this study aims to explore infidelity crisis pathology and providing therapeutic protocols to reduce damages resulted from infidelity. In this study, various drugs have been described, including hallucinogenic drugs, cannabis and hemp plant sap, drugs, causing sluggishness, actuators, etc. Also, causes of addiction and its durability factors are reviewed. Moreover, treatment pattern of addiction has been determined, including school-based programs, community-based programs, family-base programs, social development model and Integrated Model. This is a narrative review, based on books and internet resources. Prestigious and well-known information databases such as PubMed, Medline, Scopus and other databases using were used by concepts that are somehow related to development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health promotion programs. according to the issues mentioned above, the necessity of addressing addiction is so clear to everybody. Generally, interventions at the addiction level can be classified as follows: school-based programs, community and media-based programs, family-based programs, approach to changes in environments and rules, social development model and integrated model.

Although the relationship between reaction time and Intelligence quotient (IQ) scores involves an important part of theoretical information processing approaches towards individual differences, data obtained in this area are sparse or even non- congruent. Those who do not believe the relationship between reaction time and intelligence, often argue that the reaction time is too simple, banal and non-intelligent and thus, it cannot reflect a variable with the same sophistication, elegance and ambiguity of intelligence. In contrast, some believe that the reaction time is indicative of fluid intelligence has a growing trend until youth time (crescendo) and then steadily decreases (decrescendo). New researchers also believe that to judge the relationship between intelligence and reaction time, the difference between processing time and reaction time should be considered. Method & The present study, comparing recorded results of present studies and reviewing stated theories, seeks to answer this question "what is the relationship between reaction time and intelligence and whether reaction time can predict the differences in the intelligent structure?" The relationship between reaction time and IQ is too complicated and revealing a significant correlation depends on various variables (e.g. methodology, data analysis, instrument etc.).

Nursing education in Iran is along with many other developing countries. Moving in advanced nursing education will rise to new challenges for nursing faculty. Role conflict is one of the challenges, which easily happen in nursing faculties. There are few studies with different results about the role conflict in nursing faculties around the world. This study has been done to determine the role conflict levels and effects. this is a systematic review study, and it has been done purposeful form by focusing on research questions. A computerized search was performed systematically since January 1998 to May 2014, by using five key words: role conflict, nursing faculty, nursing instructor, nursing teacher, nursing lecturer in Science direct, EBSCO Host, PubMed, Pro Quest, SID databases. Full text of suitable articles were selected and analyzed after several steps of evaluation. According to search criteria, among 35622 articles, we finally selected 11. The results are expressed in two general categories including; levels of role conflict, and consequences of role conflict. Nursing faculty experienced different levels of role conflict in reviewed studies. This study showed that role conflict has personal and organizational effects. Role Conflict is normal and inevitable phenomenon in educational organization. Therefore, nursing faculty members could experience role conflict frequently. Understanding the nature of the conflict and its effects on nursing faculty could be playing an important role in the prediction and prevention of adverse effects in universities. The results of this study provide valuable information about the role conflict levels and the consequences for educational managers.

Anxiety is known as a normal reaction of stress, when anxiety becomes excessive it can wear down the person. Anxiety in the childhood causes that person experience adversities in next steps of life. Mother and child are two creatures who their life linked to each other greatly. Mother’s anxiety along the time causes child's anxiety. So, this study is done by the aim of examining the mother’s role in decreasing child's anxiety. This study was conducted based on systematic review method and focused on the research question 'what is the role of mother’s anxiety in appearing of children's anxiety?' The main stages of the research strategy is as follows: in the first stage, recognized the resources in databases, in this stage an electronic research was doing to identify published articles from 2008 to 2013 in Persian databases: Iran medex, Iran doc, Sid and Latin databases: CINHAL, Cochran, Pub Med, Science Direct, Eric. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, after quality assessment 10 articles ere qualified for entering to study. The results of the data analysis indicating that various conditions from mother can effect on children's anxiety: 1.exessive support 2.parent's anxiety 3.maternal negative emotions. Mother’s anxiety, excessive interference, negative emotions and intense attachment to mother, along the time causes child's anxiety significantly. According to research findings base on different aspects of mothers character on children's behavioral disorder, by controlling mothers anxiety and helping mother to control emotions and avoid excessive support of their children can reduce negative role of mother on child's anxiety.

Parents of mentally retarded children often do not have the knowledge of how to deal with their child care, and essential health care team aware of their educational needs, using appropriate teaching methods to respond to these needs. Therefore, this study aimed to identify teaching methods to suit the needs of families with mentally retarded children has been doing. This study was based on a systematic review of methods and purposely focused on the research questions, search for information retrieval, evaluation, integration will. Therefore, all scientific papers published from 2008 to 2013 in the Pub Med، Science Direct, Cochrane, Eric, Databases were searched in line with the research question, and deleting articles that did not make the inclusion criteria, number 6 was selected article and appropriate training and educational needs of parents of mentally retarded children were extracted. Different methods to educate families of children with special disabilities are applied, Including: - Anger management training significantly positive relationship with the child's mother has affected her mentally retarded children with disabilities. - Training of cognitive - behavioral life skills parental stress significantly reduces the feeling of inability to play a parental role. - Another way use the Show method of treatment group (GMT) is. GMT is a successful alternative therapy is appropriate in building renovations. GMT can significantly reduce stress mothers are mainly composed of mentally retarded children. Family education classes can be awareness and acceptance towards backwardness and characteristics of parents to raise their children, Feelings and reactions that can be occur are often parents themselves, for they make clear and teaching strategies to reduce the tension between family members, Optimal interaction between parent and child increases and can have a major impact on family health.

Critically ill patients are characterized as those who survive the initial episode of critical illness but remain dependent on critical care therapies. Models of care delivery to guide care of critically ill patients are valuable resources to optimize care and promote the well-being of these patients in acute hospital settings. The purposes of this review article were 1. What are appropriate characteristics of an appropriate model for application in critical care unit (CCU)? 2. What are the effects of application nursing care models (NCMs) on the daily nursing practices? 3. What are the effects of application NCMs on the patient's outcomes? The University of York center for Reviewers and Dissemination Guidance approach was used for searching seven databases (Science direct, Ovid, Cochrane, Ebsco Host, Scopus, Pub med, and SID) with 10 key words from the 1983 to the June 2014. Lastly, 25 full texts analyzed for responding to the research questions. Additional responding to the three research questions, the core concepts of international NCMs were partnerships, evaluation the current models in CCU, better understanding of critically ill patients, and staff satisfaction from caring in CCU, however, domestic NCMs had more focused on the NCMs in CCU and in the majority ones, the staff satisfaction and selecting appropriate steps as a model were not assessed. Considering the appropriate features of domestic NCMs, it is recommended that these models carefully reviewed and adjusted to CCU's needs.
