DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) is a linear programming method whose main purpose is comparing and evaluating a number of similar decision making units with different amounts of input and output. Using this method, one can rank efficient and inefficient companies and then among the efficient companies, identify the efficiency frontier. In ranking stock companies, one of the factors which have been overlooked in previous research is “Intellectual Capital” index. In this paper, based on this index, along with financial indices, the petrochemical companies listed on the stock exchange have been ranked by means of Data Envelopment Analysis method and then efficient and inefficient companies have been identified. Subsequently, employing Benchmark Approach, efficient units have been ranked. Also, to determine the importance of inputs, by applying Sensitivity Analysis, the model has been solved three times, each time removing one of the inputs and the difference between the obtained values and the values gotten from the primal model has been calculated. The results of the study show that among the 16 companies under study, 9 units have been known to be efficient and the “Intellectual Capital” index, as an input in DEA model, has a significant role in evaluating these units.

The present study aimed to explore the role of mediating factors of market orientation with regard to supply chain performance to help the firms achieve high levels of performance via identification of mediating factors of market orientation effective on supply chain performance and determining their degree of importance. The statistical population included all managers and experts of the purchasing, business and selling sector of Reef Iran Chemical and Industrial Group among whom 85 persons were selected as the statistical sample. The obtained results disclosed that mediating factors of market orientation including decentralization, formalization, control system, inter-sectoral coordination, senior manager's support and reward system have a significant relation with supply chain performance. According to results of regression test, control system and decentralization are more effective than other factors in supply chain cycle. This shows that they have a positive effect on marketing, market-oriented behavior and supply chain performance of firms.

Sustainable production is using non-polluting processes and systems by considering energy conservation and natural resources, which is sustainable in terms of economic, safety and health for employees, society and consumers. In general sustainable production refers to valuable social production for all working people. There are different perspectives on sustainable production indicators. However, some recent researches offered indicators for measuring sustainable production. Increasing the number of indicators causes managers’ confusion in using them. This paper offers a fuzzy inference system for indicators ranking in organizations. In this study, general prioritizations regardless of the type of manufacturing industry were considered and effort was focused on showing the relative degree of indicators for managers. So that it offers good understanding about importance of each indicator with regard to others for assessmenting the past, present and future of organizations. The results of the present study shows that beside economy, specialists have great attention on the environmental issues which is important and necessary for manufacturing in protecting natural resources and environments.

The Quality Function Deployment method (QFD) is one of the most effective tools of designing and improving quality being used in order to supply customer’s requirements and enhancing his/her satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to prioritize the identifiers of improving servicequality of dental clinic using QFD approach and combined ANP and DEMATEL with fuzzy approach. Initially in this research, patients’ demands were determined. Before ranking, the patients’ demands were classified based on dimensions of SERVQUAL model, then they were ranked by the combined ANP and DEMATEL with fuzzy approach. Then, technical requirements were determined by nominal group technique. At last, the matrix of house of quality (HOQ) was completed that the most significant technical requirements include holding training courses, purchasing modern equipment, and recruiting skilled and committed personnel.
