This paper aims at identifying the welfare priorities of families. The theoretical framework of the research is the theory of Maslow's needs, and the statistical population of the research includes the families living in Mashhad, district nine. The study is based on a multi-stage sampling method. The sample size is 120 families and the means of measurement are interviews and observation. The findings show that the socio-economic condition of families has an inverse and negative relationship with the first-class material priority and a positive relationship with the second-class material priority and welfare and altitude priority. Moreover, the scale of economic condition and family contentment has an inverse relationship with the number of welfare material priorities of family.

Emotional divorce represents a step towards legal divorce and this phenomenon is increasing, on which no exact have been released statistics. Therefore, this question is worth considering. It is very important to concentrate on the role of social interactions in the changes of emotional divorce, a role which research works have ignored. This paper investigates the role of spouse's social network in emotional divorce by using a new quantative and software method for analyzing the network among married people living in Mashhad. The result shows that the more important and main effective factor in the changes of emotional divorce is the cordiality of each spouse with his/her social networks member, and this contributes to the decrease in the cordiality with his/her spouse.

Society and social developments constitute the basis of all major policy decisions and disregarding it has a negative effect on the different realms of society. These changes are effected by different factors, each of which brings about ups and downs to society. Meanwhile, the role of culture and cultural structures are of paramount importance. Using a documental and library-based method, this research investigates the role of culture in triple process: fertility, mortality and immigration. The research findings show that such cultural elements, like educational standard, religion, changes in identity and attitude, the idea of sex discrimination and the value of having children have their effect on fertility. On the other hand, mortality is effected to some extent by such aspects, like: educational standard, range cultural of information, level of religiosity, educational model, lifestyle, parent's ethnical micro cultures. This research also emphasizes on the role which religion and the changes of insight and values have in the process of immigration.

The last two decades have seen a gradual shift in the mourning ceremonies pop tune. Using western pop tune in delivering eulogy containing certain non-religious terms in the form of dialogue and holding mourning ceremonies which disregard religious precepts are two main causes behind the shift in the mourning ceremonies away from sanctity. These two factors have influence the mourners through soft power and changed their attitude. This paper investigates the effect of pop music, one of the symbols of western soft power, on having a pop-orientated eulogy and its effect on the change in the values of mourners. About 200 Persian and Turkish videodiscs, which were released in the period from 1382 through 1392, have been investigated through quantitative content analysis. The results of the research show that, first, there is a meaningful correspondence between the concepts related to the eulogy lacking in sanctity among the statistical samples of both of languages, which indicates that eulogy has become distant from its religious entity and the eulogy which is devoid of sanctity is prevailing. Secondly, there is correspondence between Persian and Turkish eulogies concerning their lacking in sanctity.

A physical demonstration of metaphysical phenomena as much as its cultural-educational importance has always a special theoretical and technical challenges. Hoping to establish part of the Islamic principles and new genre of metaphysical cinema in Iran, Which made a bright start in the 80th decade and stagnating now this research makes an ad hoc study of the way of demonstrating the relationship between angle and man in a metaphysical serial story. To this end, first, the theoretical principles of the relationship between angle and man are display in the light of Islamic culture, and then the relationship between angle and man shown in the mentioned serial is analyzed. Criticizing the way the relationship between angle and man is demonstrated in the mentioned serial story and presenting the Islamic pattern of the necessities of the narrative style as the fundamental basis for exhibiting this metaphysical topic in the movie version of dramas are among the main concerns of this research.

As an under developed country, throughout its contemporary history, Afghanistan has made serious attempts of development and reconstruction, but all its efforts have failed, so far. Therefore, the explanation of these abortive attempts has a special theoretical and practical importance. This research critically deliberates on the secrets behind the serious of failure from a particular view e.i. from the view of the ruling elite. According to the research findings the reconstruction attempts in Afghanistan started by the commands of the ruling elite and it because those in authority were engaged in this project, it was plagued by delays. As a result of the slow process, emotional attitude, hasty and unrealistic decisions and adoption of ever-changing and paradoxical models for performing this task, the efforts have not only been futile, but they also prepared the ground for creating reactionary movements in Afghanistan.
