The Relationship between the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress and Justice, with an Emphasis on Organizational Justice

Developing an Islamic-Iranian model for progress entails the fulfillment of requisites and requirements, among which the production of extensive scientific literature and scholarly theoritization, are of great importance. Theoritization with the aim of achieving this goal is only possible through reviewing the existing literature, making use of religious texts in order to recognize indexes, and analyzing and assessing them. In the present article, the reasons for the differences in the development models of Iran are explicated and the concept of Islamic-Iranian model for progress is studied; also, the concept of justice is reread and its status in this model is examined.A close examination of the relationship between justice and model reveals that inclination toward justice is an implication of progress, and justice is compatible with a qualitative attitude toward progress; and since without justice progress is impossible, great importance is attached to it in the Islamic-Iranian model for progress. In rereading organizational justice, two approaches have been adopted,depending on the study unit (organization and the duties of the manager).16 states have been recognized through the comparison of organizational justice and justice in the duties of the manager. Finally, through a 3-layer argumentation, it was concluded that the role of “amicable justice” in the relationship between the Islamic-Iranian model for progress and organizational justice is of greater importance.
