Evaluation of the methods applied to transfer research findings based on affecting the yield by Extension Deputy of Khuzestan Agricultural Jahad Organization

The aim of this project is to determine an appropriate method for transferring research findings which make the yield of agricultural products to increase. In this relation wheat as a main strategic product was selected and 21 farming cooperative companies in 9 major cities were surveyed on the basis of difference between amount of the yield before and after research finding transition and the affect of applied extension methods. The research method was experimental and the data were analyzed by frequency tables, average comparison and T test. The results showed average comparison of product yields have significant differences before and after research findings transition. Therefore the extension methods were evaluated as one of the effective factors in raising wheat production average during the study and comprised to set priority upon the amount of effectiveness on increasing the yield. The Farm Days, Workshop and Research Findings Week have the highest rate among them respectively and Farm Days was distinguished as the most appropriate method for transferring research findings.
