    The main objective of this descriptive- correlative research was to study and analyze of factors influencing on development of using internet in the agricultural higher education from viewpoints of M. Sc students. The statistical population of the study consisted of 337 M. Sc students in the agricultural majors in the University of Zanjan. According to the Krejcie & Morgan Table، a sample size of 180 was selected using a stratified random sampling method. Data were collected from face-to-face interviews with respondents based on a structured questionnaire. A panel of faculty members in the University of Zanjan established the validity of the questionnaire. A pilot study was conducted to establish the reliability of the instrument. Cronbach''s alpha coefficient was used for the main scale of questionnaire، which scored from 0. 77 to 0. 84، confirming its appropriate reliability. The descriptive results showed that respondents have had the highest using of internet services in three fields of searching and finding general items from the internet، sending e-mails and searching and finding specialized topics related to educational fields from the internet. According to the findings of factor analysis، five factors namely availability to facilities، technical- environmental، educational، psychological and supportive explain 65. 1 percent of total variances of factors influencing on development of using internet in the agricultural higher education. Applying the finding of the study can help significantly to increasing the using internet by M. Sc agricultural majors in the University of Zanjan in the different research and educational activities and consequently improving their quality.

    This study with the main purpose of identifying the requirements to form and develop of agricultural graduates’ cooperatives was conducted in two parts. The first part was a Delphi method that was done in three stages with the participation of 14 experts in the stats Cooperation Organization and Razi University using purposive sampling. In this stage، 27 conditions to form and develop of agricultural graduates’ cooperatives were identified. The second stage surveyed the present situation of the identified. The statistical population at this stage was agricultural graduates employed in 30 agricultural consulting cooperatives in Kermanshah Township. Based on findings، requirements including the; communication infrastructure (roads، telecommunication facilities، transportation، etc، and confidence needed to achieve cooperatives success in the society، there was in a moderate level. Banking facilities for the agricultural graduates’ cooperatives، economic security، business skills necessary to form the cooperatives،cooperative''s economic and technical advisors، institutionalizing the cooperation -culture since school and healthy economic culture of (not through financial corruption، bribery، etc.) at low level. Confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS showed that the main requirements are administrative، economic، cultural - and personal – professionals.

    Entrepreneurship and employment of graduates of agriculture sector is the concern of planners in Iran. The present study was done to investigate characteristics of entrepreneurship of agricultural students. This research is applicable from objective point of view and descriptive- correlation for purpose of method، which is carried out based on survey approach. Statistical population of this study was included last semester students in agricultural fields of Shiraz universities in 2010-11 academic year، which were 1029 persons. Sample size was determined using Morgan and Kaaji table، which was equal to 327 persons. The main tool for data collection in this study was questionnaire in which، its validity determined by panel of experts and also its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient، which was equal to 73 percent. The results showed that ranks of characteristics of entrepreneurship of students in seven studied indices including willingness، risk taking، self-achievement need، need for independence، pro-activeness، control over destiny and ambiguity tolerance had decreasing trend. The study of entrepreneurship''s intent of students shows that the majority of students have low level of entrepreneurship''s intent.

    Enhancing opportunities for experiential learning and practical education، such as internship course، seems an appropriate mechanism for improving quality of agricultural education. This research was done with aim to investigate methods to promote student''s practical skills through analysis of improving mechanisms of internship course in Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. This applied research was carried out by survey method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all agricultural students of the Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources who passed the internship course (N=378) and sample size (n=123) was determinated by Cochran''s formula. The sample was selected by stratified sampling technique. Content validity of the research questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of agricultural education experts and faculty members. Calculated Coronbach Alpha coefficient as indication of questionnaire’s reliability was equal to. 77 main part of questionnaire، including improving mechanisms of internship course. Using SPSS and EXCEL software، the gathered data was analyzed. According to coefficient of variation the «improving mechanisms of internship course» was prioritized. Explanatory factor analysis of the «improving mechanisms of internship course»، extracted 5 principal components، named «managing internship course»، effective involvement of education institute «،» effective contribution of participant institute «،» complementary educational measures during course «، and» effective endeavor of intern students«، which totally explained 75% variances of analyzed variables.

