The Arabic Middle East is a region full of instabilities. The coup d’état, war, civil war, riot, strike and terror are some important kinds of these instabilities.Since 2010, not only the quantity and diversity of these changes, but also their risks have been increased. The uprising is one of these instabilities which has been occurred many times in recent years. So, the reasons of these occurrences have always been an important question. Despite of the similarities of this instability and the revolution, it is different. On the other hand, fuzzy methods give us powerful measures to analyze these instabilities. The article by reviewing the Arabic Middle East’s upheavals which have happened after collapse of the Soviet Union and by using the Fuzzy Delphi technique tries to find the main and key factors of the uprisings. At the end, 6 key factors were found. These are only 20% of all factors, but have an 80% influence on the happening of civil war. The matter has specially functional advantages since time and financial limitations for actors prevent them to control all the factors effectively. So, governmental and non-governmental actors are searching key factors to reduce costs and achieve the most efficiency.

The Muslim Brotherhood, as one of the oldest political-religious parties in the Middle East, has been able to make eye-catching political achievements in a number of countries such as Turkey and Egypt in the past two decades. As the birthplace of this political party, Egypt, with the removal of military dictatorship in 2010, turned into a base for the Muslim Brotherhood to wield power after 84 years of campaign and activity. Morsi’s victory, the candidate of the congregation of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt’s presidential election in 2012 and government formed by his own association, ten years after the victory of the justice and development party in Turkey, minds led to such a direction that the Muslim Brotherhood at the height of power with public support, to fulfill their stated objectives, but some transitions led to the failure of this organized and coherent party in Egypt after a short while, resulting in the downfall of the government born of it, as a result of which a far-reaching crisis swept the country. The events of the summer of 2013 and fall of Morsi in less than a year and the arrest of leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood, however, after 84 years of bloody fighting, by self-made irreparable errors, provided background for discontent of the people and also presence of army to facilitate its overthrow, can be currently considered as a remarkable political event that calls many analysis.

The framework of this essay is based on analyzing the bilateral relations between Iran and Iraq during the past 50 years. To reach the goal, this study utilizes discourse theory of Laclau and Mouffe to examine the ruling discourses on the relations between the two countries from the outset of Saddam Hossein’s leadership until now and to explain how and why the discourse of Iranophobia is dominated on the Iran-Iraq relations. This study uses descriptive-analytical method and the inferential methodology has been used to reach these goals. Data have been collected by using library and internet sources. To answer this question that how the discourse of Iranophobia is dominated, the findings show that Iraq has been the axis of this discourse during the past 50 years; during the first decade of Islamic Republic of Iran, Saddam was the headman for Iranophobia in the Middle East and after his fall they were hardliner Arab leaders who interpreted usual and normal relations between Iran-Iraq authorities as well as their citizens based on dominance resulting in reappearance of the discourse of Iranophobia. The reasons behind the dominance of this discourse trace back to the prodigious influence of Islamic Revolution in the region and its revisionism nature during the first and third decades. as well as news sources on the basis of objective-historical data

This article discusses freedom; the most important issue in political philosophy and the ideals of mankind. Freedom can be taken in two meaning: A: freedom as a reality and B: freedom as a right. What is debatable in political philosophy and law, freedom is regarded as a right. The disagreement concerning the definition among philosophers is due to three reasons: concept verbal commonality, identified subject, and lack of transparency of possessor of freedom concept. In this case we tried to point to the philosophers’ theory about the issue of freedom. As well as about the history of freedom in Islam, two common thought streams and then, with regard to freedom possessor and the related issues, all kinds of freedom and its most basic form, namely, the political freedom will be studied. Then a comparison is made among three extremist (anarchist), wastage (fascist) and moderate (civil society) forms with three thinking methods in Islamic societies, i.e, optionalists, determinists and justice proponents. Finally, this article ends with the features of freedom that can truly strengthen the ideal society, block belittling of the citizens and guide them.

The new-Salafi trend in the Middle East, with its own discourse and disparate combination, actively involved the Syria crisis from its beginning, and gradually became one of the important and yet dangerous actors in the Syria equations. Accordingly, the current research prepares the answers to two interconnected questions, based on discourse analysis approach and analytic-descriptive
    Method
First, what are the active new-Salafi groups in the Syria crisis? Second, what kind of interests and ends do these groups follow? The hypothesis is that the most organized new-Salafi groups in Syria are ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and Levant) and Jeysholfath. The groups have different goals, beliefs, motivations, and interests. ISIL declared the establishment of an Islamic state in all over Muslim countries as its end.Other active new-Salafi groups have announced the overthrow of Assad’s regime and creating a new Islamic state in the Syria’s geographical regions as their goal in accordance with the principles of the new-Salafism. Also, the findings show that series of activities of these groups in the region, such as terror, bombing, murder of Alavis, and… have promoted the continuation of crisis, leading to spread the religious and tribal conflicts which may extend to beyond of Syria’s borders.

In most Arab countries, the relationship between state and society has traditional nature and the nation-building process is still being shaped. Growing urban middle class, increasing the number of educated people and the increase in the use of new communication media such as the internet, lifestyle changes and… have been manifestations of recent social developments in the Arab countries. Since the political systems prevailing in these societies have failed to keep pace with social changes and also there has not been any change in the performance of the traditional political structure of these countries, these countries will be witness far more the gap between the state and the nation in near future, which in turn can cause radical and more important changes in the country’s political structures in the future. In other words, these social changes may cause more formidable political changes in the future compared with developments of 2010-2014. Due to the structural crisis of civil society and national government in the Arab countries of the Middle East, the main source of social change in the net community would be cultural identity. Different cultural identities in a variety of formats such as Islamism, democratization, multiculturalism, with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to create, represent a serious and irreconcilable challenge with symbols, institutions and behavioral rules that emerged from Arab rulers’ unilateral and authoritarian political processes of.So the main topics of this paper will be as follows: 1. The revival of the Islamic identity against western / secular identity, and 2. The formation of a new middle class with political and cultural consequences.
