Study of HR's job burnout and the effective internal factors (Case study: National Iranian Drilling Company)

The aim of this research is to study HR’s job burnout level and the effective internal factors in National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC). Job burnout (physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, private practice, depersonalization) and effective internal factors (job, colleague, security, management) are variables of this research. The statistical society includes 13228 persons of headquarters and operational staff of NIDC, and the statistical sample includes 1113 persons. Two Sa’atchi’s questionnaires of “job burnout” and “effective internal factors” were used to gather data. Data was tested by correlation method and inferential statistical tests. Digital and visual symbols process were used to describe job burnout. After calculation of average as central tendency, and standard deviation as dispersion factor, decscriptive analysis was done. Preliminary parametric statistics models, Spearman correlation coefficient, one-way variance analysis, and SPSS software were used. Path analysis model with LISRELL software was also used. The results showed that job burnout is a phenomenon in NIDC. Internal factors infer 40-50% in job burnout, by structural equations pattern. Thus, security and management are more effective.
