Presenting an Operating Model to Establish 5S, Based on Autonomous Concept Implemented in Tire Industry

5S system is a prerequisite concept for successful implementation for many improving techniques. Therefore it has an important role in organizational improvement. However, in theory, 5S system seems simple, but in practice, it is time consuming and complicated, because cooperation of all individuals in an organization is needed. In this paper, we try to introduce a model based on autonomous concept which synchronize employees and elements of an organization and converts the lack of cooperation threat to the oppurtunity of full cooperation.
