    دور زدن دماغه امید نیک توسط اروپائیان و ورودشان به آب های اقیانوس هند، دریای سرخ دریای عمان و خلیج فارس سبب رویاروئی آنها با فرمانروایان منطقه ای شد، زیرا ورود آنها سیستم سنتی تجارت را مختل کرد. ورود پرتغالی ها به این نواحی و انتقال تجارت این حوزه ها از دوران کهن به دوران جدید موجب واکنش فرمانروایان مناطقی که در حقیقت مسیرهای اصلی تجارت سنتی بودند، گردید، چرا که آنها را از سود حاصل از مبادلات شرق و غرب محروم می ساخت. از جمله فرمانروایان این مناطق می توان به صفویان، عثمانی ها و مغولان هند اشاره کرد. دولت صفوی در ابتدای قدرت گیری خود به دلیل درگیری های داخلی توجه چندانی به این امر نداشت تا اینکه در زمان شاه عباس اول آنها را در سال 1032 ق./1622م. به کمک انگلیسی ها از هرمز بیرون راند، اما دولت عثمانی که از همان ابتدای ورود پرتغالی ها در صدد رقابت با آنها برآمده بود، پس از بیرون رانده شدن پرتغالی ها از هرمز به آنها نزدیک گردید و در نواحی دیگری از خلیج فارس مانند بصره و بحرین برای ایران مشکل ساز شد. در پژوهش حاضر این مسئله از دوره شاه عباس اول تا سقوط سلسله صفوی در دوره شاه سلطان حسین مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت.

    عثمانیان در دوره سلطان سلیمان قانونی با اشتغال به جنگ های اروپائی از دیپلماسی نظامی خود در مورد ایران کاستند و حتی از تحریک اوزبکان علیه صفویان خودداری کردند. اما پس از رهائی از جنگ های اروپائی با تحریک حساسیت های سیاسی و مذهبی اوزبکان، حملات همزمانی را در مرزهای شرقی و غربی ایران آغاز کردند. نه تنها زبان و نژاد مشترک میان عثمانیان و اوزبکان، که مذهب مشترک و اندیشه تجدید خلافت عامل اتحاد این دو دولت علیه ادعاهای سیاسی و مذهبی صفویان بود. این پژوهش درصدد یافتن عوامل و چگونگی اتحاد عثمانیان و اوزبکان در دوره شاه طهماسب صفوی است و قصد دارد سیاست های سلطان سلیمان در مورد ایران و به ویژه دیپلماسی وی را نسبت به اوزبکان ماوراءالنهر ترسیم کند و اثرات اتحاد دو دولت سنی مذهب در شرق و غرب ایران را بر حیات دولت صفوی در این دوران بررسی نماید. در واقع، مقاله حاضر بخشی از روابط داخلی جهان اسلام را طی سده دهم هجری/ شانزدهم میلادی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد داد.

    از آنجا که قلمرو ایلخانان از دو سو با دیگر الوس های مغولی همسایه بود، مناسبات آنها با این الوس ها در تاریخ دوره حاضر از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. در این میان، الوس جغتای به دلیل قرار گرفتن بر سر راه ارتباطی ایلخانان با دربار قاآن بزرگ و همچنین دعاوی توسعه طلبانه در شرق ایران، روابط گسترده تری با ایلخانان داشت. به سبب آنکه این روابط رویکردی ستیزه آمیز و خصمانه به خود گرفت، مطالعه شرایط و زمینه هائی که روابط میان آنها را شکل داد، ضرورت دارد. الوس جغتای با وجود موقعیت جغرافیائی ویژه، دچار ضعف سیاسی شد و در نتیجه مورد تعرض دیگر الوس ها قرار گرفت. در پی آن، ایلات این الوس به دلیل ناتوانی در تامین مایحتاج زندگی و کمبود مرتع و چراگاه برای احشام به تنگنا افتادند. موقعیت مناسب خراسان، تصرف آن ایالت را به عنوان راه خروج از مشکلات الوس در پیش چشم براق خان جغتائی جلوه گر ساخت. اما با واکنش آباقاخان، این تعرض با شکست مواجه شد و تا آخر عهد آباقاخان تکرار نگردید.

