To analyze speech signal, wavelet transform is suitable and powerful. Speech signal is non-stationary requiring both time and frequency domains data at processing. By wavelet transform, required data of both domains could be extracted from the signal. This paper studies which wavelet best suits for analyzing vowel phonemes of Persian speech signal by wavelet transform. When a wavelet is found proper to analyze speech signal, output of the method with more suitable wavelet is expected to have more optimized results than the other wavelets in speech processing applications based on wavelet transform.
According to the results, similarity between signals of Persian language vowel phonemes and approximation coefficient of signal analysis was measured by using a special wavelet and finally, by making some calculation, examining correlation coefficient, and comparing results of different wavelets, coif3 & Db5 were found best wavelets to analyze Persian language vowel phonemes. What follows is comparing this method with other methods by studying the effect of using a proper wavelet to decrease noise and audibly improve the signal, and this proves the efficiency of the wavelet used.

The use of new technologies such as tablets and digital devices are expanding. Of the important concerns about these tools, is the increasing use of them by children at growing ages, which unfortunately is often done without their full knowledge of the children and their parents causing harmful impacts on them.
The present study examines the impact of the use of tablet and its consequences on the psychological dimensions of children between 4 to 14 years old inIsfahan. This study was conducted the convenience random sampling method on 100 mothers of children using tablets, from different parts ofIsfahancity. Data was gathered by questionnaire including four psychological dimensions: aggression, concentration rate, depression and isolation, and mental abilities and creativity. Data was analyzed using regression analysis method. The results showed that the usage of tablet resulted in increased aggression, decreased concentration, increased depression and isolation, and increased mental abilities and creativity.

Nowadays recent advancements of mobile technologies provide the opportunity to create various games and application for different users. One of the most important group of the application, which is entitled “Learning Games”, can transmit educational purposes in the context of a game. Teaching the alphabets and letters to the preschool children using a mobile game let them learn the educational concepts in a more attractive way. This paper tries to review some children learning games at first; then a new learning game will be introduced. The game is designed to teach Persian alphabets to the preschool children. Finally the aforementioned game will be evaluated in aspect of learning effectiveness. The result of this research can help the developers to create suitable learning apps for the children in a way that the educational concepts become involved in the game story.

Today, users tend to use smartphones and digital games, is growing. Thus mobile games can be used in addition to entertainment as a useful tool to help e-learning and also can be used to treat some cognitive impairment. In this paper, will look to introduce a game after the overview of educational games for preschoolers. The software provided in the context of smart phones with the Android operating system and Persian language which also to know fruits and animals to children that have a hobby is suitable for filling free time. In addition to teaching using computer games to increase the interest and motivation for learning in children and depending on the Kind of game will improve spirit of cooperation and social communication.

One of the most significant problems with which the insurance companies are faced is to confront with the suspicious-of-fraud claims. With aim of acquisition of financial profit, these claims are taken place. Today, data mining techniques can assist in correctness and incorrectness of those who are insured. In this paper, three data mining methods of decision tree, naive Bayesian and support vector machine have been used to identify the frauds in automobile's body insurance. Results show that decision tree method with accuracy of 92.50% has a better efficiency compared to naïve Bayesian method with accuracy of 90.28% and support vector machine method with accuracy of 30.28%.
