    The present study aim at the review of the existing system for the performance evaluation of physical education and extracurricular offices of universities used European Foundation for Quality Management(EFQM) framework. The research use a descriptive-analytical method, with the data gathered from field. The population contain all managers of physical education offices of universities, university faculty members, and the evaluator of the physical education headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology out of which 87 people were purposefully selected in Survey step for evaluation mode, and 25 ones in Delphi evaluation process for criteria review on the basis of level of education and job experience. The instrument of research was composed by researcher and content validitiy were approved by a group of professors and their validities by Chronbach’s Alpha Coefficients(α=89% & α=76%) respectively. Findings: the participants were relatively satisfied with evaluation mode, considering the validity and reliability of the questionnaire necessary for evaluating improvement. The scholars, after two levels, came to an agreement in Delphi step(W=0.707) and declared the participant students ratio for intra-university sport events the most important criterion, while the launched research plan numbers the least important one for performance evaluation. They deemed adding the criteria of sports space per capita and proportion of cost allocation of development finance to total number of students necessary, and demanded a change in points for each EFQM aspects. The changes of criteria and estimation of EFQM questionnaire function was the most significant of resaerch results in that show in real function of EFQM questionnaire will evaluate performance.

    Sports and leisure physical activities as an important factors in student are Wide range that have a very important role in the development of internal talent And the means to achieve physical and mental health and quality improvement in the lives of the students will follow.The aim of this study was to inisigate the relationship between participation in leisure time physical activities and quality of life in university students of mazandaran province. This research methods was descriptive, correlation and practical. Statistical pupolations present in this study were all students of mazandaran university (students in student dormitories) and shomal university students that in time of doing research were 8404 students. who had number of sample by used Morgan table determined 368 students and were selected by used random sampling method. The data for gathering tools is composed of two physical activity questionnaires Sharkly (SHARKLY) and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). For analysis of data according to Kolmogrof Smirnov test, Spearman Correlation Coefficient test in significant level of α= 0/05 used.The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the components of physical activity and quality of life (physical health, psychological state, social relationships and environment domains). The results also showed that, there is a significant positive correlation between the student's participation in physical activities and quality of life(p=0/0001, r=0/219). In general, the findings showed that physical activities can be effective in improving the quality of life for students. Thus providing sports and recreational facilities for students in universities should be considered by the authorities to encourage students to become more physical activities.

    The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between personal skills and organizational skills in time management of physical education directors in Iranian universities. All physical education directors and vice directors of universities of Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) considered as statistical population (120 subjects).120 physical education directors and vice directors were selected from all 60 MSRT universities by accountability sampling method. In order to collecting data a two sectional questionnaire was used. Which its first section consisted of two subsections. The first subsection included personal information and academic background and the second subsection included directors personal skills in time management. The results showed that there was a significant differences between personal skills in time management and organizational skill factors between physical education directors. There was a significant differences between personal skills in time management with organizational skills factors like physical education director's skill of prioritizing goals activities and skills of communication management. There was not a significant differences between physical education director's personal skills in time management with other organizational skills factors like goals setting skill, operational programming, delegating and managing meetings. There were not a significant difference between physical education director's personal skills and organizational skills in time management with their demographic features like sex, marriage status, age, educational qualification, job and management background.

    The purpose of this study was to investigate of relationship between leadership style of coaches with satisfaction of players in Eleventh sport Olympiad of Iran Universities. The present study was a descriptive research; statistical population of this investigation were 288 athletes that selected on the base of Cochran formula for sampling. Research tools were included the leadership style questionnaire (Chelladurai, 1980) and player's satisfaction questionnaire (Chelladurai & Riemer, 1988). By used Cronbach’s alpha test the internal reliability of the leadership style and players satisfaction questionnaires were found to be 0.79 and 0.81, respectively. For data analyzing used of descriptive statistical such as mean, standard deviation and for inferential statistical was used of Friedman and First - Confirmatory factor analyze. The results show that in this study there is significant relationship between leadership styles of coaches with satisfaction of players. According to the influence of leadership style on satisfaction of the players, coaches should be have special attention her or his leadership style.

    The aim of this study was determin Relationship between basic elements of the Stankosky's model Knowledge Management and knowledge sharing from the Manager's viewpoint administrations of Physical Education university across of Iran. Method of this research is despcriptive – surveying and sampling size was 54 individuals. Data of the research has collected in field method by means of a questionnaire of personal charactristics, questionnaire knowledge management (Andam, 1387) . For content validity used sport management professors and internal reliability of the questionnaire using through Cronbach's Coefficient test for knowledge management questionnaire (r = 0/90) calculated. For the analyzing was used of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and then multi-variants regression, Pearson & Spearman Correlation etc. The results showed that there was significant relationship between the basic elements of knowledge management and knowledge sharing in the administrations; the multivariate regression results showed that % 0/504 of the variance in knowledge sharing is related to knowledge management and organization has the greatest importance impact in prediction of knowledge sharing .