    با فتح کامل ایران توسط هولاکو و واگذاری حکومت مناطق متصرفی از سوی خان بزرگ مغول به او، حکومتی مغولی به نام ایلخانان در ایران تاسیس شد که اگرچه از جهت نظری تابع دربار خان بزرگ در چین بود، اما در عمل چهره یک حاکمیت مستقل را به نمایش گذاشت. با این وجود و به رغم مسائلی مانند دوری مسافت میان قلمرو دو حکومت؛ مجموعه ای از دلایل سیاسی، نظامی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی موجب شد تا در چارچوب مناسبات دو طرف عصری مهم در تاریخ روابط ایران و چین شکل بگیرد. چنانکه حتی کاهش تدریجی وابستگی سیاسی ایلخانان به خان بزرگ، آسیبی جدی به تداوم ارتباط آنها در دیگر زمینه ها وارد نکرد. این مناسبات حاصل مجموعه ای از زمینه ها و عوامل مختلف بود و در ضمن عرصه های گوناگونی را در بر می گرفت. در مقاله حاضر کوشش شده است تا این زمینه ها، عوامل و عرصه ها با استناد به منابع و تحقیقات از زوایای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

    مناسبات بریتانیا با شرق در حوزه های مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی بروز پیدا کرد و شالوده این مناسبات بر محور حفظ منافع و حذف رقبای سیاسی از صحنه قدرت قرار داشت و در همین راستا، بریتانیا اهداف کلان استراتژیک خود را در شرق دنبال کرد. یکی از نمودهای استعمار اقتصادی بریتانیا، سیاست های بانکداری آن در سایر کشورهاست. مقاله حاضر به بررسی نظام بانکداری بریتانیا در ایران و هند اختصاص دارد. سیاست های بانکی بریتانیا در این دو کشور در ابعاد مختلف از جهت ساختار و نحوه عملکرد واجد ویژگی های خاصی است، کلیه شعب خارجی بانک های بریتانیائی تحت نظارت وزارت خزانه داری این کشور بودند و بریتانیا اهداف مشترکی را در سرزمین های مختلف دنبال می کرد، بنابراین نظام بانکداری مستعمراتی بریتانیا در هند و ایران به رغم تفاوت های اندک در زمینه نشر اسکناس و تعداد شعب از نظر اهداف کلان بریتانیا و گسترش نفوذ سیاسی همسان بودند.

    اشغال ایران توسط قوای متفقین، آنها را وارد صحنه سیاسی ایران کرد. تا زمانی که تهدید آلمان نازی وجود داشت، متفقین در ارتباط با یکدیگر و نیز در مواجهه با دولت ایران در تعامل به سر می بردند. با کمرنگ شدن تهدید آلمان، اوضاع تغییر کرد و دولت های شوروی، انگلستان و آمریکا در اندیشه کسب منافع و گسترش نفوذ خود برای فردای پس از جنگ در ایران برآمدند. شوروی در پی تغییر ساختار موجود و تقابل با دولت ایران جهت دستیابی به منافع اقتصادی و سیاسی منطقه ای بود، از این رو سعی نمود از طریق اشاعه کمونیسم و اعمال نفوذ در برخی از جریانات سیاسی- اجتماعی مورد حمایت خود ساختار موجود در ایران را تغییر دهد و یا با بهره گیری از این شرایط، توان تحت فشار قرار دادن دولت پهلوی و قدرت های بین المللی را به دست آورد. در این میان، انگلیس و آمریکا در مسیرحفظ وضع موجود، تقویت نسبی دولت ایران به منظور جلوگیری از اشاعه کمونیسم در ایران و منطقه، حفظ و گسترش نفوذ در میان نیروهای سنتی طرفدار خود که بیشتر از گروه های اشراف زمیندار، سرمایه داران و افراد صاحب نفوذ دربار بودند و نیز مقابله با سازمان های سیاسی- اجتماعی مخالف حضور آنها در ایران تلاش می کردند. به دنبال ضعف داخلی انگلستان و قدرت روز افزون آمریکا و تبدیل آن به قدرت جهانی، انگلستان موقعیت خود را به نفع آمریکا و تنزل نفوذش در ایران از دست داد. بررسی روند تعامل و تقابل قدرت های بین المللی در قبال دولت و جریان های سیاسی- اجتماعی ایران طی جنگ جهانی دوم مسئله اساسی این پژوهش است و نوشتار حاضر در صدد است که با رویکردی توصیفی- تحلیلی آن را نمایان سازد.

