A Critical Investigation of How the Reseachers of the Principles of JurisprudenceStudy the Bases of Science

Studying the principles of science is one of the main discussions of many sciences including the 'principles of jurisprudence'. Despite the great efforts and considerations of our predecessor in studying the principles of 'principles of jurisprudence', there are many faults in their views including: Faults in understanding concepts and defining bases and determining its components; Faults in identifying the position of bases and incorporating the bases of 'principles of jurisprudence' inside its matters; Regarding less-related bases as the bases of this science; Confusion of the different kinds of bases with each other; discursive classification and discursive division of the different kinds of bases; Ambiguity and negligence in identifying the application of bases. The author of this article has a critical look at the researcher's method of studying the bases of 'principles of jurisprudence' from two perspectives: identifying the concepts of bases (the essence and components of the bases of science) and identifying the position of bases (are bases part of the science or not); within the second discussion, he has criticized the two famous and common theories (bases are totally part of science and are totally outside science) and believes some bases are part of science and some are not.
