During the time paper based bill of lading have been faced with many disadvantages, such as the high cost of paper documents and slow transmission of those. These subjects, imposed problems and the high cost on international carriage of goods. To mitigate these problems, the 2008 Rotterdam Convention recognized electronic records in the maritime transport of goods. However, replacement of the paper based bill of lading with an electronic bill of lading is faced with the practical and theoretical issues and challenges. A comparative study of the electronic bill of lading challenges and opportunities that opens in front of modern trade and transport is the purposes of the present paper. The main focus of this paper will be on Hamburg Rules 1978, Rotterdam Convention 2008, Maritime Act and Electronic Commerce Act of Iran.

One of the most challenging problems in our country insurance industry is the phenomenon of increase of loss pay average time by insurance companies. A lot of research and analysis have been conducted on both the roots and possible solutions for this problem, none of which has had success in annihilating it. This paper presents a discrete model (nonlinear mathematical model) of insurance services chain based on the system dynamics approach. The studied services chain has multi levels and consists of insurance company, agents and customers. This chain model is simulated for analysing and quality improves of insurance services, such as decrease of loss pay average time. The developed model is a nonlinear mathematical model which is simulated by the Vensim software. The purpose of simulation exercise is to analyze performance of the insurance companies and insurance industry in quality and to predict services’ performance improvements with proposed strategies. The result shows two main factors to increase loss pay average time are: Increase of bureaucracy and increase of company’s customers; also two main factors for decreasing of loss pay average time are: performance improvement of human resource and betterment of IT efficiency.

Also the results of bancassurance agreement in the Parsian Bank from 50 branches anlyzed by T test. Results indicate that Bancassurance penetration percentage in Europe and Asia to sell life insurance products is more than of other insurance products. In this research the relation of cash return price index of Tehran Stock Exchange and Iran's economic growth has been studied. For this purpose data on these variables during the 1378-1387 were collected and by the collective Johansen test and vector error correction model the relationship between these variables is discussed. Johansen cointegration test result have shown a relationship between the variables. The test result of vector error correction model suggests that a causal relationship between economic growth and cash return price index of Tehran Stock Exchange exists.

Given the large share of Mazandaran province in the country's poultry meat production, this research aims to measure Herfindal index of the poultry slaughter industry in this province. New Empirical Industrial Organization (NEIO) approach is used to calculate the wholesale margin of poultry slaughter industry and market power of firms in the purchase of major inputs in Mazandaran. It also examines the effect of concentration index on the performance of firms, so that this effect is distinguished in two elements: market power and cost efficiency. The results of the simultaneous equations system indicates that poultry slaughter houses don`t have market power in Mazandaran, so they are price takers. Despite the low concentration of market power of firms, they are smaller than the costs efficiency. However this low concentration can cause market power resulting from the impact of the leading firms with high share of production. Due to rising energy prices in recent years, reduction of concentration index has not been able to compensate the price distortion of poultry slaughter industry performance at the wholesale level.

There is significant pressure to integrate traditional knowledge and the related issue of biodiversity protection in the WTO set of rules. Though this paper examines the possible contexts of such a right integrating a full sui generis right in TRIPS or otherwise. Rather, the best option for holders of traditional knowledge protection in the Doha negotiations may be to seek to legitimize their concerns in the form of a Declaration on Traditional Knowledge and Trade, which may have the effect of making official certain interpretations of the TRIPS Agreement and pave the way for a second stage of negotiations, during which positive obligations could be discussed in the form of a legal text. Meantime, work will no doubt continue at the WIPO and more countries will experiment possible legal mechanisms.
