    This study clusters customers and finds the characteristics of different groups in a life insurance company in order to find a way for prediction of customer behavior based on payment. The approach is to use clustering and association rules based on CRISP-DM methodology in data mining. The researcher could classify customers of each policy in three different clusters, using association rules. At the end of study the characteristics are defined and given to the company, so they could implement CRM strategies based on the newly found differences. Attention to the income and cash earning comes before paying attention to other problems. In most of the companies in developing countries, infrastructural problems of the company like earning enough income prevent the company from effective research implementation on advanced strategies. So this study focuses on basic problems. Utilizing data mining approach to classify customers in life insurance is a new approach among insurance companies in Iran. There are some research in relation to the CRM and data mining, but the contribution of this study is to investigate two new attributes plus those common attributes used before in studying customer behavior; the two attributes are «payment type» and the «purchaser». In order to have a framework, all the process is embedded in CRISP-DM methodology.

    The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between components of organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employee at EN Reality solution Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow, UP, India. Therefore this study could make important contribution to extant research in management and organizational behavior. The following research objectives were formulated for the study: (1) To investigate role of job satisfaction influence organizational commitment among the employees. (2)To find out the job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the gender. The totals of 50 data were collected through convenience sample technique and the data were calculated usage of statistical application of correlation matrix. The results shown that there is a highly significant correlation among factors of organizational commitment, including both gender. But, there is no significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and among three dimensions, only continuance commitment & normative commitment is significant correlation with job satisfaction at 0.05 level. Similar finding shown in the case of gender (male & female) that there is no correlation between organizational commitment components and job satisfaction.

    It is widely agreed that small scale enterprises (SSEs) used to play a crucial role in achieving the industrial and economic development. Though SSEs play indispensable economic role, studies are limited to analyze the external factors that affect the growth of SSEs independently. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to examine the effect of external firm factors influencing small scale manufacturing enterprises in the Tigray regional state of Ethiopia. Data was collected from 259 manufacturing SSEs in Tigray Region through semi-structured questionnaire and interview. The Multinomial logistic regression model was used to examine the effect of explanatory variables on unordered response variable. The result indicates that infrastructural development, competition, and access to market are positively and significantly determines the growth of SSEs. While the level of interest rate influences the growth of SSEs negatively and significantly. The effects of credit access and business development services were statistically insignificant. The policy towards job creation and industrial development can take into consideration these external factors to promote the start up and growth of SSEs.

    Non-performing assets (NPAs) have been a major cause of concern for Indian commercial banks in the recent past years. Many studies have been reported on the different aspects of NPAs in Indian banking system. However, there is a crucial lack of investigation on the comparative assessment of various types of banks such as Public sector banks, Private sector banks and foreign banks so that the trends of NPAs for each category are identified and the reasons underlying the differences among the levels of the NPAs and their trends could be highlighted and demarcated. The purpose of this study is to investigate all these crucial issues through systematic data collection and statistical testing. The outcome of this study will help in shedding more light on the correlation of NPAs with the profitability and comparative assessment of distinct classes of banks so as to identify the areas of opportunity for targeting of NPAs. Use of statistical tools would help in testing the significance of the various phenomenon associated with the NPAs.

    The data of this study was collected from 252 teachers, principals and vice-principals offemales’ high schools in district one through one researcher-administered questionnaire, and was then analyzed. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by seven university professors. Cronbach’s alpha was used in order to measure the reliability of the questionnaire. The total calculated alpha was 0.81, and it was 0.79 for the component of using sustainable resources, 0.71 for the component of using healthy food, 0.79 for the component of school’s distance from toxic substances available around it, and 0.72 for the component of using green education method. One-sample t-test showed that all of the four components are below the average in the study sample. The results from Friedman test in assessment of sustainable school indicators revealed that the four components had different rankings which should be considered by the principals in terms of importance. This ranking was as follows: school’s distance from toxic substances available around it with the mean of 1.26 is in the first rank, using green education method with the mean of 2.30 in the second rank, using sustainable resources with mean of 2.76 is ranked third, and finally, using healthy food with the mean of 3.68 is ranked fourth in terms of importance.The study concluded that the measures taken with respect to sustainable schools’ standards were not sufficient and further measures have to be taken in order to achieve these indicators.

    This paper discussed the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in pharmaceutical product marketing in Nigeria. Data for the study was obtained from 76 pharmaceutical firms in southwest Nigeria which comprised of about 95% of the pharmaceutical companies that were into manufacturing of drugs in Nigeria. The categories of firms surveyed include retail pharmacy, combination of wholesale and retail pharmacy, wholesale pharmacy, and manufacturing pharmaceutical companies that were also involved in drug importation or contract manufacturing. The study found that pharmaceutical companies were using considerable ICT for their product marketing especially customized software. However, there was no explicit guideline and policy for the usage of ICT for marketing pharmaceutical product in companies. Furthermore, while ICT did improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of the decision-making process through the use of software packages, frequency of training was strongly and positively correlated with effectiveness in ICT adoption for marketing and literacy level. The paper concluded that though increase in the adoption of ICT will continue to change the structure, content and quality of product marketing operations, adequate education and policy for deliberate training particularly for production and marketing activities in the industry cannot be overemphasized.

    As rising unemployment levels continually erode job opportunities in Southern Punjab, it is essay to assume that entrepreneurship would be concluded as the next-best career option; however, university graduates show very low interest level in becoming entrepreneurs. Having observed this disinterest, Southern Punjab economic policies have put in place initiatives encouraging youth entrepreneurship; however, these have failed to significantly affect the willingness to engage in entrepreneurial activities. It is against this background that this research will investigate barriers to entrepreneurship as experienced by students. A survey of southern Punjab universities students will be conducted. Their views regarding entrepreneurship will be collected by means of self-completion questionnaires and studied using cluster analysis. Also try to identify the themes that underlie the formation of the taxonomy, namely, family and social influence, exposure to entrepreneurial activity, entrepreneurial support, and education. This research will conclude a discussion of practical solutions and strategies to mitigate the problem of a lack of student entrepreneurship.

    The concept of organizational commitment has become a hot topic in the literature of industrial psychology and organizational behavior in the past decade. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of employee characteristic (age, marital status, job tenure, educational level and job level), Perceived organizational support, psychological capital and job satisfaction to organizational commitment of personnel working in oil industry. The four general hypotheses were developed and data was collected from 234 personnel who were randomly chosen from various departments of Imam Khomeini Shazand Oil Refining Company. The instrumentation of the study was common demographic questions and other variables measured by a paper-and-pencil questionnaire based on 5-point Likert item from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree". Collected data were analyzed via regression by SPSS software. Findings indicated perceived organizational support, psychological capital and job satisfaction significantly predicted affective organizational commitment, but employee's background was not a satisfactory predictor of affective commitment for personnel working in oil industry. Findings suggest organizational managements and psychologists need to consider the importance of psychological factors when designing programs for increasing the organizational commitment of the workers.
