The role of media was very important in this regard to the extend to which some analysts believe that all these changes in these countries specially in Egypt and Tunisia happened because of media. Al-alam News TV channel played a very significant role in this regard. This research is an attempt to analyze the role of Al-alam in this area. Al-alam as an official Iranian media entered this arena with full capacity and offered a totally different perspective based on Islam, tendency towards Islam, fighting tyrannies, and opposing the Zionist regime.
