In psychology, personality is a combination of characteristics and relatively durable systematic psychic methods inside a person which affect on his /her mutual relations in environment psychic, physically and socially.Among these environmental factors, four of them are more importtant: culture, social levels, family and same age group.To identify specialties someone's characteristics through four sourcees: information of one's career, viewer's pits, examines and individuual reports can be used.For the reason of importance of police duty specially police women, psychology is used to select and train police forces about 90 years ago.Ten valuable and common exams which are used to select the police applicants are introduced in this essay, and we also present some methods which relate to Islamic values for measuring police women characteristics in Islamic Republic of Iran.

Nowadays we face with disciplinary jobs for women and the use of police women in police force. In this essay with use of organization views such as system view which has emphasized on changing the structures on survival of system, and also expedience theory and necessity to pay attention to organizational sources such as managemment of human sources, planning and organizing, and also purposing some views in the field of sociology of job. We have tried to check some probable harms in policing occupations specially for police women with the attention to their obligations and roles and important duties in their families.We point to different aspects of job such as immunity and hygiene, work time, organizational culture and accepting by men work mates, psychic stresses, vital threats and other possible harms.At the end, we suggest the doctoring oF police women and draw a lightening future of police jobs for women, necessary laws and creating possibilities and specific facilities, foundation and suitable organizational culture and other terms as a solution.

The present essay with emphasis on the role of police women, studies their affect on public security.The essay also with discussion on concepts of security, purposes the Affirmation and Negation of public security and then studies the duties of police men and police women. Vital security, hygiene security, economic security and journal security are some selections from public security and the difference of these selections according the sexuality of citizens are studied.This essay is collection of two sections, the attributive section and the measurement one.Theoretical study of the concept of public security and the activity of police and also defining the joint activities of policemen and policewomen are answered in attributive section.The addressee of police women in Iran are women and children for the reason we pay attention on security needs of men and women and study on the sexuality of citizens and their relation to public security.This study is based on interviewing with 420 families who live in the north and the south of Tehran.

According to the importance of police women in Iran, some new discussions and problems in the field of managemment occupation development of police women are raised.Subjects and The study has been done through analytical review articles. According to many problems which face the police women in the world, their solutions can be used as guilds for police women in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore through the use of key words in internet and related networks (publications, webs, institutions, ...) the sources are searched and valid which were related to the subject of this study were practical.Conclusion and Recommendation: The existence of problems and snags in attraction, employment, promote, training and the use of police women in researches and studies become mooted and the soluttions of different countries in classified form are suggested (attracttion, training, use and protection).

Police security is considered in Islam and other religions and Islamic countries by public. In order to reach its highest degree some people who are familiar with culture are needed. This is the police role for the reason of different roles which men and women have in Islam; we need women who will be able to protect women and children under their ages. Empowering the police women is one of suitable chances to establish public security and must pay more attention to this factor.This essay is based on study of citizens in Tehran, using questioner and interviewing people in four following subjects and is shown in diagram No. 1.1- What is the way of empowering police women?2- Which factors are important in establishing public security?3- What are the attempts which have done?4- Which methods are suitable to increase public security?
