"Majles-Gouei" is the most deeply-rooted cultural tradition and the most extensive method for propagating religious and moral beliefs as well as the manner of life, and was the most important educational tool in the past so that many works in Persian literature originate from mystical "Majales". This tradition which is still one of the most efficient media takes form on the basis of addressee and many of its structural and semantic features are under their influence.
Selecting a number of prominent works of this genre (like the works of Eyn al-Qozat, Ahmad Jam, Baha Valad, Molavi, Sultan Valad, etc.) and based on the significance of addressee in these texts, this paper explores how the writers of these texts take cognizance of and evaluate the addressees.
Considering the addressee, the language of these writers fluctuate in dialogue with the lay people and the elite, and their tone also changes in addressing, interrogations and admonition as well as warning. Paying attention to the nature of discourse and stating its delicacies, describing the features of a true addressee, assessing their capacity and respecting their conditions are the results of special look of such writers to addressee.
Moreover, using various kinds of tales and allegories, employing the music of words and the brevity and simplicity of language are other fruits of such a look.

In addition to transferring a network of holy and abstract notions, the symbolic language of mystical narratives and allegories is full of tangible abstract images which describe the Heaven via earthly forms. Although the mystics have always paid attention to the principle of non-place and non-time with regard to the issue of the worlds beyond the sphere of the moon, i.e. the Angelic World and beyond, in the treatises of the illuminationist philosophers like Ibn Sina and illuminationist mystics like Suhrewardi or mysticism-oriented theologians like Imam Muhammad Qazali, the language of symbols and signs is more efficient than rigid philosophical and theological theories for visualizing the celestial geography and its details so that several parts of allegories of celestial geography are congruent with Quranic verses, Biblical indications and religious as well as national and mythical tales. Although the theory of celestial geography is the place of men of knowledge and philosopher's certainty in religious, philosophical and mystical theories of non-place and non-time, it presents another direction in mystical cosmologies; a kind of geography located exactly at the heart of non-place and its time accords with non-time. The al-Teir treatises existent in mystical literature and some other symbolic treatises have always attracted the truth-seekers intellectually and artistically for offering an image of celestial geography and have invited them to a land which can be North, East or even West in the navigational system of sacred geography.

In functional grammar, it is assumed that patterns of experience are represented in language in the form of processes and via ideational metafunction. Accordingly, we can gain knowledge about the experiences, ideas and internal world of the writer by exploring various kinds of processes in the verbs and determining their frequency in literary text. The grammatical potential for representing experience in language is provided by transitivity system which is the mechanism for expressing the ideational and experiential metafunction in language. This paper investigates the mystical experiences of Ruzbahan in Abhar al-Asheghin according to functional approach to the verbs. The experiences are analyzed based on transitivity system in terms of Halliday's functional grammar. Considering the results of this study, the experiencer is active and doer in most of the cases. Most non-relational verbs are transitive and denote past tense. More than 70% of relational verbs occur at present time and more than 90% of these experiences which are expressed via indicative mood are absolutive. Thus, regarding the method of narration, it can be argued that the love experiences expressed in Abhar al-Asheghin have just occurred before writing. Reading the narrative, the mind is separated from natural time and place and, with narrator, connects to the moment of encounter and seeing.

The myth of "Qaf" is one of the vastly-used motifs in the history of Persian literature, especially the mystical poems, and thus the analysis of the evolution of its semantic function will lead to a clear understanding of this myth in the field of mysticism by the readers of mystical works. Gathering the data of this study, two types of sources were used: mystical and non-mystical. For non-mystical sources, the historical-mythical books, dictionaries, lexicons and general as well as specialized encyclopedias and, for mystical sources, a selection of prominent mystical texts belonging to different periods of literary history (from fourth to fourteen centuries A.H) were considered. Then, using descriptive-analytic method and based on Leonard Bloomfield's theory of "semantic changes", various semantic functions of "Qaf" in the mystical context were investigated. The main question of this study is whether the mythical features of "Qaf" in the field of mysticism have remained intact or they have been exposed to semantic changes in the course of time. The results of this study show that many mythical features of "Qaf" have transferred to mystical sources keeping their original form. Also, the semantic aspect of "Qaf" and its functions in early mystical texts tends to mythical narratives and as we reach later periods, the notions related to it become more abstract; i.e. it leaves the mythical form and takes a mystical one.

The internal world of mind and soul is an issue that many mystic-like poets and psychologists of recent centuries have considered for a long time and both groups are of the same idea regarding the projection of internal states on the external world. As a branch of psychology, positive-thinking includes various notions such as optimism, self-confidence, believing, love, hope, patience against difficulties etc, all of which can be found in MolavisMathnavi in detail. The present paper which is an interdisciplinary research aims to explicate the influences and impacts of psychology and literature on each other by investigating the elements of positive psychology and comparing them with the ideas of Molana who has explored the labyrinth of human mind like a professional psychologist, especially in MathnaviManavi.

One of the interpretable verses in SanaeisHadighe al-Haghighe is "Sufiandardami, do eydkonand/Ankabutan, magasghadidkonand". The presence of mystical symbols and metaphors like "do eydesufian", "ankabutan" and "magasghadidkardan" has attracted the attention of scholars and, from the time of Sanaei to Qajar period, several interpretations of it have been proposed from the view point of mysticism and theology. The oldest interpretation of this verse belongs to Eyn al-QozatHamedani whereas the newest one is by KotharHamedani (the Qajar mystic). In the existent interpretations, the point of difference is mostly about the interpretation of "do eyd" which has been construed as annihilation and survival by most interpreters.
Since world-chiding is one of the pivotal notions in his poems, especially in Hadighe al-Haghighe and his odes, and he likens world-seekers to animals such as dog, cat, raven, ant, fly, condor, spider and the like, the interpreters of this verse have provided a true interpretation of the symbols "ankabut" and "magasghadidkardan" which denote world-seekers and preoccupation with carnal desires and world attachments.
In this paper, while introducing the researched statements about this verse, four other statements are also explored.
