A high quality Electrocardiogram (ECG) recording can be used for properly interpretation and identification of heart activity. Since ECG is always corrupted by various kinds of noises such as Baseline wander, a filtering process will be necessary in order to extract useful information from the noisy ECG signals. This paper presents a detailed analysis of noise reduction approaches based on a case of linear infinite impulse response (IIR) filters. The performances of the filters are investigated considering the values of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and root-mean-square-error (RMSE). An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also conducted to assess if there were any significant differences in SNR and RMSE values of the filtered signals. The results indicated that the mean scores for SNR and RMSE with Chebyshev type I filter were significantly better. Ten linear time domain features, Standard Deviation (std), mean value, median, variance, second moment, third moment, minimum, maximum, signal energy and signal power were extracted for each original and filtered signal both in pre-music and during-music stages. Statistical comparison of mean values over pre-music and during-music stages, lead to different results for original and filtered signals which is due to the elimination of some useful information of ECG while filtering.

Neuromuscular disorders influence the nerves controlling feet and hands and particularly cerebral apoplexy. The cerebral apoplexy may cause some difficulties in thought, aeareness, attention, learning, judgement and memory and emotional difficulties as well. The patients affected by cerebral apoplexy may have some difficulties in control of their feelings or may exhibit inappropriate feelings. Electromyography signal provides considerable source of information for recognition of neuromuscular disorders. This paper examines use of non-linear chaos properties and LMAN nervous networks for the sake of detection of ordinary and automatic aggressive actions of feet and hands using EMG data.

Semantic annotation of images is choosing appropriate labels for images with extracting effective and hidden feature in pictures, in the proposed method features has extracted from image after segmentation. In addition to the inherent and conceptual features, spatial features of each segments and relation between them are also considered. Then these features with fuzzy rules are trained and in this train we use hierarchical structure for describing and labeling the images that in each of the levels in hierarchical structure used from SVM classification. Results on the images of Imageclef database (this database is classified with hierarchical structure) show the proposed method of image annotation in addition to reducing the complexity of the classification increased accuracy compared to the another methods by approximately 5%.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Despite significant advances in the medical field and its related technologies, cancer remains one of the biggest problems in medical science. Point common in all cancers need to do surgery and remove the tumor in advanced cases. Unfortunately, the surgery is not successful in some cases and later re-released in the body. Sometimes changing in the patient''s tissues hides from human sight. One of the problems of comparing images taken at different times is change in imaging condition that causes distortion in the image and the difference between the textures in the image. To solve this problem and reduce the error, in this paper a semi-automatic method is presented for mammographic images registration. In this method using feature extraction of a mammogram such as brightness of the image, transformation distance, and also information that the user presents, can obtain the actual relationship between images and determines the differences between the images with less error. The proposed method will run on a sample of 27 mammograms from the Parto Teb Azma Imaging Center. We will show that in addition to maximizing similarities and minimizing differences between two images, the second image retains its overall shape. Generally correlation coefficient of mammograms after image registration in the semi-automatic method increase to 0.2670 and the difference squared in the semi-automatic method will decrease to 0.0968.
