The effect of stressful factors on the performance of students of Police University

The students of Police University due to confronting the occupational challenges should have higher mental health in order to attain the educational and occupational success. The necessity of proper compatibility of students to the various challenges of student period clears the necessity of having high mental health in this group of social jobs. The main objective of this research is studying and expressing the effect of stressful factors on the performance of students of the faculty of intelligent service information of Police University. This study has been applied via descriptive-survey method and its sampling group is consisted of all students in the field of intelligent services of Police University. The questionnaire has been used as an instrument for data collection. The findings implied the priority of stressful factors effective on the students’ performance in order to priority including environmental, educational, physiological, mental, material, communicative and interpersonal factors. The results of the study indicated that all physiological, environmental, mental, educational, material, communicative and interpersonal factors had significant relationship with the performance of students of NAJA Faculty of Intelligent Service, therefore, the main hypothesis of research has been accepted.
