Causal necessity has always been one of the important and controversial problems of philosophy among thinkers. Ibn Sina as outstanding Peripatetic philosopher holds the cause-effect relation to be necessary. Although he regards such relationship to be self-evident, he offered some arguments in its support. Theologians, experts in methodology of fiqh as well as some contemporary scholars are against this view. Arguing that arguments presented by Ibn Sina and other proponents of the rule as question- begging, they maintain that acceptance of this rule is incompatibility with freedom in God and human and thus rule they reject the truth of the rule. It seems that the rule is self-evident and denial of it is to deny the very principle of causality and acceptance of the theory of chance. On reflection, one can realize that there is no incompatibility between freedom and causality and any denial of such relation entails theory of chance according to which one can certainly deny the attribution of an action to the agent.

It reserves method of certainty to revelation and regards the revelation as the standard for the evaluation of reason. On reflection, it seems that doubts in validity of rational method will lead man to the trap of literalism and due to its denial of value, validity and explanatory role of reason, it is trapped in an epistemic deadlock. The present article is to prove the above-mentioned claim on the basis of works by proponents of this school and by use of analytic-rational method.

To many philosophers the concept of Necessary being is a universal concept and in proving unity of necessary being we are to demonstrate the unity of what is signified (mesdaq) of it. This view is not consistent with the doctrine of personal single God of theistic faiths. In order to meet the challenge some come to believe that the concept "necessary being'' is a particular one in such a way that it is impossible to conceive multiple instances for it. Accordingly, universal as it may seem to be at the first glance, through further examination it become clear that it is particular. This article is to examine the pros and cons of the this philosophical view.

Conceptual relativism is a sort of relativity that will focus on the need for mediation of conceptual network, language, paradigms or other mental man-made apparatus in the process of understanding reality and interpretation of universe. According to conceptual relativists since conceptual apparatus and network playing mediatory role are multiple, various and immeasurable and cannot be judged true or false, so the different views of world and theories presented in variety of domain in terms conceptual designs, paradigms, and various linguistic terms enjoy the same degree of truth, truthfulness and justifiability.By examining exact definition of conceptual relativism and its main formulations, this article attempts to show the distinction between two domains of conceptual relativism and epistemic relativism and that one will face strong linguistic obstacles if he is going to bridge the former to the latter. Given the truth and validity of conceptual relativism, it never entails the relativity of truth and truthfulness.
