    Sustainable Development of tourism is aimed to promote tourism and attract tourists to a region using available resources, such a way that can also respond to the needs of economic, cultural and legal norms and expectations of tourist unity and cultural identity, environmental health, economic balance, destination and their guests to ensure a balanced and continuous optimal level. Tourism development in villages with valuable historical and architectural fabric of the canvas are oriented, means actualizing the values of the architectural attractions of the village and its introduction as a tourism destination. In this case providing services and facilities and develop infrastructure for the visiting tourists and residents is essential. The aim of presenting this paper reviews the development of sustainable rural tourism through the preservation rural texture of using SWOT model. Based on studies, rural revival and renewal, strengthen the role of rural tourism and if rural tourism is the most appropriate planning and management, it Can creator or stimulus developed a process for achieving sustainable development in rural areas and the tourism industry.

    The purpose of this study is identify factors affecting the tourism industry in Iran and prioritize them by the AHP method.There are 4 main factors and 8 indicators that affect these factors. Of course, it should be pointed out that these factors may vary according to the culture and politics of different countries. The five main factors in terms of prioritization are as follows: 1. Policy and institutional factors, 2. Economic factor , 3. Organizational factor, 4. Social and cultural factors. The main factor is Policy and institutional. Therefore, according to these studies, the main factor that managers and investors must understand government policies about the tourism industry before making any decisions in this industry and make their decisions based on them so that they will not fail in the future. But, the least value is about Social and cultural, but this does not mean that it should be ignored. Each of the above factors should be considered in its place, and the lack of attention to any of these may put the tourist industry in recession.This research can help you better decide on the development of the tourism industry and advancement in this industry and provide the basis for future research.

    The present paper is an attempt to integrate the concept of human rights in relation to tourism discourse and international laws and relations. In pursue of development, human rights are often mistreated while constantly supporting it will be more advantageous in long run. Economic development and prosperity of humans are among the most valuable motives for working on tourism development. It seems that there is no universally accepted definition of human rights but they are the basic standards without which people cannot live with dignity (D’Amore, 1988). This paper examines the effects of tourism and international laws relations on human rights to finally arrive at a comprehensive picture of this relation. In this regard, practical suggestions and guidelines of human rights for tourism and international relations are discussed. It is concluded that tourism constant development is not achievable until human rights is respected in international law and relations.

    When the tourist's satisfaction with travel services is discussed, it should be considered the components related to increasing or decreasing satisfaction. To the fullest extent, the expectations of tourists will be met, as tourism and tourist development will be achieved. Tourists usually travel to where they are trusted and confident and feel safe. Providing services, facilities and equipment in these conditions is effective in increasing their satisfaction. The main objective of this research is to assess the satisfaction and level of expectations of German tourists from transportation systems, accommodation facilities (hotels) and professional characteristics of tour guides. The studied subjects in this study were German tourists who traveled to Iran from February 2016 to June 2017. This research is a descriptive-exploratory study. According to the definitions, objectives and questions, the survey methodology and documents are used simultaneously and the documentary method for collecting theoretical information and library studies and a survey method for collecting information Field is used. The researcher-made questionnaire consisted of questionnaires using the Likert spectrum method, which was analyzed by SPSS-16 software. Based on the results of this research, there is a positive and significant relationship between the services provided in residential centers, the quality of transportation services in Iran and the satisfaction of German tourists. Because of their expectations not meeting the quality of services, they prefer not to go back to Iran. But we can provide a suitable platform to motivate the return of tourists to Iran by making changes in the dimensions of quality, cost of services, hotel, driver and tour guides behavior through public and professional education.

    In this research, we try to determine the strategic planning and the most appropriate strategic options for hotels through a case study, considering the current situation of hotel industry in Iran. For this purpose, Parsian Evan hotel, a four star located in Tehran was selected as a case study. Initially, the mission and vision of the hotel were expressed; then a questionnaire was prepared for investigating the internal and external environment of hotel and determining its strengths, threats and opportunities of the hotel and distributed among 5 senior managers in Evin Hotel. In the next step, the information of the questionnaires was extracted and the evaluation matrices of internal and external factors were formulated based on that information. Next, the related strategies were provided after comparing the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats. The most important strategic options were identified based on the views and comments of the above-mentioned senior managers and consultations with two of the elites of the hotel industry in Iran, according to which the SWOT matrix and internal and external factors (IE) were prepared. Finally, the related strategies were introduced and the quantitative strategy planning matrix (QSPM) was formulated by identifying the hotel’ position in the IE matrix. The results of the matrices indicated that Evin Hotel is currently in an aggressive position and can use the most important strategies related to the comparison of strengths and opportunities (SO) to overcome the competitors. In addition to Evin hotel, the top managers of other hotels can also use the presented process for their strategic planning according to their capabilities.

    Security is the infrastructure of any development. The most important need of any society is providing the security of it and its individuals, which is why putting effort for providing the security and developing its domain is one of the most important goals of countries in international relations realm and their domestic policy. Striving for increasing national security limit is one of the most underlying concerns of the governments. There is a defined relationship between tourism and security development. Developing tourism in countries is only possible in the ones possessing required security. Tourism destinations are widespread in country, and through providing security in these regions, social security coefficient is increased resulting in tourism development. Security is a vital effective factor in attracting tourists to traveling and tourism. A tourist who decides to travel all around the world will dismiss their decision if they feel there is no security in host country.
