    This article is based on a survey done in kharg as a Case Study. This paper present the importance of social development of the island and social objects of staff as human capital and the need to social assessment in area. The island's social condition and itsimpact on the environment where Oil staff live is studied in this article and it show living conditions in the island, especially He living conditions of oil industry staff, and describe structural proportion for oil development and social development, alsoprovide its operational requirements in Kharg.     Burnout syndrome is a general and pervasive phenomenon that even effects the overall individual lifestyle. This phenomenon has a close relationship with the psychological pressures and is more seen in the jobs personnel spending many hours in close contactwith others. Mazlak has presented a three-dimensional concept of burnout that includes components such as; Emotional fatigue, Metamorphosis personality and Sense of personal adequacy reduction. He has also provided a tool to measure these components.A survey has been carried out in Iran, studying the reliability and the validity of this tool. Nevertheless, most studies have been carried out in organizations such as health and education centers but not much in research centers

    This article was done explore key factors of commitment of Iranian Oil Termination Company (OTC) employees. In the current period characterized by change and turbulence, employees may demonstrate limited organizational commitment to their employers. Therefore, awareness of commitment of employees was very important for managers of OTC to ensure high performance of employees. Then we selected 200 employees as our sample, and structural equation modeling analysis and Bayesian networks were conducted to test our model as well as exploratory factor analysisto variable factoring. Our model is not only based on Meyer and Allen’s model but it has four dimensions for identifying critical factors affecting on employees commitment includingorganizational factors, out of organization factors, job factors and personal factors. Results showed that all four dimensions affected on employee's commitment directly or indirectly.

    This article deals with the contextual elements suitable for knowledge – besed organizations. The main research question is "what is the suitable contextual pattern (from structural, cultural and technological point of view) for knowledge basedorganizations?" "How is the situation of given Statistical population concerning these dimensions and elements?" "How much has it institutionalized these elements in itself?" Statistical population of research is NIOPDC. Data collection was donebased on, in-person questionnaire and Survey–descriptive approach was our research methodology. Concluding results indicate that all of the model elements and there is a meaningful difference between current and desirable situation of elements.
