    Cybernetics is related to the second phase of the industrial revolution (communications arena) and the concept of message and reaction are pivotal in it. The artificial intelligence which is being considered nowadays in advanced computer systems has common borders with cybernetics. Cyberneticss is a theory servant for other sciences and its function in human is deliberation, remembrance and comparison. Cybernetics is also a combination of psychology, logic, mathematics and philosophy. Cybernetics is being used widely in thesolution of social, economic, biologic, medical problems and also in humanitarian affairs. This theory is also applicable in linguistics, psychology of information, economy and law. The importance of philosophical and methodological approach in this theory can be seenin its application in artificial intelligence.

    after the triumph of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the U.S. tried constantly to halter this revolutionary and new established regime through using different tools and to prevent it from evolution to a powerful regional actor. In order to reach this target, one of U.S.most important tools has been numerous economic sanctions which have imposed tremendous economic costs on both sides. Nevertheless it seems that the sanctions policy have failed in this period because the Islamic Republic of Iran has made no changes in her general and ivotal policies and keeps on to her economic and technologicaladvancement. The failure of this U.S. policy has roots in several actors the most important of which are the nature, methods and the nilateralism of these sanctions and the misunderstanding of the value centered nature of the Islamic Republic policy-making process.

    The U.S. took her first steps to enter Iran in the Fath`ali Shah era through dispatching religious missioners. These missioners helped dramatically to Iranian people in different fields such as social, medical and educational services and could find a special position among the Iranian nation in spite of the colonial competitions between the britishand russian superpowers. But with the passage of time and until the 28th Mordad coup in 1332, the U.S. discovered the strategic position and natural resources of Iran and tried to increase her share from them. Finally Imam Khomeini (p) with the assistance of the Iranian nation ended the Pahlavi era in 22th Bahman, 1357 and made some problemsfor the U.S. in this region of world. Therefore the U.S. tried to reestablish the previous situation through using different interfering acts but faced with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s reaction in the framework of specific behavioral models which will be considered in this article.

    After the WWII the realist course achieved a position in international relations that soon considered not only as a theory but also as a model of thought or a paradigm for international relations and developed to be the prevailing thought in academic circles.Realism was considered very simply as the study of specific concepts and issues such as politics of power, war or order in the world politics. But nowadays there isn’t such an approach toward realism and realism is known as only one of the different theories in international relations arena. The criticisms of several theoricians specially the liberalists andneo-liberalists have led to some adjustments in realism. And now some of the members of the new generation of realists try to be more isotropic with liberalist concepts and meanwhile preserving the main and basic concepts of their primary school of thought.     After the cold war and the dissolution of the communist regime, we have seen the communist values to be replaced by liberal values in the eastern Europe and until now the liberalist values is being well-established all over Europe. With this situation in whichthe U.S. who finds no rival for herself in the international system is looking for the establishment of her worldwide hegemony and this aim requires the supremacy of American values all over the world. In order to reach this target, the United States tries to establish her values in the Middle East and in this way have used and will use differentplans and policies. One of these plans is the Big Middle East plan which specialties and consequences will be considered in this paper.

    During the history of the political thought, always the relationship of ethics and politics has been considered and many political sages considered politics as a subsidiary of ethics. But politics, in the viewpoint of many others, is in conflict with ethics.Through consideration of some of Imam’s ethical principles and acts we tried in this article to show that honesty, humanitarian approach, faithfulness to promises, rejection of fraud and cheating, glory and also rejection of violence and bloodshed had been ruling over Hispolitical acts and His Excellency knew these principles as necessities also for other people.

    One of accusations against the German government in the Nuremberg Court, was the use of death camps during WWII. According to these claims, German officers and more than any other, Rudelf Hess, had ordered the construction of some furnaces in thesecamps with the function of human burning. According to this claim, many of museums all over the world are exhibiting the ashes of the victims of these furnaces. In this article we consider the functions of the forced work camps and their conditions and accuracy orinaccuracy of such claims with a different approach.
