In this research, the effect of the weights of raw materials, melt temperature and injection pressure was experimentally investigated on the tensile strength of the blends samples of polyethylene- powder recycled Tire injection molding. Samples with different percentages of each component in the presence of 3 % of maleic anhydride coupling link and the melt temperature of 210, 200, 190°C and 400, 500, 600 bar injection pressure was prepared. And tensile tests were performed according to ASTM D-638. The results show that by increasing the amount of powdered rubber Polyethylene decreased tensile strength, increased temperature and reduced pressure injection minor impact strength and its value increases little.

About 15 million tiers (125000 tons) are recyclable every year. Scrap tires applied in many industries. Scrap tires have been used for protecting the ports, offshore installation, rivers and marine ecosystems for many years. Also, scrap tires extensively can be used as floating breakwaters, artificial reefs protection and submarine pipelines. Today, scrap tires is used for constructing the protective walls and structures with the connect them. The walls and structures can be used to protect coastal and marine ecosystems, widely. The performance and properties of these structures are still not well understood. In this paper, useful information about the various uses of scrap tires to protect the marine coastal ecosystems was compiled.

A equation for the prediction of crosslinking of a tire compound during accelerated sulfur vulcanization is presented. This solution derived from a second order non homogeneous differential equation deduced from kinetic model. Kinetic model constants are evaluated at three temperatures through a Levenberg-Marquart method. Then this model is applied to estimate numerically the degree of crosslinking performed on experimental MDR cure curve. The results of this model show predictions of properties of compound in the induction stage with long time and post cure stage with considerable reversion have error.

The use of large quantities of reinforcing fillers such as carbon black and silica in rubber vulcanizates has led to the attainment of specific mechanical properties of the rubber. The reinforcement anticipation of rubbers is limited to models of elastic or viscous behaviour of polymer composites or rubber. However, except volume fraction of the filler, many features of the fillers are effective on dynamical-mechanical behaviour of these composites. The main focus of this paper, is the influence of filler characteristics, such as the filler surface chemistry, the filler shape, the filler structure, particle size of the filler, and specially size distribution of the filler particles in reinforcement of colloidal, polymeric and rubber systems.Among the factors mentioned, the effect of particle size distribution of the filler in rubber systems is further considered.

globalization and Impact of technology have encouraged companies all over the world to work electronically. Since electronic businesses, is new ways of doing business online, in the competitive environment, companies that want to maintain their competitive advantage in this new era, online business cannot be ignored, especially in developing countries. Also the capacity of small firms in manufacturing, job creation, reducing costs are the important matter for solving our economic problems. Therefore, creating a business environment for small and medium businesses is important, for economic development. On the other hand, in an age of innovation, the use of the Internet in international trade as a system for providing services and purchasing goods for consumers without restrictions on place and time is one of the main problems in small and medium organizations, especially in developing countries. Thus, according to the importance of small and medium enterprises and, are considered as a stimulating factor in the economy in these countries, identifying key resources and using this new technology to enhance performance is so important. However, there are obstacles to the adoption of electronic commerce, and it has many advantages, we must create the suitable environment for using this technique. This paper considers the use of the Internet in SMEs, barriers and success factors. I hope the contents of this paper, to be an effective for directors and those who decide internet business.

Appearing information era and promoting valuable human communication and also outbreaking organizational strategic situations, emotional intelligence theory has been grown and changed into one of the most popular fields. Emotional intelligence is comprehensive term which consists a set of individual skills and characteristics and is higher than the recent knowledge like technical and professional one. In the current paper the influence of emotional intelligence on managers and employees’ commitment was surveyed. Emotional intelligence dimensions include self-awareness, self-regulating, motivating oneself, empathy and social skills. Managers are able to find and understand employees’ needs and desires and are more success utilizing their and others’ emotions and feelings. Also by their self-controlling, are able to manage emotional reactions and empathy with groups and understanding feelings which finally leads to developing middle managers with high levels of organizational commitment. About the relationship between emotional and cultural intelligence and their role in managers’ success can be claimed that by passing physical boundaries, managers’ success elixir in global level is cultural intelligence and having related skills to the jobs. In fact, emotional intelligence in one of middle managers’ needs and cultural intelligence is top managers’ one to success.

So far, much research has been done on organizational innovation, and either way the variables studied, but so far, no comprehensive study on the barriers and its grounds has been. Therefore, the present study addition addressing the concept of organizational innovation and it’s importance and necessity in organizations, studied The barriers on organizational innovation and Finally, The most important factors affecting the organizational innovation has been discussed. Results of this study showed that the barriers facing the organizational innovation: Barriers, managerial, mechanical organizational structure, unavailability of information, financial problems, lack of senior management support, too much bureaucracy, structural and cultural barriers. Finally, results showed that the factors affecting organizational innovation: Coordination, cultural variables, structural variables, dynamic, foreign competition, the customer, work value, job complexity, confidence in staff, leadership, good communication, adaptability and flexibility, financial resources, nature of work, locus of control, risk-taking and organizational support. Absoletely, with the knowledge and understanding of the barriers and factors and issues, organizations managers will be able to see a broader, more comprehensive and more informed look into the issue of organizational innovation and can earn interest in order to enhance the performance of your employees.

All technologies have some disadvantages besides their advantages, but the advantages of web- based technology have made it an integral part of modern life. Webbased technologies are designed based on network and each definition at networking or systematic approach is a part of whole. In this paper the effect of internet on a mixture or combination of marketing elements that covers all aspects of marketing will be evaluated. These elements are: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. It should be noted that some other researchers may have different classification for marketing mixture and these four elements are not the only definitions. These elements have some interaction on each other and also they effect on other aspects of business. The Internet, as a helpful tool by creating better interaction betweenCustomer and customer andorganizations realizes “product” in accordance with customer expectations in the manufacturing sector. The internet provides transparency and flexibility for the "price" in the marketing mix; it also reduces the costs and increases the confidence between parties by optimizing dealers’ responsibilities in “place” section. In the “promotion” part, by giving accurate information to the customers and providing virtual spaces for informal discussion, the internet leads to smart sales. In this study improving in the elements of the marketing mix is the basis for moving toward customer satisfaction (the main purpose of the organization), andthe issue is the relation between cause and effect in the system of elements with the internet development. In order to address this issue, the primary and secondarydata have been used.
