Pages 1-16Background And ObjectivesThe use of computer technology and the internet in the production and exchange of information has led to increase of social and economic changes; these developments, however, are dangerous in some important aspects including the creation of the offenses committed in cyberspace. Currently, computer crimes are done with various forms of which internet scams are considered as examples of common internet financial crime. The purpose of this study was to determine effective strategies for preventing online fraud and investigate the effect of the proposed solutions.MethodologyThe research method was of an analytic-descriptive and survey research type. A questionnaire and interview techniques were employed for data collection. The statistical population of the study includes all of the judges, preventive police officers, and computer engineers in Karaj city among whom individuals were randomly selected. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Pages 17-44Background And ObjectivesThe Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary and spontaneous behaviors and they are more dependent to individual choice than a behavior dependent to the description of a job or organizational function and in spite of being beyond the function, it is necessary for the effectiveness of the organization. The occurrence of these behaviors for a number of organizations such as the police is particularly important because of the really different and complex expectations from a police officer. This research aims to investigate the influence of two variables of justice and the leader-follower relationship on the occurrence of these behaviors in police.Methodologythis study has been conducted in two documentary and survey methods. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach alpha (94/0) and its validity was confirmed by the experts. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics techniques. The Spearman correlation coefficient was employed for testing the hypotheses. For more confidence, the structural equation modeling was employed.Findings andResultsThe results showed that the perception of justice and the leader-follower relationship both had positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Pages 45-60Background And ObjectivesToday, social trust is the most important component of social capital and one of the most important aspects of human and social relationships that leads to the participation increase and facilitation in social relations. The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between social trust and citizen participation in the promotion of public security.MethodologyThis study is of descriptive-analytic and survey research type. The statistical population of the study consisted of the over 15-year-old citizens of Rasht city in2013. 410 people have been selected using a two-stage cluster sampling method. The data were analyzed using SPSS software and the Kendall Tau correlation coefficient test and multivariate regression.Findings andResultsThe research has shown that there is a significant relationship between citizens’ social trust in police and their participation in the promotion of public security and this is of a positive correlational relationship. Also, the mean ranking of the components of this study showed that with. 531 of trusteeship, police decisiveness, police acceptability, compliance with civil rights and the satisfaction of the police, in order of preference, have a significant impact on the citizens’ participation with the police in promoting public security.Keywords: Trust, Public participation, Public security, Police, Police acceptability

Pages 61-74Background And ObjectivesCreating spirituality at work has many benefits for staff management and organization. Employees are after meaning in their work and are looking for a way that joins their career life to their spiritual life and they would like to be coordinated with a vision and purpose that goes beyond economic interests. Managers with spirituality can improve productivity in their workplace or organization. The aim of this study was to identify and rank the factors affecting the spiritual excellence of staff and law enforcement agencies in the Islamic Republic of Iran.MethodologyIn terms of its objective, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is a survey research. The instrument for data collection was a valid (experts opinions) and reliable (alpha 0/93) questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all of the commanders, directors, and managers of Tehran’s police chief of whom 100 individuals were selected as a sample of the study. To analyze the data, SPSS software and one sample t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were employed. Pages 75-87Background And ObjectivesEffective management in higher education institutions requires proper leadership model, so that the application of appropriate leadership style of managers of these institutions, can be effective in motivating faculty members. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership style and creativity of faculty members of Amin Police University.MethodologyIn terms of its objective, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is a survey research. The statistical population of the study includes 131 selected faculty members of Amin Police University as a sample. The data were collected using Torrance Creativity Questionnaire (0/91) and Hersey and Blanchard Leadership Style Questionnaire (0/93). In order to measure the research hypotheses the Chi-square test was employed. Findings andResultsThe results indicate that there is a significant relationship between leadership style and creativity among the faculty members of Amin Police University. Pages 89-100Background And ObjectivesOrganizational commitment is considered as an attitude consisting of a strong tendency toward staying in the organization, tendency toward extraordinary struggle for the organization and a strong belief in accepting the values and objectives of the organization; due to its influence on other managerial variables, the organizational commitment has attracted a lot of attention. This article aims to investigate the effective inter-organizational factors on organizational commitment promotion among Tehran Intelligence Police Staffs.MethodologyIn terms of its objective, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is a survey research. The statistical population of the study includes 140 selected Tehran Intelligence Police staffs as a sample. The data were collected using a reliable and valid questionnaire and they were analyzed via SPSS software. Findings andResultsThe results indicate that there is a significant relationship among the four variables of: 1) attunement of individual and organizational objectives; 2) provision of conditions for achieving success; 3) the nature of the work and 4) welfare measures. Pages 101-113Background And ObjectivesThe admission stage of prisoners is one of the fundamental procedures of every prison and in spite of many similarities around the world there are some differences in this process. The purpose of this paper is to show the differences in Iranian prisons and studied countries, and provide a model for this process in Iran.MethodologyIn terms of its objective, this study is of an applied research type and in terms of methodology it is a survey research. The data were collected using library study, interview and questionnaire. Then, the prisoner admission process in Iranian prisoners was compared with other countries and finally the appropriate model was proposed.Findings andResultsThe research indicated that the admission of the prisoner in Iran has a relatively appropriate structure although, comparing with the prisons outside Iran, the use of modern technology in this process is low. Also it is essential to promote, reform, and revise this process in some parts considering the need to better understand the character of the prisoners in order to appropriately classifying them along with the implementation of the reform and upbringing.Keywords: Admission, Recognition, Prison, Comparison
