For any business concern the net profit or bottom line for a particular time period is the end result of its investing, financing and operating activities. These activities can be visualized as being influenced by management’s decisions and a host of internal and external environmental factors. This study analyzes the An Investigation of The Influence of Key Financial And Economic Indicators on Profitability of firms for a sample of 64 Iran companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (In sectors of Manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and their engines, Manufacture of pharmaceuticals and Manufacture of basic chemicals) for a period of 5 years from 1384-1388. Overall results indicate that there is a significance relationship between and profitability, financial leverage and profitability, sales growth and profitability and average stock price and profitability.
