Organizations form an undeniable aspect of the modern world today. Although organizations are established and organized on the basis of a variety of objectives, there is no doubt that all of them are run and managed on the basis of mental and physical efforts of the manpower as their main pillars (Hooman, 1381). When it comes to the organizations such as the Low Enforcement Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and particularly its policewomen, the role of the manpower becomes more significant. Therefore in addition to the intra-organizational communications, it is a profession that entails communication with human beings. As for the policewomen, they are particularly expected to be powerful individuals in their life while fulfilling their occupational responsibilities. The policewomen can undoubtedly play a role when they are able to enjoy their job. So, attention to the job satisfaction becomes especially importance. There is no doubt that the ability to think in a mental stress and pressure, alleviation of the effect of anxiety and failure and reduction of the fear and horror of losing the time would enable an individual to act with more self-confidence in an interaction, resulting in job satisfaction. Therefore a special value and position may be attached to the psychological empowerment of the policewomen.