    The recent scientific and technical achievements make the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) inevitable in the field of education. E-readiness assessment is one of the procedures to measure diffusion and application of Information and Communication Technology. The goal of this research was to assess E-readiness of owners and managers of agricultural Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Kermanshah and Ilam provinces. This research based on target was applied goal and based on method was descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of the study included the owners and managers of agricultural Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. A stratified sampling was used to select 202 respondents. Data were collected by the version of Digital Literacy of Washington University and researcher-made questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was tested by a panel of ICT experts. Cronbach’s alpha was used to estimate reliability of the questionnaire (92%). It can also be observed that acceptable values are obtained in all cases. To analyze the data، one sample t-test، Pearson correlation، and multiple regressions were performed. The findings revealed that the variables of familiarity with the Web 2. 0، the easy access to computer، familiarity with the Web technology and believing in ICT compatibility have explained around 57% of the variance of ICT application. At the same time، familiarity with the Web 2. 0 had a stronger impact on ICT application; therefore it was suggested that upgrading the knowledge of agricultural Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises owners and managers to work in technological Web 2. 0 contexts should be taken into account with suitable education.

    The aim of thisstudy was to investigate the effect of the emotional intelligence on culture and organizational performance ofEducational Center of East Azerbaijan Agriculture. In this applied study the statistical population consist of 716 staff and students of theEducational Center,out of which 245 were chosen randomly.The reliability of questionnaire was estimated through Cronbach alpha. For the questionnaires of emotional intelligence, performance and organizational culture, the coefficients were x1 =0.823, x2=0.898 and x3= 0.877 respectively. The data were collected and analyzed through structural equations, t-student test, and factor analysis. Results showed that emotional intelligence has significant affect on organizational culture and organizational performance.

    Agricultural graduates at secondary level need to be equipped with vocational skills and competencies in order to satisfy employers’ needs. The unemployment rate among agricultural graduates lies on the insufficient experiential learning activities among agricultural instructors. Internship program is an effective strategy to overcome the experiential needs of vocational agricultural schools. This descriptive correlation study sought to investigate the determinants of effective internship program across vocational agricultural schools in Kermanshah. A census of 58 internship instructors and support personnel، participated in the study. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed with acceptable face validity and reliability. Exploratory factor analysis revealed that the following factors are influential in effective internship program respectively: 1) motivational factors، 2) program content، 3) contextual factors، 4) educational factors، and 5) managerial factors. Result of multi – response analysis derived from open – ended questions showed that the following components are critical in making internship programs more effective: 1) salary increase among internship instructors، 2) attitudinal change among interns and support personnel in regards to internship program، and 3) an up – to – date curriculum. The result of this study has practical implications for agricultural vocational policy – makers in Kermanshah.

    The main purpose of this research was to investigate the educational needs of Garmsar greenhouse cucumber producers. Another objective of this research was to investigate the relationaship between educational needs of greenhouse cucumber producers and their technical and extensional characterisitics. This research was implemented by discriptive method. The research population was consisted of 85 greenhouse cucumber producers out of which، 70 greenhouse cucumber producers were selected using simple random sampling method. Validity of the research instrument was confirmed by research committee and α Cronbach coefficient was applied for the purpose of reliability، through which 92 percent was obtained. The results revealed that there were positive and significant relationship between age، level of education، cultivated area، job experience and educational needs of greenhouse cucumber producers. As well as there were negative and significant relationship between technical knowledge، using of information channles، average yield and educational needs of greenhouse cucumber producers. According to regression function، coltivated area، participating in education and extension courses and ways to get information could be explaind the maximum varicence of educatoinal needs of greenhaouse cucumber producesrs among the other variables in the equation.
