The Islamic revolution in Iran is the result of imitating the prophets, especially Abraham, and taking them as role models. This was first reflected perfectly in Imam Khomeini (r) and then the souls of the people in the society were affected. Therefore, Imam Khomeini (r) specified his political goals, principles, and strategies by taking Prophet Abraham (a) as a role model. Afterwards, he entered the arena of uprising and revolting against polytheism and rebels. By standing up to oppression, he created the foundations for the advent of religious understandings and divine values to come into the society.

Throughout the ancient history of Iran there have always been autarchic governments which, keeping in mind the interaction between the government and the people and mutual effects that they have on each other, led the moods of the people in a certain direction. One of the subjects of study for sociologists is Iranian individualism. Autarchic government and individualism interact with each other and strengthen each others effects and signs. On one side, the autarchic government strengthens individualism in the society and, keeping in mind its lawlessness, corruption spreads in the society. On another side, the spirit of individualism, inclined to being in a rut, considered the minimum amount of easily obtained needs. By invading other people’s rights, they created an unstable environment in the society destroying the existence of firm non-autarchic governments.

The neo-salafi movement is a religious-political movement which has been formed in the last three decades. Neo-salafi is a branch of Wahhabism. They have been able to address certain people, especially people revolting against oppressive countries and brave individuals fighting against internal powers due to their criticism of conservative-cultural Wahhabism. The effects of Sayyid Qutb in the spirits of these anti-conservatives prove its seriousness. Therefore, the author, while stating the historical background of this movement, looks into the leaders of this movement as well. Some of the pivotal ideologies of this movement are introduced in the discussion as well.

Post Secularism is a term in which discussions such as the return to religion and the enlivening of religion, especially in the west, are discussed and examined. The main arguments and discussions in this field are about the return of religion to the general public and the inadequateness of the ancient style of secular governments an effort was made to separate religion and politics or the government and politics in the society. This article by Olivia Rua, a French researcher, tries to examine this issue from the dimension of sociology. She believes that, through the essential changes that have occurred in the present age in government and religion, the ancient system of a secular government and its tools are no longer effective in the society. This issue must be somehow reviewed and a new opinion, no matter how conservative, must be made regarding the relationship between religion and government.

In this article, the writer is trying to investigate the nature of justice from Imam Ali’s viewpoint. A study of Imam’s illuminative speeches shows that the real nature of social justice is to establish and grant all individuals their social rights. The writer investigates the relation of right and justice, right and obligation, justice and munificence, oppression, felicity and fairness, to show that Imam’s approach to this subject is a right-oriented approach. The social rights are mutual, and right is a concomitant of obligation; social rights embrace all citizens of Islamic society. Besides, two concepts of “oppression” and “cruelty” are contrary to the concept of “justice”, the former leading to injustice and the latter hindering the realization of justice. All individuals are equal before law, but as for rights, there is no equality. The origin of right is composed of two things: ultimate interest, and agentive interest.
Keywords: justice, social justice, right, obligation, equality, munificence, oppression

This article tries to examine the period called reformism in the Iranian political system. Therefore, first the process of the formation of reformism in Iran is mentioned, and then the various opinions about it are examined. In the end, the specific opinions of the reformists are examined and whether or not their opinions are in congruence with the political system and the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is reviewed. The main question of the present research is: Were the opinions and actions of the reformists during the period called ‘reformism’ in accordance with the constitution or political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The main hypothesis of this research was formed upon the actions of a group of reformists which clearly show that they did not pay attention to the concerns or the clear principles of the constitution. Their actions laid the foundations for convulsion and fighting in the Iranian society. In the event of the 2nd of Khurdad, 1376 a group of political, social, and intellectual activists entered the social and political scene in Iran. Their opinions, their epistemology theories, their religious theories, and their political theories all stemmed from the west. They imagined that the people gave them the power and decision to create change. Therefore, the second of Khurdad was considered a movement to change values, organization, and laws. Their most foundational need to advance such goals was theorization and creating social opinions in order to rebuild thought, as well as the destruction of values that rule over the constitution.
