    Introduction
    The purpose of this research is the application of skills assessment program and its effects on self-esteem، motivation and stress management at work among workers of the assembly line of Tehran Iran Khodro Company (IKCO). Research
    Method
    This research was performed with the quasi-experimental method with pre-exam and post-exam with control group within 6 months and 62 assembly line workers of Iran Khodro. Factory were elected by random for sampling.
    Findings
    Results of its execution demonstrate significant increase in workers selfesteemin every 4 scales. (p<0،01) and in motivational viewpoint there is significant differences in post-exam. (p<0،01) but in job stress viewpoint stress of assembly line workers was decreased significantly in 5 out o f 6 subscale. (p<0،01).
    Conclusion
    Based on findings of this research it can be said that execution of competence balance sheet program program on workers of Tehran Iran Khodro Company result in an increase in workers self-esteem and motivation and job stress management correction and it plays effective role in their job satisfaction and welfare.

    Job stress is one of the most challenging jobs in the world today. Stress can not only affect people,s physical health but also it affects mental health and followed by a decrease in the efficiency and productivity of individuals is. These job stresses among bank staffs of particular importance that can cause irreparable cost to the individual. In this study, first, bank staff job stressors were indentified, then were combined to several factors of mental health. In order to integrate the two components of stressors and mental health and quantification them for proper evaluation without the effect of judgment verdict, ANP method was used. Weights obtained in this study were used at structuring evaluation job stresses and mental health factors check-lists. The bank staff of Zanjan city was case study. The results showed the most important stressor based on experts view is discrepancy of the amount of responsibility money and based on bank staffs that is unrest encounter with customers. To obtain the relationship between stressors and psychological relaxation component, the pearson regression were used and the results showed that stressors can have a direct impact on the components of mental health.

    Purpose
    The aim of the current research was to investigate relation between work values with job and work involvement among oil refinery personnel of Isfahan.
    Method
    The sample was selected via simple randomized method among 269 persons of oil refinery in 1388 year, to access research aims. Research design was correlation study and the instrument were work values of Furnham and job and work involvement of Kanungo. Stepwise regression analysis was applied for analyzing data.
    Results
    Findings indicate that job involvement has significant relation with individual and group achievement factor, while work involvement show relation with individual and group achievement and wage and benefits of work.

    Aim
    standardizing and studying psychometric properties of short form of aptitude test.
    Method
    The method that had been used in this research was descriptive test making one. and the population includes all students in Isfahan in grade 8 & 9 in 2010, out of which a sample of 400 individuals were selected using cluster sampling method.
    Result
    Reliability of the short form of aptitude test was investigated by split-half coefficient. It was 0/69 to 0/90 for subtests. Validity of subtests was from 0/33 to 0/60. Finally standardization table for 9 groups in IQ scores and percentile provided as norms ofaptitude test. In sum, with respect to the results we can claim that the short form of aptitude test has an acceptable validity and reliability for the students in grade 8 and 9. So it can be used as a tool for the assessment of student’s aptitude.

    The purpose of this project is preparation and standardization of questionnaire for entrepreneurship and also to gain tools that can evaluate the high school teachers west mazandaran. This questionnaire, which was based on stratified random samaling,has been given to 600 employed teachers at district 2,4,5,6 and17 0f educational institution of west mazandaran. The questionnaire of this research includes 75 evaluation guest ion which has been prepared from Canada states website and has been prepared based on liker which has six rating from completely “very true” to “not at all”. Research gust ions includes:1)Is there a consistency between guest ion of entrepreneurship measurement?2)what is the reliability of entrepreneurship measurement guestions?3)How much have validity of entrepreneurship measurement guestions?4)Which are the most important construction factors from total guest ion of evaluations measurement?5)Whether the difference of particular characteristic of male teachers and female teachers have effect on their productivity? At first, the correlation coefficient of each guest ion in comparison to total guest ions calculated, which became the indicator of internal correlation between gustion.The reliability measurement of questionnaire from Alfa Cronbach formula has been measured 0.915.Then based on three main specific factors from 75 productivity guest ion was extracted. To name these factors, the varimax rotation has been used which this caused the extraction of following elements: self confidence, Risk to tolerance, growth motivation,destiny,Coppoflumity seeking, Achievement drive, Social skills, Energy drive decisveness,Autonomy,these 10 elements in this research have been recognized as personal factors of entrepreneurship. Then via T-test, the relation between entrepreneurship and sex difference was measured and the Ttest by (a=0.05),which indicates that there is not meaningful between men and women according to statistics. The mean average of entrepreneurship based on exact number was4.565,wich according to average estimated productivity for total questionnaires and comparing it to classic measurement which was prepared by questionnaire shows that the entrepreneurship measurement of this researched society is at high rank.

    Meta-Analysis aim is to study the relationship between organizational factors and personality characteristics with job satisfaction. The research method is Meta- Analysis. for this purpose 21 research Which in terms of methodology were acceptable chosen and metaanalysis was performed on them. The data gathering using The Content analysis log was performed. This study is based on a 5585 sample and 21the effect size. The measurmant of effect size relationship between the organizational factors and personality traits with job satisfaction was obtained (r = 0/69) and significant (p =0/0006). That based on Cohen table be assessed in high level. The findings suggest that there is high Relation between the organizational factors and personality traits with job satisfaction.

    It could be expressed that personality is unique dimension of human which differentiate him from others, on the other hand only some component of this dimension could be evaluate through behaviors, acts and sights. Deepest cognitive structures are schemes that in faced with new drivers based on its previous structure, coding the data and evaluate them. Employee's job performance as conduct enterprise value at different times and positions are defined. One of the factors that affect the performance of the employee's is personality and character is relevant features. This study examines the impact of schemes on the formation of personality and its effect on employee performance is Tabriz University. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 18. The results show a significant positive and somehow negative effect between early maladaptive schemas and personality dimensions and the University staff performance.

    The purpose of This correlation-based study was to examine the relationship between work Autonomy and proactive personality with job crafting amongst the staff National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC). Instruments used were job crafting Inventory, work Autonomy and proactive personality Questionnaires which were responded to, by 121 of the staff working in the NIDC also In this study, regression analysis was used to data. The regression analysis revealed that work Autonomy and proactive personality can be known as predictors of the job crafting.