    Turning the Cape of Good Hope by Europeans and their entrance to Indian Ocean, Red sea, Oman sea and Persian Golf caused to encounter with local rulers and Kings. Because, their arrival confounded traditional System of trade. With Portuguese entrance to eastern seas; Indian Ocean, Oman Sea, and Persian Golf; and transferring These Area trading from Old world to Modern world, called more as Capitalism, urged the rulers or Kings of the main routs of traditional trade had response in front of them. Since they were deprived from the interests of east and west exchanges. Among them we can name Safavids, Ottoman Empire and India Mongol. Because of internal quarrels, The Early Safavid state didn’t had any attention to Portuguese entrance until Shah Abbas The first banished them with English support. But The Ottoman Empire that tried to compete portuguses from the first. After their exiting from Hurmoz, Ottoman and Portugal approach each other and caused difficulty for Iran in other regions of Persian Golf such as Basre and Bahrain. In this research we try to study this Issue from Shah Abbas The first to the Decline of Safavid Empire in Shah Sultan Hoseyn Era.

    During the reign of Sultan Suleiman, the Ottomans were involved in European campaigns, and thus they minimized their military diplomacy against Iran. They even did not arouse the Uzbeks to actions against the Safavids. After the European Campaigns, they aroused religious emotions in the Uzbeks and made some attacks on the Eastern and Western borders of Iran. The Ottomans and the Uzbeks shared the same language, race, and religion. In addition, they were thinking about regaining the rulership. All of these allied the two against the Safavid government with its special political and religious claims.The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors which led to alliance between the Ottomans and the Uzbeks during the reign of Tahmaseb, one of the rulers of the Safavid dynasty. To this end, the Ottoman Sultan Suleiman’s diplomacy with Iran and especially his diplomacy with the Uzbeks of Transoxiana have been considered. Furthermore, the influences of alliance between these two Sunni governments, on the Western and Eastern borders of Iran, on the survival of the Safavid dynasty have been investigated. In other words, this study has investigated some of the relations within the Islamic worlds in the 16th century.

    It is very important, the relationships of Ilkhanid kingdom with moghul olūses,for the sake of this kingdom was been situated in adjacency of them. In this case, beside, that have expansionistic claims toward the east part of iran, jaghatay olūs due to be placed on relational course,has more extensive relationships with Ilkhāns. It is necessary, that were been studied, the requirements and preliminaries which this relationships were been shaped in them, for had antagonistic state. As a result of particular geographical location, jaghatay olūs was been contracted too much political debility, that, be followed by aggression of other olūses. Therefore, nomads of this olūs were been suffered insufficiency pasture for cattle, plus, were been suffered hardship for preparing of their necessities. Conquest of khorassan was come in to view, as recourse of his olūs's difficulties in mind of barāq, jaghatay khan,for suitable position of there. but, for the sake firmly reaction of Ābāqā khān, this invasion was been failed and was not repeated until end of period of him.

    Following the capture of Iran by Hulegu and his appointment as ruler of Iran by Qubilai Qaān, a Mongol state entitled Ilkhanid government has established along with other Mongol governments in western Asia. Although Ilkhanid government has been considered as a dependant power to great Khan theoretically, it was an independent sovereign practically. In spite of this and also far distance between these two Mongol realm, political, military, economic and cultural reasons led them toward a spread out relations between Iran and China. Consequently the Mongol dominations over Iran and China experienced a crucial period which comes from different backgrounds and elements. Present article is going to evaluate the various aspects of subject according to historical sources and researches.

    The British relations with the East has been manifested in such various areas as politics, economics, and culture, with its economic ones based on interestretaining, and the elimination of political rivals from power arena, making its overall strategic goals in the Eastin line with this policy. Banking policies in other countries are manifestations of the economic relations of Britain. The present article studies the British banking policy toward Iran and India. It includes, in various aspects, special structural and functional features in the countries of Iran and India. The entire foreign British bank branches have been under Treasury supervision, and Britain hassought the same aims in different lands; therefore, the colonial British banking system in Iran and India remained the same regarding Britain’s overall goals, and the political influence development despite few differences in the issue of banknotes and the number of bank branches.

    International powers interaction and confrontation with the government and the social movements in Iran during World War II, is the basic problem of this research. At the present paper, for clarifying the issue, descriptive -analysis approach is used. Iran’s occupation by Allied Forces led directly their Intervention in the country political scene. With the threats of Nazism, Allied forces had tried to have greater interaction with each other. With the fading of the German threat, the situation was different. Each of the governments such as the Soviet Union, America and Britain seek to acquire their interests and expand its influence in the future after the war. At this time, Britain and America sought to preserve the status quo and in interacting with the government of Iran. America and Britain's relations with Iran in the cases dealing with the Soviet government, were as well as interaction -interaction. The Soviet government sought to change the existing structure and confront with Iran. The Soviet relations with Iran and America and Britain to resolve the German threat, were the interaction - interaction and after the disappearance of German threat, were the confrontation –confrontation. Soviet attempt to influence social movements in Iran and also expand communism, so that may provide their own interests.
