    Aim
    The present research aims to study the psychometrics properties of the differentiation of self inventory (DSI-R) among students in Tehran.
    Method
    The research employs a correlational method and the population includes all of students of Tehran in academic year from 2013، out of which a sample of 423 individuals were selected using Voluntary non-random sampling method. The research was the “Differentiation of self scale (DSIR)”.
    Results
    The results of the research indicated that Cronbachs Alpha reliability coefficient equals 0/77. Moreover. the results of the main component analysis and varimax rotation reveal that the inventory can determine 32/46 percent of the total variance، with includes Emotional cutoff، Emotional reactivity، Fusion with others and I-Position.

    Aim
    is to identify the effectiveness of conventional methods on changing the attitudes and behavior of consumers of electrical energy in Tehran city.
    Method
    A residential complex in north of Tehran was selected and divided into behavioral، cognitive، combinatorial and control groups. The results were studied from analyzing the data of attitude Assessment Questionnaire and consumption data from counters.
    Results
    the cognitive and combinational groups’ attitudes after offering Independent variables are significantly different in the cognitive field from the pre-test. there was no significant difference in behavioral and emotional fields of attitude. Change of attitude in the combinational group was significantly higher than cognitive group. Behavioral and control groups attitude was not significantly different from pretest. there was no significant difference among all four groups consumption with pre-test، after offering Independent variables.
    Conclusion
    The results indicated that simultaneous use of behavioral and cognitive techniques is more effective in changing consumer attitudes than each other seperately and Behavioral methods merely won’t impact on consumer attitude، also the change in consumer attitude won’t necessarily lead to behavior change.

    Aim
    The main purpose in this research is the study of effect skills of interpersonal relationship training on Organizational culture and Organizational citizenship behavior in Agriculture workers in Ahvaz.
    Method
    The sample was 36 Agriculture workers that were selected by randomly، In two equal groups، including contorl and experimental. The pre-test were performed. Then for the experiment group we dispose 8 sation include skills of interpersonal relationship training and the test was performed. for measurement of variable، has been used from Queendom communication skills test، Denison organizational culture questionnaire and Podsakoof organizational citizenship behavior inventory. The research method is experimental and the research design was Quasi-experimental with pre-test data analysis has been used from analysis statistical method multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA).
    Results
    The results of this research showed that the communication skills training is effective on organizational culture. also the communication skills training is not effective on organizational citizenship behavior.

    Aim
    This research was carried out with the aim of studying the relationship between leadership styles (ethical leadership، supportive leadership and despotic leadership) with systems thinking، creativity، and organizational citizenship behaviors.
    Method
    The statistical society of this research was included the employees of Sepahan Cement Company in Isfahan، among them 258 staff were sampled through convenience sampling method. The research instruments were included some questionnaires such as ethical leadership questionnaire (13 questions and 3 subscales، being fair، roles clarity and separation of powers)، supportive leadership (12 questions)، despotic leadership (6 questions)، systems thinking (8 questions)، and organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire (8 questions). Data were analyzed by Pearson''s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis (stepwise method).
    Results
    The results showed that there is a significant relationship between being ethical and fair، roles clarity، separation of powers (as the three dimensions of ethical leadership) and supportive leadership with systems thinking، and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results of regression analysis showed that in four consecutive steps، supportive leadership، despotic leadership، clarity of roles and separation of powers will predict 22. 9 percent of the variance of systems thinking، and in two consecutive steps supportive leadership and despotic leadership will explain 8. 3 percent of the variance of organizational citizenship behavior.
    Conclusion
    This research revealed that، we can reinforce the system thinking and organizational citizenship behaviors through ethical and supportive leadership.

    Aim
    The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of managerial competences on the organizational climate in the high schools.
    Method
    The method of this research was correlational and the sample included 149 high school teachers. The measurement instruments were two questionnaires. The reliability coefficients were 0.81 and 0.71.
    Results
    Findings showing that there was a positive significant correlation between managerial competences and organizational climate in the high schools. The results of t-test indicated that female’s managerial competence is significantly high than the males. On the basis of regression coefficients the most important skills of competent managers were humanity and technical skills.

    The purpose of this research was to identify، rank and classify of factors influencing on employees’ happiness among employees of Isfahan University. These factors by using the research literature and interviewing with employees were identified and based on the results; a questionnaire with 27 questions was designed and distributed among employees. The results of ranking the factors showed that “pay attention to calmness of person and his family” has been ranked in first place، “Suitable work environment for both the physical and the psychological aspects” has been ranked in second place and “having good relationship with colleagues” has been ranked in third place. The results of Kano model also showed that with respect to highest response frequency، 8 attributes has been specified in attractive category، 10 attractive has been specified in one-dimensional category and 9 attractive has been specified in must-be category. Comparing the results of the ranking factors influencing on employees'' happiness and their classification by the Kano model، showed that most of the attributes that have earned the top ranking have been specified in the attractive category. The attributes that have earned average ranking mostly have been specified in one-dimensional category and the attributes that have earned low ranking have been specified in must-be category.

    Aim
    The purpose of this research was to study the moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and. organizational citizenship behavior.
    Method
    This practical research is a field survey and its nature is descriptive and correlative. The statistical population of this research is formal support staff in expertise position and higher of the Isfahan steel factory in 2012 which are reported to be 500 persons. The number of samples was counted 217 persons using the table، and sampling was done randomly. The King questionnaire was used to collect information for spiritual intelligence، Podsakoff، et al & Netemeyer، et al questionnaire was used for organizational citizenship behavior and Allen &Meyer questionnaire was used for organizational commitment. The reliabilities of 3 questionnaires were calculated To be،0/94، o/74، 0/87. For data analysis، inferential statistics methods (Pearson correlation، Hierarchical multiple regression) were used.
    Results
    The results of this research showed that there is a positive and Significant correlation between spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior Also The moderating effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior was confirmed.

    Aim
    The aim of the current research is prediction of depression from positive and negative events in managers.
    Method
    To accomplish the stated goal، 120 high school managers from Tehran City were selected by means accessible sampling pricedure. Positive and Negative Events Scale (PNES) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) were administered on them.
    Results
    A multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data. Results indicated that managers depression can be predicted from their scores on the positive and negative events. Moreover، data revealed that managers who had positive events were lower in depression than managers who had negative events.
    Conclusion
    Theoretical implication and practical application of the finding are discussed in the original paper.
