relationship-based) are different responses to the components of the feature-based or attribute-based copycats. Copycats brand elements include color, graphics, features, condition and size of the letters is similar.

Lean production is a new attitude and philosophy, which it’s origin and birthplace is Japan. Later this approach was introduced to Europe and America and was welcomed by many factories. This method persuades minimization of waste and maximization of efficiency of all facilities and manpower and capital. The present study aimed to find measures of lean production to select lean suppliers in a supply chain and the quantity of leanness of each supplier. First, a thorough review of the literature of lean assessment and leanness measurement has been conducted. Then quantitative measures of supplier evaluation extracted from the literature. By using Minimin which is a subset of data envelopment analysis, leanness of suppliers has been calculated. GAMS software was used to solve the final model.
