    Any view to discussing the philosophical ideas of human rights will be confused without regard to principles and ideas that have shaped the structure of human rights. The concept of human rights in the Universal Declaration represents the western ideology so trying to understand the rights, with a culture that is distinct from Western culture, is necessary. The aim of this article is to explain a comparative study of human rights in western democracies and Islam with an emphasis on Imam Khomeini's political discourse. This article uses descriptive - analytical methods. The results show that the fundamental mistake of western human rights is distance from the monotheistic approach to the world and man. This is the same principle that Islamic jurisprudence is formed based on them. Islamic jurisprudence approach in the field of human rights, based on special theoretical principles, can be placed as inspiration for the formulation and implementation of universal human rights. Imam Khomeini, in describing the concept of human rights, expressed Islam as the main mouthpiece of human rights in different eras and societies.

    Women trafficking, that is its roots in slavery times, has been as one of the factors damaging national security and violations of human rights and dignity of women. Generally they are organized and several people may be involved in it. Since women trafficking organizations have complexity and several ways to crime, deal with them is more difficult than other crimes. It should be noted that the Women trafficking organizations are active in many countries of the world and use them as a source, transit or destination for trafficking in women. Victims of trafficking organizations are mainly women and children for sexual exploitation also the main purpose of trafficking in men are using them for forced labor or body parts. It should be noted that the women trafficking organizations follow financial benefit. This study uses descriptive and analytical methods. The achievements and results are as follows: Direct contact between conditions of victims (conditions such as economic and cultural poverty) with trafficking women and not specific victims and crime sites.

    In history "racial discrimination" is one of the oldest and the worst inhumane threat against human fundamental values which leads to the exclusion of a group of people of a right or privilege because of criteria such as gender, ethnicity, skin color, etc. Actually, history of humanity has been full of behavior based on racial discrimination that has continued since ancient Greece until modern history of America. Due to the fact that struggles against the racial discrimination at the global level but in some communities, dominant groups with contempt other groups such as minorities ignore the value of human equality based on respect for human rights which considers as a threat to society and therefore for the person who was discriminated. The research is trying to explain the struggles against racial discrimination in the discourse of the West and Islam (especially the Islamic Republic of Iran).

    It is clear, women have had the role of unique and effective Political and cultural development of their community and their social participation in political self-determination countries is importance and effectiveness. The influential roles in society, some of these women are employed. The status of employed women in society, unwanted problems for them has justified need more support than men. The legislator, in the wake of improving employment conditions for women who, sometimes according to their status, are forced to do things inside and outside, has attempted to create facilities in the field of human rights that is known as “positive discrimination”. In some documents and human rights treaties can be seen emphasize and support for positive discrimination. Several countries have also endorsed these documents and have ratified in domestic law. In order to apply discriminated and improve the condition of women, parliament adopted the Law relating to reduction of working hours for working women with specific conditions in 1395 that help women working with special requirements. In this article, the writer explain that to what extent such privileges affect to create equal and employment opportunities for women in the context of human rights and to what extent the law can know positive in promoting women's rights.

    Nowadays, women's political participation accepted in order to improve the social and political system in most societies the world. The Islamic Republic based on the principles of jurisprudence has had special, distinctive and progressive approach to the natural rights of women and the right to political - social participation, while preserving their human dignity. This right is recognized in law and in practice. Women as half of Iranian society have tried to affect like the men as much as possible in political and social changes. Although the effectiveness on the history has been influenced by various factors. Undoubtedly, find in this field can help us in finding operational model to increase women's political participation in the future evolution of this country. In this article, with overview Iran's contemporary history from the Constitutional Revolution to the Islamic Revolution, has tried to study ups and downs of women's political participation and the factors involved in this matter.