    University sport have in fact station of peace club of student and collegiate physical and psychological. There fore correct apply distributive justice and it's principles (sub rules) in the achievement of effectiveness to organizational goals in this sensitive environment could be very importance. This study examined distributive justice and it's principles in Iran’s university sport. countries universities sport categorized in three levels of chairs of association, offices of physical education`s administrators and universities experts of sport that examined and resulted distributive justice and it's principles. Cases of statistic was inclusive 218 persons in the three levels of chairs of association (45) offices of physical education`s administrator (58) ` university's experts of sport (115). Research instrument is organizational justice questionnaire that per of researcher developed in sport and its validity upholder by 10 persons of expert of sport management and its reliability for distributive justice 63% (63 percent). In part of descriptive statistic means, S.D (standard deviation) and in part of inferential from Kroscal Valis, u – Man Whitney Tests was used. Results showed that in the field of tendency of chairs of association, offices of physical education`s administrator and university's experts of sport toward principle of distributive justice (fairness, quality and need) there exists meaning difference (p = 0/000) in the other word ` three groups meaning full rather principle of equality to other distributive principles. Also in the field of tendency of men and women in the principle of distributive justice there exists meaning difference.

    Nowdays,planning leisure time during schooling period(throughout education) has turned into a continuous and pandemic process in almost all contries in the world. All over the various methods are devised in order for the progress and development of a young and healthy societies.The present study investigated factors that hinder gifted students to collaborate in university-based sport activities.The method in descriptive-analytic in nature-part of a field study.The participants are all gifted girl students at university in 1389 (N=300) . 251 were gifted accidentally choosen based on their attendance in the first gifted symposium. A questionnaire contained the hieararchy of hindering factors within leisure time, was used as the instrument. The questionnaire was categorized in the three catagories: personal, interpersonal, and structural reasons.The aim of this study was to come to know the hindering factors among gifted students, consequently, the three pecking orders are investigated :based,on the extent of collaboration of each individuals. The results of the study showed that personal reasons were the most importants reasons among the hindering factors. Interpersonal and structural factors were in the second and third place of importants.The obtained results confirmed the order of hindering factors in the three fold models.

Hence, the purpose of this study was to investigation of the effect of aromatherapy, massage and the combination of amotheraphy with massage methods on extent of muscle pain among female aerobic dancers of Esfahan. 32 subjects in convenience sampling selected and assigned to three groups (aromatherapy, massage and those combination).     The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between attitude and orientation to intrapreneurship in physical education and sport science faculties of Iran to determine a regression model. (n=188). To achieve the objectives, in this study two questionnaires Marguerite Hill Intrapreneurial attitude and intensity indexes, as well the researcher inspected the later questionnaire was used. A demographic questionnaire was made on the research objectives. The instrument of data gathering have prepared some fields caused of question stand able by experts and was possible that we could get in context by Cronbch’s alpha. For faculty member's sampling,124 person were selected with random sampling and fit allocation methods from all colleges. For gathering of data from questionnaires were analyzed through correlation coefficients, analysis of variance, tuky follow up test, regression analysis and kolomogorov-smirnov Z. The results indicated that mean of attitude to intrapreneurship in physical education faculty’s was 33.49 (maximum was 50) and mean of Orientation to intrapreneurship was 131.06 (maximum was 300).     Background &
    Purpose
    with regard to the positive effects of physical activities on body composition and physical fitness, the aim of this study was to investigated the effects of the physical education course on the enhancement of students`physical fitness.
    Methodology
    this is an field semi-experimental research; 191 female and 86 males of inactive students of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad participated in this study. The variables of physical fitness and body composition of the participants were measured in the second week of beginning of university course; then the training program(physical education Ι course) during the university course, for 14 weeks, was caryout. After the end of the educational program, all the tests were repeated regularly and variables were measured once more. Collected data was analyzed by SPSS-16 software.
    Results
    Findings of the this study showed that the weight, body mass index and the ratio of waist to hip in female students decreased significantly. Also it showed that some fitness variables,such as sit-ups and push-ups, improved significantly in both groups. While, the flexibility and agility indexes changed significantly only in female students.
    Discussion and
    Conclusion
    regular and organized administration of physical education courses can induce the enhancement of physical fitness and body composition of students; this indicated the importance of appropriate planning of physical education courses in universities.
