One of the most important issues in inventory control is determination of the recorder point. Are usually in forms of crisp or probability. In this article the parameters are considered as fuzzy numbers because of ambiguities in the real world. Then reorder point value is calculated using α-cut concept extension principle. Fuzzy arithmetic and fuzzy trapezoidal numbers. Finally concluding remarks are given.

In this article it has been tries to represent the strategy of development paraffin industry in Iran by USING SWOT model. Different Production Technologies have been acquainted in expansionist vision and production possibility has been noticed. Suitable technology has been chosen with the use of Multiple Attribute Decision Making and TOPSIS Decision making model. ELECTRE Decision Making Model has been used of evaluate & confirm the accuracy of its results.

The present article is a result of application research in the field of improvement of bank services by the use of QFD method. QFD is means which translates actual nees of customers to specifications of product services. The needs of customers are gathered by a modern and structured method in QFD. Considering the organizational resources and capabilities of organization the needs or demands are answered. With regard to the title of article the use of QFD technique in assessing of physical specifications of band branches the main purpose is to determine of customers points of view as to values which are expected of the quality of physical aspects of the branches. Also in the article we have compared the amount of answering to customer needs and expectations in refah band to other branches. Also in the article we have compared the amount of answering to customer needs and expectations in refah bank to other competitors as well as to assess their points of view as to required technical obligations and to design a proper pattern for assessing of physical specifications of the branches. Considering the importance of marketing and selecting of the physical aspects and specifications among them we have interviewed customer and in order to determine their importance we have designed a questionnaire for customer based on the process of AHP. And we have assessed the technical specifications and obligations which will answer the needs by the help of expects and proficient in this field. Further we have determined the operation of band and its competitors in doing the desired needs of customers as well as their technical demands and obligations according to QFD technique in HOQ. Finally we have presented the proper pattern acquired by the above matrix to assess the physical specifications for absolute branches of the Refah Bank.

Customers are the primary source of profitability in the organizations and hence taking into consideration their wants and needs are required for ensuring business units survival. This will be accomplished through offering of high quality services. 30 percent of total quality weight of Malcolm baldridge award is dedicated to customer satisfaction. This paper is the result of an applied research to enhance banking services using QFDs. QFD is a tool to convert customer real needs into product service features. Using a structured method QFD collects the needs of the customers and considering organizational resources and its ability responds to market needs and wants. The main objective is to determine customers views on values that customer expect from the concept of physical quality of the banks branches. The study utilized different methods involving interviews questionnaire and analysis of documents. Using analytic hierarchy process the physical features of the bank has been ranked and suggestions have been proposed to better design and deploy the physical features of the banks. Also responding to expectancies of customers of bank Refah has compared with the competitors, and customers opinions on technical requirements and designing an appropriate design of physical is investigated and presented.
