    The rapid development of the Internet and the influence of this phenomenon on different aspects of life causes rapid developments in various sciences and necessary to the new needs of societies that have not been solvable by the traditional system، is removed. The information revolution in the end of 20th century، we are seeing enormous changes in the type، speed and domain activities، especially in advanced industrial societies and in all fields. This revolution eventually led to the emergence of electronic business. With the advent of E business، the organizations are changing the business and trade and for create the communication and business development to the important concept of trust is needed to be a fundamental principle for any related business، and an essential factor in the motivation to buy on the Internet، customer confidence is considered as the main factor is the success of E business. Most researchers believe that E Business can be successful when the public trust in the virtual environment. In this paper، at first we examined the concept and importance of electronic trust and confidence/trust effects on the development of electronic business presented and then، a conceptual model to order the process electronic customer trust and the role of that in the development of E Business is presented.
