Agility increases the organization capacity for offering quality products and services and accordingly agility is an important factor for organization productivity. In this article has been tried in addition to explain subject literature, to state reasons need into agile organization, agile organization traits, models for achievement an agile organization, agility abilities and ways toward improvement theirs, tenets and tools for drawing agile organization, and resultant advantages of improving and increasing level of organizational agility.
