    Aim
    the purpose of this research was to study the relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational innovation in Semnan university stuff.
    Method
    the research method was descriptive - correlation; the sample had 213 people from university stuff among a 473 population statistical society and the research was done by CARAL ALBERKHT organizational intelligence questionnaire and organizational innovation questionnaire. to determine the better and more effective component among organizational intelligence components, stepwise regression was performed.
    Results
    the results that obtained showed that in this research the correlation coefficient between organizational intelligence and organizational innovation was 0.659 that at the level of 0.01 was meaning full. also all of the organizational intelligence components(strategic imagination, common fate, change tendency, commitment and optimism, knowledge development, performance pressure) except unity and agreement had a positive and meaning full relationship with organizational intelligence.
    Conclusion
    the results that obtained from regression analysis showed that among the organizational intelligence components, change tendency, common fate, knowledge development and performance pressure as the predictor variables could earn criterion to enter the final regression equation to explain the organizational intelligence changes (criterion variable).

    Aim
    The main purpose of this study was to predict job satisfaction of teachers based on reasons of choosing teaching as a profession, and goal orientation in teaching domain, job commitment.
    Method
    The sample consisted of 352 teachers (235 females and 115 males) who were selected by random cluster sampling method from primary schools of Tabriz city. The instrumentals employed in the study were reasons of choosing teaching as a profession, Job satisfaction, perception of teaching as a profession and goal orientation questionnaires. Data were analyzed by statistics methods such as Pearson correlation and path analysis by using software AMOS 18.
    Result
    Results show that reasons of choosing teaching as a profession has the direct and indirect effects on Job satisfaction. Moreover, job commitment and mastery goal orientation are two variables in the model have a significant contribution in predicting job satisfaction. The results of the present study highlight recognition of reasons of choosing teaching as a profession for those who will become teachers.

    Aim
    The research purpose was to assess the effectiveness of analogical schema therapy in reducing the chronic social anxiety symptoms of hospital personnel.
    Method
    A total of 5 client suffering from social anxiety, were recruited through the administration of structured DSM–IV(SCID), & using purposive sampling & subsequent to being qualified in accordance with therapeutic conditions, they under went the treatment process. The study employed a pretest, post–test, follow–up (PPF) design & the patients in the study received 3–month, 13 session SC–MAP. Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ–LF) were the research tools. repeated measurement were employed to analyze the data. Recovery percentage was also applied to measure the clinical significance.
    Results
    the data analysis revealed that SC–MAP led to significant reductions in symptoms & healing the early schemas. Moreover, there was no lessening of effectiveness with recovery rates in the follow–up study, 2 month after the treatment.

    The purpose of the present study was to examine obstacles, problems and limitations that managers of governmental organizations in Isfahan province are encountered in making their decisions practically. Two-hundred five (205) persons were randomly selected among managers of governmental organizations in Isfahan province including, governorships, municipalities, governor-generalship, city council and municipality's constituent companies. The tools administered were researcher's self-made questionnaires consisting of demographic questionnaires and questionnaires about problems and obstacles of decision-making and semi-structured interview. For analysis of data descriptive and inferential statistical Indexes were used. Findings indicate that degree of awareness regarding decisionmaking techniques, manger's level of maturity and readiness, existence of proper and on-time information about decisions, degree of awareness regarding perceptual and behavioral traps and manager's emphasis on individual experiences and knowledge are important factors in optimization of decision-making in manager's view. Non-existence of such factors is regarded as decision-making obstacles. Base on the finding, it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between optimize organization management and elimination of decision making obstacles.

    Aims
    Using nurses (340n) of Shiraz city hospitals, we tested the validity and reliability of Carlson, Kacmar & Williams work-family conflict Questionnaire (2000). This study argued two general thinks: first, the validity and reliability of Carlson, Kacmar & Williams work-family conflict Questionnaire (2000) was tested by a cross-cultural approach. Second, Work-Family conflict viewed as an latent variable with six dimensions.
    Method
    SPSS-16 was used to test reliability and validity of work-family conflict Questionnaire, and then the latent variable of work-family conflict was tested by AMOS-16. Findings and
    Conclusion
    findings of this study approved the two discussed thinking.

    Introduction
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of hardiness training on the hope of first-grade female students of high schools in Tehran.
    Method
    Using multistep sampling, 60 students were randomly selected. Participants were randomly assigned to two groups: Hardiness group and control group. Tool of study was the Snyder’s Hope measure. The experimental group was received the hardiness training in 10 sessions.
    Results
    Data was analyzed based on the analysis of covariance and results revealed that the hope of students who received hardiness training was significantly higher than hope of students who did not.
    Conclusion
    Hardiness training is effective in increasing students hope.

    Aim
    Organizational commitment is one of constructs that preferred by organizations and industries that indicate loyalty of employees to organizations.
    Method
    Current research had done in tow study. At first study the concurrent validity of two organizational commitment that was used more namely organizational commitment inventory of Allen & Meyer(1990) and Baulfour &Wechsler (1996) was investigated. The sample was 150 teachers of middle and high school of Eslam-Abad Gharb city that was selected randomly. Participants respond to two instruments. Second study investigated the relationship between organizational commitment and mental health. The sample included 150 employees of an industrial company that responded to Belfour &Wechsler (1996) organizational commitment inventory and SCL-90- R.
    Result
    Finding in first study indicate that relation between two inventories of organizational commitment was significant. Finding in second indicate that multiple relation between commitment components and sub-scale of mental health was significant.
    Conclusion
    organizational commitment can affect mental health and organizations should consider it.

    The main aim this study was exanimating the relation between manager’s leadership style with staffs of psychology well-being in orphans child care central of welfare organization in Tehran province.
    Methods
    The research method used was based on the assumptions of correlational studies. Statistical population including working staff in orphans child care central of welfare organization in Tehran province. The sample(N= 201), using stratified randomly method was chosen. Research’s instruments were including multifactor leadership questionnaires (MLQ) of Alive and Bass (1997 and personal index well-being of adults (PIW-A, 2006).
    Results
    Data analysis with multiple Pearson and multiple regression coefficient showed that the two transformational and transactional, only the transactional manager’s leadership style had a meaningful significant relation with psychology well-being staffs. There was no meaningful significant relation between the transformational and transactional manager’s leadership style and psychology well-being female staffs. But, there was no significant relation between transformational and transactional manager’s leadership style in males.
