The aim of this study was to comparative determination of job skill on science board member of Physical Education College of Tehran Azad University on different taxis. The method of research is background measurement. Statistic society of the research is all member of science board Physical Education College of Tehran Azad University on the courses of sport biomechanic, sport physiology, and sport management. They are 93 persons. For data analysis, statistical model analysis of variance was used. The research findings showed a significant difference between the job skills and areas of research, teaching, educational theory, communication skills in three sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management, there are teachers and professors of management disciplines other fields of higher job skills. Results showed a significant difference between the skill (field teaching practical courses of training) in the three groups, sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management faculty in all disciplines, there is no levels of skill a career in the field of teaching practical courses teaching have. Teachers than teachers in other disciplines as well as the management field with mean=73/03 and F= 6/43 higher than job skills.

resent research aims to optimize evaluation of sport department in universities using a combined model by BSC,EFQM and DEA. In specifying key indicators and their position in BSC dimension stage, statistical universe includes all experts in evaluation of sport departments(i.e. university professors, sport directors and evaluators)so that25persons were selected as sample size in targeted form based on work experiences and education level. In model execution stage, statistical universe also includes all sport and extracurricular departments of universities that, based on DEA method 3(input criteriaꋫ榺 criteria),from all sport and extracurricular departments, 21 universities were specified as sample size. Present research is descriptive-analytical typed and has been conducted in field method. In this investigation, descriptive and inferential statistic (T,Kolmogorov-Smirnov,Kendall coefficient,Kruskal-Wallis and Pearson)and research method in operation(DEA)was used. In terms of the17experts and15univercity that fully completed questionnaires were used in data analysis. The Research tool was a researcher made questionnaire whose face and content validities were approved by a group of lecturers and their validities by Chronbach’s Alpha coefficient(α=78%).Following two steps of Delphi implementation, the scholars came to an agreement(W=0.703) putting a number of 13elements with61criteria in the four main perspectives of Balanced Score Card.In the next stage, BCC modified output based model was used in order to measure quantitatively performance of sport departments.Based on the results from the model execution from15sport departments participating in the research,10departments were efficient and inefficient. Also,8departments had increasing return to scale while7departments were with decreasing return to scale. Presenting a virtual pattern to reach inefficient departments to efficacy level was another finding of present research. Combination of EFQM, BSC and DEA models as the presented model in this research could help to analyze information in order to determine future strategies of departments by identifying performance weaknesses in each dimension of BSC, in addition to reevaluation on current method.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of peer leaders’ behavior with team dynamics and perceived team success among collegiate basketball teams. the population of this study consisted of all players of 28 boy and girl teams (N= 336) that participated in Eleventh Sport Olympiad, out of which 200 athletes completed and returned the questionnaires, That analyzed as study sample. After estimation the questionnaires validity and reliability, the multifactor leadership, group environment, team collective efficacy and perceived team success (PTS) questionnaires were used to collect the data. Findings indicated that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on team efficacy and cohesion but don’t show significant effect on PTS, also transactional and laissez-fair leadership have not a significant effect on three Endogenous factors (collective efficacy, team cohesion and PTS). The section of total effect indicated that the largest effect on perceived team success was related to transformational style. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that 31% of PTS variance by transformational style, cohesion and collective efficacy, 14% of cohesion variance and 07% of collective efficacy variance by transformational leadership style predicted. Also, the Model showed a good fit to the data.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of core strength training on performance-related physical fitness components in physical education girl students of Shahrood University. Thirty three girl students (age, 20.3±1.12 years; height, 160.1± 4.05 cm; mass, 54.30 ± 6.11 kg) who were accessible population were divided randomly into two experimental and control groups. Physical fitness tests consisted of Illinois agility, Cur-up, Sargent vertical jump, 40m sprint run, pull-up and push-up tests were assessed before and after 8-week exercise training programs. Data analyzed with independent t test and by using paired t test. The differences were considered significant at P˂0.05. Results showed that after 8-week training, the mean of physical fitness scores was improved compared with pre-test measures in both groups. However improvements in experimental group were rather than control group. There were significant differences between two groups in all the mean of physical fitness scores except pull-up and anaerobic power after training. According to the results, it appears core strength training is an important method not only for physical education students but also for athletes who need optimized physical fitness level for doing sport skills.

The overall objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational success factors based on the six-dimensional Weisbords model Iran was among sport managers. Used descriptive correlation study that was done in the field . The data in this study consisted of organizational knowledge, using a six-dimensional modeling and promoting organizational success Weisbords Model and questionnaires were used. The population of this research universities and centers of higher education administrators and physical education, the population sample size was (N = n) And Purposive sampling method, a total of 88 patients were included. Using the six-dimensional Weisbords Model and analyzing the answers given Athletic directors from universities across the country between organizational knowledge and organizational success factors and significant relationship was found. According to the results it can be concluded that Increase the chances of success in terms of organization,
Motivate managers to perform the duties and motivate managers to increase

The purpose of this study was to compare of acute and chronic loading supplementation of selenium on oxidative stress indices in active girls following one session of exhaustive aerobic exercise. Based on one semi experimental investigation, 20 healthy girl students [age (23.60±1.50 yr), height (1.61±0.26 m), and weight (60.20±7.13 kg)] selected and has been assigned to study design. After which the first blood samples were taken at fasting situation. Then subjects consumed a 200 mg selenium pill, and after two hours Exhaustive Bruce protocol test done. Immediately, we got second blood samples. After one week wash out period and during a 14 day period time, long-term selenium supplementation loading started with similar dose. 24 hours after consumption of later supplementary and getting the third blood samples in fasting situation, subjects repeated the test and immediately we got fourth blood samples. Oxidative stress indices (CK, LDH, and MDA) compared between two models with t-test. Data process was done by SPSS software (version 16) at P

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body dissatisfaction and eating disorders with stages of change for physical activity in Tabriz university female students. This research was description-correlation. Based on random sampling, 360 persons were selected and completed the eating disorders EAT-26 (garner and Garfinkel 1979), body dissatisfaction (Avchnr et al 2009) and physical activity staging (Marcus 2003) questionnaires. Obtained data from 280 questionnaires with using of Pearson correlation, Spearman correlation and one way ANOVA tests were analyzed in 0.05 alpha levels. Findings showed significant and positive relationship between eating disorders and body dissatisfaction (r=0.124, sig=0.039). Also, there was significant relationship between eating disorders and stages of change for physical activity (r=0.346, sig=0.001) but, there was not significant relationship between body dissatisfaction and stages of change for physical activity (r=0.108, sig=0.072). The results of ANOVA showed the eating disorders and body dissatisfaction in different stages of change for physical activity was significantly different. The results showed with progressed in between stages of change for physical activity, the rate of eating disorders was increased. Also the rate of body dissatisfaction is great in mid stages of stages of change for physical activity.
