    The purpose of this study was to investigate professional classroom management used by the academic staffs of the University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran. 157 academic staff who were teaching in 2008-2009 academic year were selected through proportional stratified-randomization method. Questionnaire was designed and employed to gather required data. This research instrument was tested by the academic staff of the department of agricultural extension education, University of Tehran for validity analysis and reliability, is depicted by Cranach’s alpha (α=0.73). Findings revealed that there was significant and positive correlation between professional management applied by the academic staff and level of using ICT, level of job satisfaction, research and educational function. Also result from applying on multiple regression revealed that "job satisfaction, educational function and connective- organizational characteristics of the academic staff were the most important variables affected professional classroom management respectively.

    Development of information technologies has altered learning and teaching process in higher education and e-learning has emerged as a new education method. The purpose of this study was to investigate of e-learning development in agricultural higher education. The research was based on survey and descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of postgraduate students (M.Sc. & Ph.D.) of agricultural faculties (N=923) at Tabriza, Shiraz, Mazandaran, Mashhad and Tarbiat Modares Universities who were selected by applying proportional stratified sampling technique. Sample size for students was 135. Data was gathered through application of questionnaire. The instrument validity was confirmed and corrected based on comments of an expert panel. Reliability analysis of questionnaire was conducted and alpha Cronbach’s coefficient was reported 0.91. Factor analysis results showed that three major factors explained 60.10% of variances of e-learning development solutions. These factors were organizational, infrastructural and political solutions.

    Different educational systems utilize varieties of methods in teaching scientific contexts based on their policies, programes and goals. This research aimed at investigation of familiarity, mastering, and teaching methods among Bessat Educational-Research Complex academic staffs to determin factors affecting application of the teaching methods. Survey research approach was used in this study. The population of the study included all academic staffs (N=83) in Educational-Reseach Complex of Be’ssat. Using the Patten table and simple random sampling technique, 66 accademic staffs were selected for the study. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisted of open and close ended questions. Face validity of the instrument was specified by a panel of experts and realiability of the main scale of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach alpha applying SPSS/win15.5 (α=0.84). Results revealed that, lecture, questioning-answering technique, and filed trips were used mostly by the academic staffs. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of the respondents, questioning-answering technique, and field trips were the most effective methods in learning domains. Educational tools, level of education, and learner's characteristics were the most important factors affecting selection of educational methods. Therefore, carrying on appropriate workshops and educational courses is suggested to develop teaching methods among the academic sttafs at the complex.

    The Agricultural Jihad Ministry in Iran has presented training programs aiming at increasing awareness, knowledge and career skills in rural adult producers. Appling evaluation of educational programs enables designers and extension agents to select and apply educational media and programs. This Research aimed at explaining factors affecting volunteer green house growers’ satisfaction from IPM farmers field school extension training, in Savojbolagh county, Alborz Province during 2009-2010. It was conducted as descriptive-correlational research and questionnaire was our data gathering instrument. Research population consisted of 40 green house growers who voluntarily participated in IPM training programs. Validity of the instrument was approved by a group of agricultural extension specialists and reliability also was confirmed by Alpha Cronbach test (α= 0.75). Findings indicated that variables such as duration of the educational program, evaluation of the program and motivation factors to participate in this program were significantly and positively correlated with volunteer green house growers ‘ satisfaction of IPM farmers field school extension training.

    Structure of Agriculture Sector in Iran, facing up to a number of challenges, requires much greater use of knowledge and innovation as well as establishing knowledge-oriented networks. This study aims at counting and reviewing main components of national agricultural innovation networks within a innovative approach towards improving and enhancing agricultural education sub-sector. The Experts that their knowledge was captured are 56 managers and experts of the Research and Education Department in the ministry of Jihad for Agriculture. The information gathering instrument contains semi-structured interview and researcher-designed questionnaire, the reliability of which was produced through a pre-test study and estimation of Cronbach’s Alpha. For the purpose of analyzing data, we use Analysis Network Process (ANP) technique computed by Super Decision software. Study results show that the main components effective on forming the national agricultural innovation network include research and educational institutes and organizations, supportive structures, intervening and mediating parties, consumers of formulated knowledge, and also final applicants of agricultural products and services. Therefore, given the important role of agricultural education system, among other mentioned components, there are made a number of suggestions including network-building, decentralized approach, creation of competition, demand-orientation, and compilation of Education Atlas as well as identifying the clients and activating the strategic positioning feature to recreate and improve the concerned system.

    The study aimed to assess the quality of educational courses at Agriculture Higher Education Center of Khorasan Razavi, based on the CIPP model in academic year 2006-2007. With relying to the human factors’ viewpoints for assessing the quality, respondents were selected by two separate sampling types; one for random and one for census. The statistic population was composed of students (107 respondents), graduated who was arrived in 2004 to the center (45), educational managers (8), faculty members (10) and non-academic staff (16). The questionnaire composed from two types of questions including open-end and closed-end ones. It was applied a semi-structured interview in addition to the questionnaire just for managers and faculty members. After approving the validity, it was measured Chronbach’s Alpha with a. 84% to approve the reliability of the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS Win v10. The results showed the most critical points in the Process and the less in the Input based on CIPP model. It was distinguished the critical points of the quality of educational courses at Agriculture Higher Education Center of Khorasan Razavi as: support system, administration system, a defined program for development, application system, guidance and consulting services, welfare system and facilities, workshop space, performance management, supportive operations, extra curricula activities, departments’ leading, management style, the program and its control operations, decision making procedure, and the faculty members performance regarding to students’ guidance and consulting.

    Teaching methods are important issue in higher education. This research aimed to study the effect of the advance Organizer Model as appropriate method on theoretical courses. Research design was quasi- expermimental with pretest posttest and control group. Participants were a sample of (n=36) male student in Hasheminejad Center for Higher Education (N=111) who took General Chemistry course. They were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. the experimental group received training under AOM. Findings indicated that the experimental group scored significantly higher on their final chemistry exam than the control group.
