    Aim
    The present study investigated the relationship between the components of Intellectual Capital Management with manager’s job performance of high school in Islamshahr.
    Method
    This research is a descriptive correlation. The study population of 142patients comprised the educational assistants of high school Islamshahr.The sample size was determined based on the formula of H.S.B 60patients (30 females and 30males) were recruited.Inventory management of intellectual capital and the Paterson job performance questionnaire which reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha.The data were analyzed by independent t-test and Pearson correlation test.
    Result
    The results revealed that the management of intellectual capital is a significant positive correlation with job performance managers. Also, between the two dimensions of intellectual capital management (relational capital and structural capital) there was a significant relationship with job performance. On human capital and its relationship with the manager's job performance relationship was not significant.As well as, Tests based on t, the state management of intellectual capital and job performance, significant differences werent found between men and women.
    Conclusion
    Based on these findings show that the two dimensions of intellectual capital that is relational capital and structural capital to create the greatest impact on job performance.

    Aim
    This correlation-based study was conducted to examine the relationship between the Big Five Traits, Social Support, Sexual Stereotypes, and Work- family Conflict and Entrepreneurial behavior.
    Method
    Therefore, 60 entrepreneurs woman completed the Entrepreneurial Questioner, NEOPersonality Inventory Revised, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(Zimet et al,1985), Sexual Stereotypes Scale (Belk & Snell,1989), and Work-Family Conflict Scale(Netemeyer et al, 1996). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and liner regression analysis.
    Results
    Finding revealed that consciousness and support by friends can beconsidered as appropriate predictors of entrepreneurial behavior.

    The main purpose of this research was to study the organizational intelligence and its components in physical education organization. The research method was descriptive and field study was used. Statistical population included managers and employers of physical education organization in the year 2010. Sample population consisted of 83 subjects out of 412 statistical population. Albrecht’s organizational intelligence questionnaire was usedas the research instrument. Frequency, percentage, average inference statistics of T test one way, variance and factor analysis were used in order to analyze the data. Findings showed that organizational intelligence in physical education organization with average of experimental 3/38 is higher than 2/82 of theatrical average. Also there were significant difference between theatrical experimental average in organizational intelligence and its components (α=%1). Considering the research findings on organizational intelligence and its components, it could be indicated that experimental average is more than normal level. Therefore, average of organizational intelligence in physical education organization is above normal or the expected level. Research findings are applicable for other organizations to better improve organizational intelligence.

    Aim
    The Aim of present study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health and components of them with job satisfaction.
    Method
    Research of method was correlation, for this purpose, 8 regions of 19 regions of Tehran selected by cluster sampling, then 286 of teachers this regions were selected as sample. Research instrument were demographic questions, Travis & Garivs Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Mental Health Questionnaire. Data was analyzed by Regression stepwise method.
    Results
    Results showed that, there is significant relationship between mental health and components of that with job satisfaction. So between emotional intelligenceand components of that, age, history, type of student, marriage, degree of education and education with job satisfaction there wasn’t significant relationship.
    Conclusions
    we can conclusion that mental health components of that, anticipation changes of Job satisfaction, but emotional intelligence hasn’t been any role on anticipation changes of Job satisfaction.

    Aim
    The research aimed at investigating the relationship between role overload and job motivation among the double-employed staff in Boushehr companies.
    Method
    The population included all the double-employed staff working inBoushehr Companies in 2012, out of which 150 staff members were selected using random stratified sampling. The tools included O’reilly Overload Questionnaire, motivation questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire.
    Results
    results revealed that job satisfaction and role overload are significantly negatively correlated to one another. Moreover, work overload and job motivation arealso significantly, negatively correlated. Whereas, job satisfaction and job motivation is strongly positively correlated. Job satisfaction and job motivation can predict role overload by 15 and 18 percent.

    Aim
    This study aimed to investigation the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health, organizational commitment among university employees and RAJEIE hospital personnel.
    Method
    The 93 employees of the business units that were selected through stratified random sampling Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire the General Health Questionnaire, and a test of organizational commitment ALLON MAYER Goldberg responded.
    Results
    the Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment was mental health. While the findings of the regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence and mental health as a significant and positive predictor of organizational commitment are.
    Conclusion
    efforts of organizations, institutions, and organs emotionalintelligence and mental health in attracting applicants and as well as to provide in-servicetraining to staff and employees in the service of topics, including the conclusion which can be inferred from the findings.

    Aim
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress management therapy based on cognitivebehavior therapy on Job Stress and its dimensions in industrial company employees.
    Method
    This is study a quasi-experimental. population in this study included all Personnel of industrial Company. The primary sample selected randomly 500 man (10 percent of whole population) that basis on their respond to job stress inventory. The final sample included 30 men who were selected randomly among 500 men with score upper one standard deviation from mean. The men were divided randomly into two groups (experimental and control). First performed Job stressors inventories as pretest, then 10 sessions of group therapy of stress management based on cognitive-behavior therapy carried out. In final performed post-test.
    Results
    The results showed that both experimental and control groups after implementation of stress management indicates that there is a significant difference in the job stress. Also, between two groups there is significant difference in dimensions job stress.

    Aim
    The purpose of this study is the effectiveness of creative thinking skills training programs to increase entrepreneurial traits in students of conservatory.
    Method
    The study is a quasiexperimental intervention (pretest, posttest) with the control group and applied research – fundamental. For this purpose, 42 randomly selected from the community and they divided into experimental and control groups and two-stage pre-test were evaluated. Data collection tool, was the entrepreneurship questionnaire Moghimi (1388). To analysis, were used the mean and standard deviationand T test.
    Results
    Results showed that creative thinking skills training, significantly has increased entrepreneurial traits in students of conservatory in the experimental group.
