Page 4All sects of Islam do try to get their roots of creation in the time of the Prophet (p.b.u.h). Creation of Shiism has got different views among scholars. One of them shows creation of shiism is in the Prophet's era. This theory has mostly been mentioned by Shia scholars along with some Western scholars verification. This view supported by some Prophet's traditions about Imam Ali (a.s) as well as interpretation of some verses.In the period of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) there were some people called shia of Ali and the Prophet (p.b.u.h) had exclusive relations with Imam Ali (a.s) which brought especial followers for Imam Ali(a.s) Once upon a time the Prophet (p.b.u.h) stated an interpretation of the verse which brought a particular look on shiism.

Page 23The land of Azerbaijan has put forward many high scholars and personalities in different fields -including medicine, geography, history, literature, Qurans commentary and Islaimic Jurisprudence (Feqh)- to Islam. TheyAzeri scholars moved to Najaf-e-Ashraf to obtain the Islamic knowledge espacially Feqh and then created many works. This Article reviews biography and literary work of 35 Jurisprudents of Republic of Azerbaijan in 19th and 20th centuries.But due to Communismdomination's period in Azerbaijan, the author faced lack of sources for his tudy.Therefore, he could write this article, with the assistance of Najaf-e- Ashraf and Irans Scholars, as well as, such books like Al-shia, Tabaghat Aalam Al-shia, Aayan Al-shia, Ganjeeneh-e-Daneshmandan, and Athar Al-Hojjah.

Page 56The article reviews Al-NAQZ which is one of the theological works of Shiism. Written in Iranian city of Rey, in 6th century A.H. it repudiates a book named Baadh-o Fadhaeh Al-Rawafedh which was trying to create discord between Shiism and Sunnism.Although,Al-NAQZ, is a theological book but gives some valuable historical information including the earliy history of Islam, political and social conditions of the author's days, and history of Shiism.The author, Shaykh Abd Al-Jaleel Qazveeni Razi, is counted as one of the reputable scholars of Rey.

In general, more than five centuries (from the end of 12th century A.D. to beginning of 18th century A.D.) had been run under Muslims leaders.So that, three centuries Ghurid Turk dynasties, and then more than two centuries Mogul Timurids(Goorkanian) had rule the land. In this period, on one side Ottoman Empire and on the other side Safavid Government had competition to reign some parts of it, meanwhile some events took place which let Westerns to dominte Indian region. Thus, India went under BritishColonialism during 19th and 20th centuries.This study debates social and political issues of Indian Mogul rulers.

Page 94Yahya bin Zaid was born in a learned and respected family. He spent his childhood under his father. After Zaid bin Ali being vanquished, Yahya became concealed and left for Khurasan. The Governor of kofa detected his emigration, so followed and arrested him in Balkh. But he had to release him. Thereafter, Yahya met by Neyshapur's army, however he defeated them and went to Joazjan, where two high personalities of its tribes and their fighters joined him. This time, Nasr bin Sayyar was chasing him and the twoarmies clashed in Joazjan. Finally, Yahya bin Zaid got defeated and his enemies cut off his head and hanged his body on the gate of the city. After his death, chaos gripped Khurasan. The Abbasid summoners including Abu Muslim had serious influence in these incidents. They instigated people against the felony of Umayyad dynasty especially bydivulging their cruelty on Prophets descendants embracing Yahya bin Zaid.This articles studies about his personality and his family position, along with view point of Imam Sadiq (A.S) on his revolt and martyrdom.
