A glance at the crime phenomenon and the statistics thereof in the world shows that social injuries, delinquency and crime rise are a global phenomenon with which all countries are somehow involved. Therefore, the present world is seriously in need of a firm resolve and comprehensive effort to cut down the opportunities, discourage the criminal motives and maintain some kind of situational prevention of crimes. The situational prevention of the crimes is important because the cost of this type of prevention is to degrees less than that of the penal punishment of the criminals. The goal of the situational prevention is limitation of the opportunities for committing crimes. The present research emphasizes on non-penal methods for crime, and primarily surveys different classifications of crime prevention in view of the importance of prevention and its definition within the following categories:-Definitions and expressions /-Role of religion in crime prevention /-The police, threats, modern technologies and crime prevention /-Role of police in situational prevention /-Introduction of strategies for situational prevention and advantages and disadvantages thereof /-Obstructions and problems of law enforcement forces to encounter with the phenomenon of situational crime preventionThe eventual conclusion is that situational approaches for crime prevention has achieved admirable success in the short period of its application and shall serve more efficiently through offering a non-penal approach as compared with penal preventive policies.Supporters of the situational prevention have proven in the short life of its application that reduction of the opportunities can be useful in the fright of the criminals and prevention of the crime. In the meantime the weak points of the situational prevention can not be denied. Therefore, human experience has emphasized the mixture of the two situational and social preventions toward achievement of better results. Finally, the article in an attachment introduces one of the initiatives of the law enforcement forces (familiarity with police counseling centers) toward crime prevention.

Attention has been paid to occupation and job since the beginning of the social life of human being. Today, the existing difference between traditional and modern concepts of the gender role serves as a factor of friction in the families. According to the traditional concept of mother, the woman should spend her time to bringing up children, training them, cooking, keeping the house and so on. However the modern concepts emphasize on positive privileges and outcomes such as earning money, boosting self-esteem, broader social support and also materialization of the talents and capabilities of women through playing occupational roles while enumerating the negative consequences of women’s employment on the family institution.Presence of women in the organization structure of the police force with the aim of preventing and controlling social injuries particularly of the women and children who account for a great majority of the active population of the country is imperative. Therefore, the negative consequences of women employment in the police force on their family on the one hand, and the need for using enforcement services of the policewomen due to the presence of special clients in the society on the other, lead to a paradox in the achievement of goals which calls for a special attention of the human resource management on removing the negative points of the employment of women in the police force. In the event of a value agreement between the couples concerning the employment of women, the familial balance would be maintained and satisfaction of life would increase something which would also have a positive economic and social impact on the development of the country. Adversely, the imbalance of the family would reduce the quality of life resulting in the reduction of the growth and development rate of the country.

The present article primarily describes and reviews each and every feminine and masculine characteristic, the characteristics which we customarily or socially consider as feminine or masculine, and later classifies the values into two positive and negative categories. The article then analyzes and reviews a masculine organization which is governed by masculine values in terms of organizational and individual relations, and label the police force as one of the most masculine organizations in which women too are partly active. Consequently dual value approaches emerge in which masculine values in the police organization govern as dominant values on the one hand, and feminine values and womanpower should prove itself and survive as a minority on the other. At this time the men’s view toward women and vice versa as well as the viewpoints proposed in this respect will be important, whereby the author reaches a general conclusion concerning the advantages and disadvantages of employing women in a masculine organization like the police force.
