    The Religion and spirituality which are the most profound aspects of private life, clearly have always affects on people›s attitudes and their behaviors and, if properly to be managed and directed, they have the capacity to lead the the most profound cooperative. But, measurement of religion or spirituality, is difficult. Nevertheless, in the past few decades, scholars of religion and spirituality field, have created a little tools such spiritual well-being scale, a spiritual assessment questionnaire, spiritual transcendence scale, religious experience questionnaire as to assess different aspects of religiosity and spirituality. The results of this descriptive and library-based study show that the scale of spiritual well-being, spiritual assessment questionnaire, and religious experience questionnaire, though have psychological aspect, but further, possess religious aspect. However, the scale of spiritual transcendence, further, have psychological aspect.

    The ability to speaking is one of the great divine blessing that has been offered to human beings. The Glory God not only has created capability of speaking in human nature but through innate inspiration, inner guidance, revelation and tradition taught him its state and good manners. Speaking is prerequisite of social life of human being and the way to establish communication with each other. This relationship is often fulfilled as a result of exchange of ideas between the sender and the recipient, and raise to prosperity of potentiality and elevating the level of human life. Generally, a person with your message recipient in a particular issue, share thinking and harmony of opinion. Hence, the communication from the viewpoint to give a direction to human behaviors, is useful and productive, and brought into being in two form; verbal and non-verbal. But one of the most common and the most usual verbal communications, is negotiation and dialogue that takes place through language and being the best and the most perfect means of communication and expressing the thought and transference of the content of the mind to others. In the Religious teachings, in respect to the position of words and its impact, has been a lot of attention and, in different ways, has been expressed the good manners for establish the positive verbal communication and its requirements. In this teachings, by providing the examples of the good word, we have been guided to effective communications which in this research, would be examined the ways and the elements of establishing a favorable verbal communications and barriers to establish this effective communication in the viewpoint of the Quran and Hadith.

    The symbolical language, is a language which in free, creative and flowing form, arouse the experiences, emotions and internal thoughts, and its rationale is different from the usual reason and rationale. The Rationale that is free from predetermined models and formalizations; and in the interaction of mind and reality, uniquely, was created and perceived. This language is, in its most profound form, the language of temperament and nature. In symbolic training, the process of achievement to awe sense and learned and pious admiration, is more important than its result; a manner of thinking about concepts, are more significant than how much are their learning; emoional tendency to values is more important than its memorizing; presenting the signs are more important than immediate perception of concepts and proposing educational backgrounds, is more significant than the exact letters of book writings. The language of symbolical training, is provided the field of discovering and intuition for encountering with signs of existence and creation so that everyone, actively and creatively, on the basis of their capacities and needs, to engage in amazing thought and meditation.

    With no question, every organization has some tasks that fulfilling them result in success and achieving organizational goals. One of these tasks is control and supervision that has closely relation with other managerial principles and tasks and usually failure in that equals with failure in management. Nonetheless, organization has different parts and it’s success depends on the coordination of these parts. An Islamic society that wants to be based on Islamic values and basics and meeting Islamic goals, must it’s control system congruent with this values and goals and should be designed on this value frameworks. Hence, this paper, by means of library method for gathering data and taking a comprehensive approach, discuss the importance, goals of control and self-control and investigate this concept from Islamic culture. And finally systematic pattern of self-control based on Islamic values is proposed.

    Feiz Kashani is one of the great muslim scholars and philosophers from century 11. All of his works based on cognition and divine proximity and the desirable fact from his viewpoint is possible only through piety, worship and renunciation from worldly objects. He regard as practical training along with theoretical training of religion, foundamental condition of attaining to divine cognition; Furthermore, by rejection of other types of cognition, such as knowledge that philosophers obtained by means of rational reasoning, he as a muslim philosopher, confirm his faithfulness and loyalty. In his belief, a muslim person always has to assess his self and for attaining to highest cognition constantly must to audit his self that thereby his carnal weaknesses to be revealed and eliminating of immorality be facilitated. The author in the descriptive and analytic way and on the basis of moral and educational books of Feiz specially Al-Haqayeq, Al-Mahajja-Al-Bayzza’, and explanation of Zad-Al-Salek essay, has related the means of self-attaining to highest level. In his opinion, treading a path is possible in different ways: individual strenuous efforts in self-education, companionship with intellects, and following the example of the wicked. In this research, have been attempted to be deal with the principles and educational methods derived from self-chastisement ways. Some of the obtained principles and ways as followed: revival of temperamental covenant (practical training), good-thinking (cultivating the spirit of positive orientation).

    In the process of training and especially religious training, what have decisive role, is influential factors in religious training, that is, factors that in the formation of the human character and his educational structure, have direct and indirect influences. Since the religious training, further, have place the foundation of its role on having a healthy conscience, conscious wisdom and desire to perfection and welfare, and conscience-based training regard as preferable, thus what have important in this process, is influential inner factors rather than hereditary factors. In fact, in the process, what have more important is person itself, not environmental and transnatural factors. The object of this article is acquaintance with the most important factors in relation to religious training that by examining these factors becomes clear that alongside to other training factors, environmental factors and hereditary factors, more influential factors is found that have a remarkable role on human training so that without assistance of inner factors, religious training educations would have less influential and strengthening the factors will give credibility to other factors. In this article, the reader becomes familiar with three factors: «will, intellection and trust».

    Unlike economic globalization, cultural globalization, that some thinkers of international relations regard as a type of project under domination of industrial powers of the world specially United States, is a form of process or procedure associated with the project which both is related to society and peoples and is managed by the world›s leading powers. Although this process has new opportunities and considerable potential capacities with itself, but it is essentially associated with the serious threats that among them would be weakening the relationship between religious understanding and religious practice and religious beliefs as preliminaries for the emergence of the religious identity and finally educational methods and attitudes, which lead to the emergence of hesitant identity, and in the end, non-religious identity. With the emergence of non-religious identity, religious teachings have a role in the training of individuals in society as a pervasive and faded value criterion, and finally, the foundation for non-religious society, According to this definition, globalization is a type of non-religious process. On the other hand, in the contemporary world, due to the expansion of communications and having been the same direction the moral principles such as justice, honesty, philanthropy, respect for others, contributing to mankind and. .. that comes from all the divine religions specially Islam, have been caused that religious culture among the global opinions to obtain cultural superiority in comparison to other cultures. This article intends to approach the globalization from the perspective of the culture and in the shadow of attention to conceivable proportions between culture and globalization in the modern milieu of international system, to deal with the opportunities and threats of culture’s globalization on religious training.
