The Analysis of Purification and Enriching Approach in Modern Knowledge

The author of the article aims to study the relationship between science and religion. In this survey purification and edification approach in sciences is criticized. The mentioned approach intends to combine the Islamic civilization elements and western modern sciences.

The method is quality research method and documentary analysis and data analysis is critical and content analysis.

The result of the study shows the insufficiency of the approach and suggests an institutional approach. Institutional approach based on contemporary scientology introduces science as a cultural and humanistic phenomenon and derived from philosophical and metaphysical pre hypotheses in production and existence process.

The paper concludes that there are many attempts to reform and correct the contemporary sciences through purification and edification approach.Throgh the mentioned approach philosophy and culture – as proved in contemporary scientology -are promoting the science. The contemporary science is not the result of mere observation and the mental and theoretical capacities of scientist have a significant roll in his understanding and interpretation. The religious scientist should study the metaphysical aspects of islamic thought and develop the idea in his scientific production.
