Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, etc. or it can be embedded in machines, computers, devices and factories, which can be operated by individuals without detailed knowledge of the workings of such things. The purpose of technology transfer is Pre-defined set of activities in which necessary technology will be available for applicant.Telemedicine is the use of telecommunication and information technologies in order to provide clinical health care at a distance. The process of transfer of technology in the medical field not only of transport equipment but also in the field of telemedicine techniques will also be included.

    Introduction
Influenza is a highly contagious disease and is common in cold seasons. High prevalence of influenza in workplace causes severe economic damages. Thus any employer would be interested in preventing this using appropriate tools. Influenza illness in primary prevention can be achieved by tele-educating target group, and change their knowledge as well as attitude and behavior in this goal by sending message on automation system or e-mail. In this study, the researcher is following the above listed equipment to increase awareness of target group about influenza disease.
    Material and
    Methods
This research is a quasi-experimental study and was done in 2009-2010. The target group (40 employees) were selected from headquarter units in Tehran University of Medical Sciences using stratified – random sampling method. We used two approximately similar questionnaires as Pre-test and Post-test to gather data. For analyzing the data, We used Independent Sample T- Test, One Way ANOVA and Paired Sample T-Test and linear Regression methods.
    Results
The Mean age of the study group was 34.82 years old. 30% of them were men and 70% were women overall. The mean of answers changed from 35.33 to 42.52 after the intervention indicates significant differences in these results, so the intervention was effective. Age, academic educational level and the field of study did not have any significant relation with changes in knowledge and attitude of the study group, but gender significantly was related to the results.
    Conclusion
It could be concluded that with this species plans and the correct use of information and communication technology, particularly in the health field, it can expect not only reduction in different diseases in the future; but also if follow this trend in long time, it will see increase in knowledge of employees, changes in their attitude and finally by its repeating and continuing it may predict reducing in many organizational costs, medical treatment costs and many other expenses. At last, it can suggest using these programs for many other problems in health matters, and many other subjects which influence the costs and benefits of a system.

    Introduction
Using nanotechnology, scientists have been able Nano robot knowledge that the human body is designed to be therapeutic and protective role and play therapist. This Nano robot could help in different ways such as a capsule or injection into the vascular system of the body, the human body and controlled or programmed manner (smart) to play the role of a therapist. . These robots can perform a routing optimization in the shortest time and shortest distance traveled, upon detection of possible damage, damage to the site and using nanotechnology to repair it.
    Material and
    Methods
In this class of problems to find the path or paths (preferably optimum), which move the robot without colliding with obstacles static/dynamic of a specific origin to its destination. In this paper presents a simulation system under manual control, wireless routing protocol, and is used for navigation Nano robot because of the problems raised in writing and to fix bugs of the system, an intelligent routing system, To move Nano robot therapist, based on the fuzzy control system in which the steering motor in the vicinity of obstacles and destination point for platform Nano robot be issued.
    Results
For the more accurate and more complete routing in dynamic environments without the structure of the human body (the restrictions are not predetermined and fixed), need to work on issues relating to robot motion planning and to determine the optimal path will be moved. This research finally revealed that a system following the fuzzy logic for a mobile Nano robot navigation.
    Conclusion
The present findings from the implemented designs here took into account the merits and demerits and evaluated the optimal navigation issue in robots following the fuzzy logic and the genetic algorithm. We found out that to solve such issues more efficiently.

    Introduction
Guideline-based Decision Support Systems helps clinician to choose the best treatment in specific clinical situations. Since it is difficult for doctors to Remember all effective measures of diagnosis and the average visit time for each patient less than 20 minutes, so integrate guideline with clinical decision support system help doctors to choose the best course of treatment in the clinical setting.
    Material and
    Methods
This paper is a literature review and have implication to clinical guidelines concepts, guideline-based decision support system, challenges and technical considerations.
    Results
The best and fastest approach to use of guideline is their integration with hospital information system or electronic health record. The development of these systems require careful design of clinical guidelines development, decision models, and reusable software components and appropriate computing infrastructures in the clinical environment. Currently, XML is the best choice for packaging data and information sharing, but there isnt a specific standard that fully provide interoperability with EHR.
    Conclusion
Ease of learning is one of the main issues in the guideline based EHR. Guideline must be designed that their use is simple so developers. Clinical guidelines integration with information systems and electronic medical records lead to increase adherence to clinical guidelines in health care, quality of care provided to patients, ensuring patient safety and reduce costs.

    Introduction
Brucellosis is a transmissible disease between humans and animals through infected animals and their products. The disease exist in most parts of the world especially in developing countries.because of the serious impact of the disease in public health and socio-economical status, controling the disease is very important in developing countries. The purpose of this article is to identify hidden patterns and relations between brucellosis patients which can be benefitial for physicians in diagnosis process.
    Material and
    Methods
This study is a retrospective study of data collected from brucellosis Khorasan Razavi province recorded at the health center, have been used. Due to differences in format and number of features collected during different years, before processing operations carried out in several stages to the same data. Fields associated with different methods and with expert opinion was converted into discrete fields and fields lost was estimated using the EM algorithm. APPIORI algorithm analysis was performed using the hidden relationships between data found that significant relationships were infected with expert opinion.
    Results
Among the 163 relationship with over 7.0 Conficence rate which Weka software was discovered, by the application in consultation with an infectious disease expert, 10 clinically significant relationship was reported.
    Conclusion
Diagnosig brucellosis is realy difficult to physicions because of its vagious nature and symptoms. Because many unknown relationships between risk factors and demographic characteristics of the patients, the use of data mining concepts, especially in the medical data is beneficial because usually high volume assumptions are available. further studies can test the validity of these rules like Randomize Control Trial studies.

    Introduction
In recent years, topics related to robotics have become one of the areas of research and development. In the meantime, smart robots are very popular, but the control and navigation of these devices are very difficult, and the lack of handling and staggering obstacles and avoidance of them, due to safe and secure routing, outweigh the basic needs of these systems.
    Material and
    Methods
In this research, for the purpose of solving the intelligent navigation problem, a moving robot in a dynamic unknown environment (conditions at any moment in the range of moving and obstacles in motion) and the choice of optimal path, the methods of genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic are used comparatively.
    Results
By using genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic methods, the robot can move in the dynamic and unknown environment to the optimal path to the target.
    Conclusion
Information about the environment is also necessary to avoid obstacles, optimal path design and environment exploration, and to establish a clever relationship between perception and practice that requires the use of appropriate algorithms such as the genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic (fuzzy controller) are also needed to manage the control and navigation.
