The research provides a systematic method for assessing the financial performance of the banks. The analysis is based on a set of benchmarks related to the financial performance of the banks. In this regard, this research has explored a model for evaluating accepted banks in Tehran Stock Exchange using the data envelopment analysis method. The purpose of this research is to apply the research method. Also, the data collection method is a direct observation, interview and library method and a tool for collecting data from stock databases. The statistical population of this study is Tehran Stock Exchange member banks. Selection of inputs and outputs of this research has been done according to similar research. Inputs include public and administrative costs, income and output, including net profit. Also, according to the analysis done by the DEA models, it is selected for performance evaluation. Finally, the unit is either efficient or inefficient, and efficient units with The Anderson and Pearson models were ranked and eventually the Bank of Pasargad and the Gwain Bank ranked.

Futures studies is a value knowledge and has a two-way communication with the worldview, ideology and culture of nations. Humanities is one of the factors that influence the field of futures studies. Hence the human sciences itself could be the subject of future studies. In this study, we have tried to discuss the role of future studies in knowledge management in the field of humanities. Therefore, we had a case study with thematic analysis approach to examine this issue. The analysis of theme has shown that bias of humanities, complexity of human behavior and barriers to understand human are as the most important considerations of humanities. Also the results of analysis showed that the most important effects and achievements of the role of future studies in knowledge management were, predicting the future, creating favorable changes in the future, identifying change factors, the realizing projections, reaching the desired future and promoting the knowledge of future studies.

Service quality is a factor for measuring customer satisfaction in hotel industry. Therefore, in order to achieve competitive advantage and maintain customers, improving service quality has become an important tool in hotel industry to achieve customer satisfaction which is lead to customer loyalty. Because companies are developing close relationships with suppliers and customers. Since then the role of suppliers and their impact on the external services quality cannot be forgotten, in this research, the effect of external services quality are examined on internal service quality and customer loyalty in the supply chain of hotel industry. After reviewing the literature of the study and identifying the variables, the standard questionnaire Parkshash (2011) was distributed among 265 experts of the Parsian hotels complex then were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and LISREL8. Ultimately finding showed that there is a positive relationship between external service quality and internal service quality and customer loyalty.

The aim of this research is to design a model for excellence in human resources emphasizing its results in organizational behavior. This research depending on the purpose of basic research is also based on the research project and the terms of data collection, research is a descriptive (non-experimental), exploratory and adaptive. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 31 questions. To assess the validity of the judgment validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to test its validity. To validate the proposed model, were based on the Delphi technique several times asked of professors, scholars, pundits and experts. Until finally the ultimate model is to be adopted by consensus among respondents who were 30. Which eventually had 26 people willing to answer the final phase Delphi. The survey was conducted in four stages and results of each stage using formulas fuzzy Delphi technique was refined and feedback was given to respondents. Finally, brilliant pattern of human resource excellence in five main processes, 22 component and 10 standard designed as the model for Pathology of Human Resources and Human Resources Excellence Award was presented in Industry.

One of basic principle of any organization is to assure about obtained figures from measuring products. If the measured data was not trusted, will be lead to a wrong decisions regarding the approval or rejection of products and obviously the cost would be great. First cases in measurement systems analysis which crossing minds are criteria for approval or rejection any measurement system using its obtained results. It seems that comparing and ranking different measurement systems have an important role in future of any organization, when every system is evaluated by common criteria in measurement systems analysis. In this paper duo to ranking different measurement systems as an Alternative and average Attribute and calculated indices is considered as a bench mark in measurement systems analysis. For this purpose, a multiple criteria decision-making model, VIKOR method has been presented.in order to determine the Attribute weight we used AHP method, before VIKOR.

In the information age, the speed of producing and supplying valuable information is considered as one of the keys to success in the organizations and institutes. The major objective of this study was to investigate and specify the effective factors in evaluating the BI systems with an emphasis on the integrity of organizational resources. First, five factors were determined as the major factors through reviewing articles and the related books as well as using the opinion of the experts. Then, using Pareto analysis, 7 models/resources were selected as the reference among the total of 24 models/resources. The frequency of each of them was determined as 369 effective criteria using the model-criterion matrix; 40 criteria were considered as the effective criteria by using the Delphi four-step method. To rank the effective factors, TOPSIS model was used. Using Shannon entropy method, the priority of each of the factors, and their weights was respectively determined as organizational factors, project management and control, technical and technological factors, expectations and requirements management, and integration. Finally, according to the ISM , the relations of each of the effective factors were sorted in a way that the factors of integration and expectations and requirements management were placed at level 1, the technical and technological factors were placed at level 2, and the organizational factors and project management and planning with high influence power and low dependence for paying special attention to make effective changes in evaluating the business intelligence systems were placed at level3.

The aim of this study was to investigate effective factors in outsourcing of human resources activities of Saman bank. In this regard, the statistical population of the study consisted of 864 individuals of all employees and related directors in the selected branches of Saman bank and among those individuals, 122 of them were considered as sample size, by using Cochran formula and multistage cluster sampling method. The data collection method has done based on a researcher-made questionnaire. The standard questionnaires have extracted and done in the formulation of questions based on the components of the research. After distributing and collecting questionnaires, data analysis and testing of hypotheses have done by using Structural Equation Modeling Method and by using PLS Smart 2 software in two parts of the measurement model and structural part. In the first part, the technical characteristics of the questionnaire including reliability, convergent validity and divergent validity of PLS-specific questionnaire have investigated. In the second part, the software's significant coefficients have used for examining the research hypothese. Finally, the findings have confirmed the impact of factors like organizational, managerial, economic, strategic, technical and structural, and related institutions on outsourcing of human resources activities of Saman bank.
