    Purpose
    In this study, we investigated the effect by accident's biorhythm working in the electricity distribution companies in North Khorasan. The purpose of this study applied a descriptive method, and the event is run. The study period covers the years 2006-2012. The purpose of this study biorhythm effect on occupational accidents between the years 2006 to 2012, in electricity distribution companies in North Khorasan has happened.
    Method
    First, information about events that occurred during this period were collected. And the less important and trivial events were removed. In the next step, the incident occurred about people based on birth date and time of the accident using natural biorhythm software version 3.4 Diagrams were converted to biorhythm. Then, using theoretical assumption's biorhythm Peaks, positive, negative, critical, and was numbered with the numbers 1 to 4. Data were analyzed using spss software.
    Results
    The results obtained from chisquare test and Kruskal-Wallis. It showed that 85/7% of occupational accidents in the days of negative and critical cycle's biorhythm people has happened.
    Conclusion
    The results show the undeniable impact on accidents biorhythm is working in the electricity distribution companies in North Khorasan.

    The present study designed to explore and demonstrate individual dimension of social health based on Islam education; in doing so the authors formulated a questionnaire by demonstration of its psychometric properties. The study used both qualitative and quantitative method. Based on theoretical underpins view of Delphi group experts and centered group experts, individual dimension of social health consist of five main dimensions as honesty and loyalty, spirituality, regarding rights of others and fraternity, preservation of gentile's and chastity, collectivity and cooperation, and also 34 subcomponents. According to the subcomponents, 158 question draw out by considering to cognitive, affective, and behavioral properties of each question. In order to determine psychometric properties of the questionnaire, 231 literate male and female in the range of 18-65 years old in Tehran selected by a combination method of randomized categorical and randomized systematic sampling and each of them administered the questionnaire. Formal validity of the questionnaire had confirmed by 5 expert psychologists in this domain. Internal consistency of all items estimated 0.96 by Chronbach’s alpha method. Alpha’s coefficients were 0.82, 0.85, 0.91, 0.79, 0.79, for honesty and loyalty, spirituality, regarding rights of others and fraternity, preservation of gentile's and chastity, collectivity and cooperation respectively. According to exploratory factor analysis, the formulated questionnaire accounts for 69% of the social health variance; the variance indicate acceptable validity for the questionnaire.

    Aim
    The purpose of this study was to assess the level of organizational citizenship behavior and its five components, (sportsmanship, altruism, conscientious, courtesy, civic virtue(in faculty members of Shahrekord University and Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord.
    Method
    The descriptive correlation study was conducted over 168 faculty members. Podsakoff’s standard questionnaire was used to collect information. Evaluation of these five indicators of organizational citizenship behavior among faculty members in this study showed that most of these components were located at a higher level than the median.
    Results
    Altruism in faculty members was at the highest level among OCB components which follow by courtesy and civic virtue. Conscientious and sportsmanship were the components at the lowest levels and the later was just below the median. A significant difference was observed in altruism and sportsmanship between faculty members of Shahrekord University and Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord. There were no significant relationships between components of organizational citizenship behavior on faculty members with age, gender and academic rank.

    Sustainable agriculture, is kind of farming to pay more attention to keep environment and human, and the factors such as not using chemical in soil fertility or loss pests, is considered. The main goal of this study was examination of psychological factors affecting on view of agricultural experts of province semnan regarding the necessity of using sustainable agriculture. Research is a kind of applicable that has been done by the scientific reasoncommunication methods. Sustainable population was including agricultural experts employed, in section executive and faculty members of agricultural groups of university semnan.sample size by aid of Cochran formula, 168 people were calculated and for their selection used of method by chance. The main data collection tools was questionnaire that it is validity is based on theories of agriculture teachers and also reliability tools connected preliminary tests, is done and amount of Alfa was 89%. for data analysis used from software SPSSwin18 and correlation tests and multiple Regression. Result showed between the variables considering to the interest of operators.leaarning to agricultural stabilization, attention to the needs of operators, positive attitude to protect natural resources with variable attitude of experts in connection with necessity using sustainable agriculture, in level of 95%, there will be a significant relationship. The relation for the amount of variable awareness of the impact of conventional farming on environmental degradation, awareness of the benefits of sustainable agriculture, encouraging operators to perform sustainable cultivation with attitude variable of experts, regarding the necessity of using sustainable agriculture, was stable are 99%.Analysis result and regression showed that among the independent variables, the first variable, it means amount of awareness of the impact of conventional agriculture on environmental degradation, was the most psychological reason in the necessity of applying the sustainable development.After that, encouraging the variable operators to do sustainable agriculture, and the variables awareness of the benefits of sustainable agriculture, attention to operational needs, learning for agricultural stabilization, had the most roles in dependent variable that explained the 35/1% of dependent variable.

    This study surveyed the effects of intelligence, personality and creativity profiles on training managers skills and main question is what rule of intelligence, personality and creativity profiles manufactures on management skills of training managers. This research is descriptive and a kind of casual. Statistical universe is all of Sama University training managers that 200 people where selected by purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used are new version of Theran-Stanford- Bine intelligence Questionnaire, trconstructed form of Minnesota Multiphase Personality inventory, Torens creativity Questionnaire and Management skills. At the end, study’s hypothesis were tested by multiple regression statistical model, and results show that power of predicting management skills (perceptual, humane and technical) supported by intelligence, personality and creativity profiles.

    Aim
    The research purpose is to draw a comparison of social support and irrational belief in traumatic work events of electrical distribution company located in Khorasan.
    Method
    A sample of 90 subjects that was randomly selected was assigned to three 30-individual groups divided by having received or not having received the electric shock. The research tools included Perceived Social Support –Family Scale (PSS-FA) Questionnaire and Jones Irrational Belief's Questionnaire. ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to analyze the data.
    Results
    Findings report no between-group difference in terms of social support, irrational beliefs and education. However, the age factor differed significantly between groups. Overall, the possible influence of social support and irrational beliefs in the accident was not observed that could be due to the small statistical population or other limitations of the research.

    The purpose of this investigation was studied relationship between personality characteristic (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, consciousness, and agreeableness) & general health with scholastic achievement in psychologic students. Thus, number 345 (185 boys and 160 girls) selected systematic randomly and tested by Neo-FFI & GHQ-28. Results illustrated That have been done to multiple variables method there is significant relationship among personality characteristic, general health & scholastic achievement However, have been attained that rate of neuroticism (-0/480) factor & openness(0/121)factors. also, certained that between general health & scholastic achievement correlation quotient (-0/305).

    The purpose of this study moderating role of job burnout was related to sleep disorders and accidents on Drivers on roads in esfahan city. The research method was descriptive correlation. The study population comprised all drivers of road in Isfahan in 1391 that 140 of them truck drivers, 110 bus drivers, 50 taxi drivers suburban practices were randomly selected. The research tools included; 1. Mslsh and Jackson Burnout Inventory-2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory (PSQI) and 3. Questionnaire accident. Regression was used to analyze the data and the results showed sleep disorders, 11 percent of road accidents can be predicted (P <0.01). Personal accomplishment in relation to sleep disturbances and incidents is moderating roles (P <0.01).
